Hi John,
In this case google.com really us your friend - Struts is not an SAP technology, rather it is an MVC development paradigm (love using that word for Java. There are lots of useful websites with generic information around struts as well as a number of good books available from Amazon for instance.
As far as Struts and SAP goes - SAP use Struts for their Internet Sales CRM Webshop application. Of course, like anything else from SAP it has been modified slightly but is essentially the same.

I went to VCast tones to download some Ringtones and accidently bought a Ringbacktone.
I would like to know what the Ringbacktones are and how do you configure them to work on your phone.
Downloading Ringtones and setting them up for different users is easy. However, I don't see any way to download Ringbacktones or how to set them up for contacts.

You cannot upload your own ringback tones or make them. Ringback tones are stored to Verizon's servers. So you just cannot. You will have to buy one directly from Verizon if you want it

What are templates and how does one use them?

I'm in the process of migrating from TheBat! (on WinXP) to TBird (on Xubuntu 12.04.4) and the terminology used by the two programs is drastically different. I'm finding the TBird "help" pages focussed almost entirely on brand new users who know nothing about e-mail, with no details available to assist people in my situation in getting up to speed.

I used the bat for a couple of months about 10 years ago. Basically all you have to keep in mind is the days when we did it on paper and you will not go far wrong in guessing what things mean.
Templates are :- think of a template in Microsoft Word really. Canned text useful for canned responses like automated "Thank you for your inquiry we will get back to you latter" stuff.

Lasso tools; What are they and how do you use them?

Can someone point me in the right direction here? What is the best source in order to learn how to use the lasso tools in PSE-12? I have a great photo of my new grandson and want to eliminate the background. I am told that this can be done using a lasso tool and extract the foreground image as defined by the lasso and drop it into a blank background. How do I do it?

Here's another one that may help (again for Photoshop). Note that in PSE the Quick Select Tool shortcut key is 'A' (this is different from the Photoshop key 'w' referred to in the video) and you may need to press it more than once as it is also used for Magic Wand and Selection Brush. Refine Edge, used later in the video, is also in the tool options panel.

A package is just a way of organizing your code. You organize the code in directories. For example if you have a package called "package database.util" you should put the Java code in a directory called "database/util/".

They appear as mounted DMG files.If you right click on them mdo they have an Eject entry?
Have you set the OS to Show All Files with a terminal command? If so take that off for now.
Look in your Home folder (Users/UserName) and then the Desktop subfolder under it. Do you see all these files/folders/drives?

If you are talking of support token then,
TOKENs are nothing but the issues faced in the actual live system(Production).
So the end user who is facing will raise it, it will be assigned to the production support team and they will solve it.

SCCM 2012 SP1 - Evil Folders in Reporting Services - What Are They and How to Remove Them

There are a lot of sub-folders in the http://CentralSiteSCCM/ReportServer. They are like:
<dir> Config_Mgr_CEN
<dir> Config_Mgr_CEN.OLD.0
<dir> Config_Mgr_CEN.OLD.1
<dir> Config_Mgr_CEN.OLD.10
<dir> Config_Mgr_CEN.OLD.100
<dir> Config_Mgr_CEN.OLD.1000
Only <dir> Config_Mgr_CEN is properly populated with the correct set of the default folders.
Would you be so kind to advise on:
What are they?
How to remove them?
What to do in order for them not to appear any more?

I ran into an issue when I did the SP1 upgrade where a majority of our reports were duplicated. I created a script to delete these duplicate reports and I've adjusted it to work for your situation. You can find the original thread here, if you're interested:

When you register your ePrint-capable printer with hpconnected.com, and your printer is alive on a home network, you can now print to it from anywhere in the world via email!
Any file added to an email as an attachment , and sent to the printer's email address will be spit out of the printer! This works for phones, computers, tablets, etc.
You can print a simple email itself by forwarding the email to your printer's email address. I set up a Contact in all my HP devices named "Printer", and I give it the email address HP provided me when I registered the printer. Anything I want to print is done by forwarding to "Printer"!
Using an Android device, or iOS device can be enhanced by downloading the HP ePrint app. It will add additional wireless printing capability to the devices.

What is WinRar and how do I use it?

Hi: I have an iMac with Leopard OSx 10.5. I have been having trouble playing media files downloaded from the internet. I have VLC player which seemed to read many of the files, but neither it nor Quicktime will play any of the video files that I download with Xvid and rar tags on them. I downloaded WinRar but nothing has changed. I don't know what to do with the download - where do I place the files and then how do you activate it so that it will play the video and audio files? Then someone said to download Perian and I did that and I have the same issue of where to put Perian and how to activate it? Then I was told that if I have Perian installed to remove any divx files because Perian already has them. Does this make any sense? I do not have a good understanding of how to use "extra components" to be able to play video and audio files downloaded from the internet. Can someone tell me what additional things I need in order to play the various media files out there?

Files with the .rar extension are actually archived files. Rar is an archive format. I believe WinRAR is a Windows program so it wouldn't work on a Mac. You would need something like UnRarX - VersionTracker or MacUpdate - to de-archive files with the .rar extension. Xvid is a video CoDec that competes with DivX. You can download the plug-in for Quicktime here.

What is ".id3tags" and how do I use it?

Hello, I'm a Lingo newb and could use some help. I am trying to get metadata from MP3 files. The basics of what I'm trying to accomplish is this:
I have a text cast member called "Title" and I want to make a script that will change the .text property of the Title sprite to the name of the song.
I've been looking through the Lingo dictionary and have stumbled upon a property called ".id3tags". I think it might work but I have no idea how to use it. I simply want to be able to extract the ID3 tags of whatever song I import and display them as text on the stage. If anyone can shed some light on this situation, I would be eternally grateful.

id3tags is a property of #swa members (Insert -> Media Element -> Shockwave Audio...) and is only available after the swa file has buffered. Here's some info from Buzz Kettles (one of Macromedia's sound engineers on the Director development team):
