What apple products do I need to connect all my devices?

I buyed my first iphone years ago and actually have the iphone 4. Since 2 weeks I'm the proud owner of an ipad 2. Due to my conviction to apple devices I actually think about a completely switch from windows to apple.
The time is good because I also moved in a new city. Now to my questions:
1.) I'd like to connect all my devices via WLAN. (TV, iPad, iPhone, ipod, Printer, external hard drive, stereo system)
2.) I'd like to get my files (e.g. numbers files) from every device without sync all my devices via iTunes.
3.) I'd like to watch movies without using any kind of DVD-player.
4.) I need something I can work with, but very sporades. What's best to fit optimal the other cases? (Macbook?, iMac?, MacMini?, Time Capsule?)
5.) Do I really need a modem to connect my devices via AirPort or TC or is this just integrated?
Thanks for your help. But please before you answering my questions take time to recommend me just the apple products I really need.

I would suggest you visit an Apple dealer, preferably an Apple Store if there's one in your city, and ask for assistance in determining what you need. The questions and issues you bring up are rather complex to address in a technical support forum and would be better addressed in person where you and the salesperson can ask questions back and forth to arrive at the optimal setup.

I have an iPad 1which I have had for about 3 years and would like to load via a CF card my photos direct to the iPad . What apple accessory do I need to purchase to make this happen ?
You may be able to get a USB CF card reader and then use the CCK's (linked to above) USB port to conect the reader to transfer the photos.
You should also be able to do this directly form the Camera through the USB port on the CCK.
Note that there's not much power available from the iPad to power the reader or the camera, so you may need a powered USB hub in the middle to get them to work. -
What Adobe product do I need in order to be able to flatten a pdf document so that my comment/stamps appear when I send to clients.
If your clients are opening the file with Adobe Reader, they should show even if not flattened.
If they are not and you absolutely need to flatten them, maybe the pre-press tools in Adobe Acrobat would work for you. -
I have installed OS X Mavericks on macbook pro, macbook air & iMac but I am having terrible trouble with apple Mail. I need to take all accounts online frequently OR worse I have to quit mail and restart computer. Is anyone else having problems?
I just checked to see if the update to OS X Yosemite 10.10.1 solved any of the issues outlined in my previous post, and to my dismay, nothing has changed -- all of the previous problems persist.
My iMac (8) -- it's renamed itself eight times since the recent troubleshoot with the Apple tech rep -- shows up as a shared device in Finder on my MacBook Pro, but when I click on it, I cannot establish a connection using "Connect As". So I've attempted to connect using the menu "Go/Connect to Server...", using both (alternately) the iMac's name and IP address, to no avail. I get a message which reads: "There was a problem connecting to the server 'Peter's iMac (8)'. This server may not exist or it is unavailable at this time. Check the server name or IP address, check your network connection, and then try again."
Here's what I know:
The server -- Peter's iMac (8) does exist;
The server -- Peter's iMac (8) is available at this time;
The server name -- Peter's iMac (8) -- is correct, as specified in the system sharing preferences;
The server IP address is correct, as specified in the system sharing preferences;
The network connection is active when I attempt to connect.
I'm convinced the problems stem directly from the OS X Yosemite update. None of this was ever remotely an issue in the previous OS X's -- any of them. This is maddening! What can be done? Apple?? Anyone??? -

Hi there. My iPod Nano was stolen from my car today. I do know the serial number of this stolen device. Is there any way that Apple can block another user from connecting this stolen device to iTunes? Also, if another user was to attempt to connect this stolen device to iTunes, would Apple be able to inform of the username of this person in order that I could then pass this information to the police?

Reporting a lost or stolen Apple product

Basically the subject says it all. I do not have any apple products. I do have an apple ID but apple wont let me set up an icloud account without any apple products. I was invited to view a shared calender by an Apple user that I NEED to be able to view. It is a private, invite-only calender. Apparently apple wont let me view this shared calender without an iCloud account (even though I still have an apple ID regular account). I cannot set up an iCloud account without a Mac or an iOS products, which I do not own. This is ridiculous but there has to be a work around. Any suggestions?
I would love to setup an iCloud ID. Trust me, I would love nothing more. Apple wont let me without an Apple device.

I have had them all for only relatively short periods of time yet the lightning cable has stopped working on all of them?

This definitely isn't user error nor confined just to me, the devices are used by different people in the home.
On a quick sample around the office (survey of 7 people let me add) 4 of them said the cables had broken on them and had to be replaced.
Having also searched through the forums it appears this is a fairly widespread issue.

Why do I need to unplugg all USB devices every time I want to boot up my pc?
Hello, recently I came across this weird problem where i need to unplug my usb devices every time I want to boot up my PC. I've disabled the "boot from usb" option in the BIOS however it didn't fix it. This issue is on my HP elite 8300 CMT. Any help will be appreciated thanks in advance.
Typically what happens - one device causes the problem. If you find the offending device by doing one device at a time, perhaps it will be something that you do not really need all the time. I had a USB printer that would prevent proper bootup or shut down, so just left it disconnected most of the time.

When you first connect, it will default to "extended desktop mode". To mirror, press CMD F1 or set mirror mode in System Preferences > Displays > Arrangement tab

I am trying to connect my MacBook Pro (early 2011 w/ Intel HD 3000/ 384Mb) to an external display with a 2560x1440 resolution. Specifically, what cable/connections do I need to display at this resolution? I cannot get the display to work using a "Thunderbolt to HDMI" or a "Thunderbolt to DVI" connector. Note: I used both older and newer (uni-directional) HDMI cables on the first config, and a Dual-link DVI cable on the second config. Apple specs state this is possible ( support.apple.com/kb/SP619 ), but I am at a loss as to how this can be done. Thanks in advance for the help!
You use a Mini DisplayPort to either HDMI or dual-link DVI adapter. If that component doesn't work, something's wrong with either the cable or something else in the connection.
