    When a topic is marked as a question, a question mark icon will appear next to the topic. This lets the Discussions community know that a member is looking for answers to a question. You can review your own resolved and unresolved questions by clicking My Questions in the sidebar. Only question topics allow the poster to award points to members for their answers.
    What are question answers?
    When a community member posts a question as a topic starter, other members can post an answer in reply. Please note that not all replies actually answer the question.
    In some cases, an answer can be just some hints or helpful information to help the poster solve an issue. The originator of the topic can mark such a reply as a Helpful post. In other cases, a community member may post a specific answer that provides a solution to the original poster's issue. The originator can then mark this reply as a Solved post.
    The original topic poster has the choice to mark replies as either Helpful or Solved, or not mark a reply at all. In addition, the originator can end the discussion by marking the topic as Answered, which provides a visual cue—a green star—to the community members. This lets everyone know that the topic contains valid helpful information.
    Note: Only two replies may be classified as Helpful and only one reply may be classified as Solved in any question topic. Non-question topics do not offer these classifications.
    How do I get points for answering questions?
    If you submit a reply to another member's question topic, you are eligible to receive points from that member. The originator has the option of marking a reply as either Helpful or Solved, which will add points to the respondent's account. These points will, in turn, increase a member's ranking (status level) in the community over time.
    Why reward points?
    The reward system helps to increase community participation. When a community member gives you (or another member) a reward for providing helpful advice or a solution to their question, your accumulated points will increase your status level within the community.
    Members may reward you with 5 points if they deem that your reply is helpful and 10 points if you post a solution to their issue. Likewise, when you mark a reply as Helpful or Solved in your own created topic, you will be awarding the respondent with the same point values.
    Members can see their status level by Forum, Category, or at the main Community level.

    Unlike ESS/MSS where you can literally hack through any class (correct me if I am wrong), Web Channel application has been designed to be "modified and enhanced" without the need to change the standard class files (theoretically).
    when i spoke the development team, he is saying that, they modified only SHRWEB and CUSTPRJ rest of the components (CRMWEB, CRMAPP, SHRAPP,) not modified also recommended not to modify by SAP. I am unable understand why.
    The components that need to be modified depend solely on the application you are working on. In your case, I guess it is the b2b
    The E-Selling (b2b) application related components that can be modified (the key word here is "that can be modified") which happen to be the JSPs in the WebContent folder in the SHRWEB are the only components you need to modify "directly". The standard class files (Java) need not be touched according to the enhancement framework. Any custom classes you develop either as new or as extension of a standard class will all go to crm/home/shr/ext which is also in SHRWEB.
    I am unable understand why. Sice DEV & EXT guide saying . Any customer related changes can go to - crm/home/crm/ext in CRMWEB - crm/home/shr/ext in SHRWEB - Can you clarify , is this correct. ?
    From what was explained above in this thread, where the customer changes need to be depends on where the application exists. For example, for E-Service related apps,  icss it is not SHRWEB.
    Also i am trying to understand, There are lot of dc's availabl in sharweb. how to identify which dc is related to web order and which is related complaints and returns.? or some other process.
    I won't say the extension guide is written for general audience. I must agree with you on that. The guide is written by the experienced developers for "experienced" developers. Not for me or you. Like all other SAP documents, they are written for those who know the subject thoroughly. As you gain experience, you start appreciating the document. But, if you read slowly and properly, you will see what I have explained above very clearly. Try to understand the scenarios explained in the document.
    Is there any where documented in SAP docs. I have red the DEV & EXT guide, there details are not available. That is explaining only the how to extend the application.
    Read the Tutorial too. See the different scenarios and see what techniques are used and try to analyze why.
    Same way the dc's which are in SHRWEB and CRMWEB related which modules or process. Is there any relation ship between these two .SCA files.?
    Generally based on group of applications. But that doesn't create any restriction, for you can always create dependency for any DC in your custom project.

    For Functionality Differences pls refer to the below site -

    After opening the site, please select the Source Release Version which is 4.6 b Then Select the Target Release Version which is "mySAP ERP 2005" or ECC 6.0
    Select the Solution Area like Financials, Human Capital Management, Sales....
    Select module like MM, PP, SD, and QM.....
    Click on Search
    then it displays the Release Version and the Delta Functionality. Which can be downloaded to a word document if required.
    And also check the release notes of ECC 6.0 in service.sap.com.
    When you are upgrading from 4.6C to ECC6
    Nothing major, follow the same process you'd follow if you were updating PI service packs in R/3 or enhancing data sources. Empty queues in RSA7 and lbwq. Also empty setup tables through lbwg as the upgrade doesn't like it if these tables contain data. This is all on the R/3 side (although you empty RSA7 by running each delta TWICE in BW).
    To transfer queues from lbwq to rsa7, execute jobs through LO cockpit (lbwe).
    Some of your data sources could also be using sm13 instead of lbwq, so do check it out as well.
    For installing ECC 6.0 you required a solution manager key. With out solution manager key you cannot install ECC6.0.
    For ECC 6.0 is called net weaver component here you have ABAP+JAVA stack.
    ECC6.0 supports UNCODE.
    For installing 4.6 you don't require solution manager key. It only having ABAP stack.
    4.6C supports NONUNICODE.
    Major difference is ECC6 is netwear product having WASJAVA+ABAP

    I installed this OS, and it looks nice, but it's terrible to use. I randomly have the volume controls get disabled, and sometimes the volume menu in the system tray does nothing when adjusted which I've never seen in an OS before. The trash won't empty. When I try to drag and drop newer files over existing ones, nothing happens. The old ones just stay there. I have to delete the old ones and then move the new ones. And when I go into the protected files to manage audio plugins (I make music), the first thing I hit are error codes galore, and password prompts that either don't popup when they should, or don't execute the command after I provide my password.
    What can I do now that I installed the flames of **** onto my computer?

    Back up all data before proceeding.
    This procedure will unlock all your user files (not system files) and reset their ownership, permissions, and access controls to the default. If you've intentionally set special values for those attributes on any of your files, they will be reverted. In that case, either stop here, or be prepared to recreate the settings if necessary.     What are the limitations of using labview 8.5.1 developers suite verses a real-time module in field point applications? Can an exe. be loaded onto a field point controller or does the controlling program have to reside on a PC for example?

    centerbolt is correct, you can't load a .exe or even run a program on the fieldPoint controller unless you have the Real Time module.  However, that does not mean you can't use your FieldPoint bank without the Real Time module. 
    From LabVIEW for windows you can make calls to the fieldpoint IO using the fieldpoint read/write functions. 
    This program runs on the PC not the FieldPoint controller.  If you loose network connection to the fieldpoint, your program will loose connection to the IO.  For many data logging applications this type of arrangement can work just fine.  However, if this is the only type of application you are ever going to run, then you may as well not buy the Real Time controller for your fieldpoint but the network controller only. 
    If your application requires more reliability, and/or greater determinism than can be achieved by running a program on windows, then you should use the LabVIEW Real Time module and develop a program that can run down on the FieldPoint controller independent of windows.

    If the mouse clicks something on its own then it looks like you have a hardware problem with the trackpad or possibly the battery that is right underneath the trackpad.
    I have read that the battery can swell and that would put pressure on the trackpad.

    1. Check if you have any software which may prevent the installer from running. For example, Windows Defender or any other software which may restrict your permissions.
    2. Just start the computer.
