What are the "Conference Calls" once you reach level 4 on the Apple Support Communities? You can find the "Conference Calls" perk here:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Level 4: Conference calls. I am not holding my breath. I have not been invited yet.
And if a conference call means a phone call, Australia is +10 hours UTC (as in 10 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time, London, UK). I don't expect to be invited.
If you enjoy reading questions and answers in these forums, keep doing it. As you read and learn, you will find: "Hey, I can answer that!" and the reward comes from the thanks, not the points.

You need to make your question clearer.  Tell us what your requirements are and we can help you more.
    Some hints:
You can read data from InfoProviders (e.g. InfoCubes, DSOs etc) using function module RSDRI_INFOPROV_READ.
    Hope this helps.

I am not seeing any checkboxes when I edit in Address Book in Lion, can you take a screen shot (Shift Command 4) of what you're seeing and post it?
BTW please fill out your profile (under Your Stuff above) so we know what machine and version of Lion you're using.

    Welcome to Apple Support Communities
Conference calls are got when you reach level 4. Sometimes, ASC hosts may do a conference call about something related to Apple Support Communities. You will be notified through mail or through the "Using Apple Support Communities" forum.
The last community calls were only for level 6 and higher users, so it's possible that you don't get invited to any until you reach level 6

  • What is the other ( yellow) when you plug

What is the other yellow when you sync your phone to itunes? I takes 4 gbs of storage.

    It can be favorites/recents/etc,
It should be less than 1GB.
More than this indicates corrupt files.  A restore should resolve.

what are the characteristics and keyfigures you had taken in the report?

    Hi,
Different reports are designed for different purpose in B1 system. Regarding the key figures in the report, please check the B1 help file for more detailed information.
For example: the Inventory audit report is used for audit purpose. We are very concerned with the total inventory value for the items.

  • What are the database resources when collecting stats using dbms_stats

    Hello,
We have tables that contain stale stats and would want to collect stats using dbms_stats with estiamte of 30%. What are the database resources that would be consummed when dbms_stats is used on a table? Also, would the table be locked during dbms_stats? Thank you.

    1) I'm not sure what resources you're talking about. Obviously, gathering statistics requires I/O since you've got to read lots of data from the table. It requires CPU particularly if you are gathering histograms. It requires RAM to the extent that you'll be doing sorts in PGA and to the extent that you'll be putting blocks in the buffer cache (and thus causing other blocks to age out), etc. Depending on whether you immediately invalidate query plans, you may force other sessions to start doing a lot more hard parsing as well.
    2) You cannot do DDL on a table while you are gathering statistics, but you can do DML. You would generally not want to gather statistics while an application is active.

  • Where are the good times when you sent a question to tech-support.

Today it appears, that support it sleeping and reduced to the knowledge how to handle a cash dispensing machine...

    Hi DrRebar,
first of all: WELCOME TO THE DISCUSSIONS!
When you download the standalone installers from the Apple download page they are at your default download location.
If you used Software Update there are 3 options: Install, Install&Keep, Download only.
In the first case (which is also the default() the package is deleted after the installation. In both other cases the packages are kept in /Library/Packages.

  • What are the most important functions you cannot bypass in acrobat?

I would like to know what are the most important functionalities that we can not bypass in Acrobat? What makes Acrobat more worthy than other PDF reader/editor?
Personally, I notice that Acrobat (adobe products in general) takes longtime to install or uninstall. I don't find a striking feautre in Acrobat compared with other software!
Worse, Acrobat doesn't support Multiple document interface! So, I don't know why I should pays for Adobe while other free PDF viewer/reader offer this great feature!
Adobe does like Microsoft was doing long time ago in ignoring people opinions! I don't understand why adobe persists not to include MDI (Multiple Document Interface) at least as optional feature?
    Thanks

The MDI issue is caused by following Windows User Interface Guidelines. Complain to Microsoft. As to what functionality is most important. The most important is creating problem free pdfs. The other things I find important are the form related capabilities, preflight, pdf optimizer and redaction.

  • What are the rules for when a Calling VI has be resaved after a subVI is changed?

We are planning on making changes to a driver set.  However, if one of our applications has VIs that have to be resaved because of these changes, then we will have to go through an extensive validation process for each application.  Therefore, it would be very helpful for us if we knew what changes can be made without the caller VIs needing to be resaved.  If a caller VI does need to be resaved, what about it's caller VIs?
For example, I know that adding or deleting a control would require the caller VIs to be resaved.  What other rules are there?  Sometimes it seems like I did nothing that would change the connector pane, yet the caller VIs have to be resaved (i.e., they get the asterisk).  Does anyone have a full list of when VIs need to be resaved when their subVIs are changed?
    Thanks,
    Tom

First of all, I should emphasize that I'm talking about not making any changes to the VI itself, only changes to the subVI that it's calling.  In doing experiments with one VI and one subVI, I get the same explanation each time in the Current Changes field:  "VI recompiled." and "SubVI call(s) modified.".  Both are pretty generic.
Since no one has so far responded with a list, here is the start of a list:
    1.  Adding or deleting controls and/or indicators.
    2.  Changing the label and/or description of a control or indicator.
    3.  Adding a for loop to the block diagram.
Those are the obvious ones.  There are others I could add to the list, but these don't seem to be very consistent.  For example:
    4.  Connecting or disconnecting wires to controls or indicators.
    5.  Wiring a control to a case statement (a specific example of #4).
In regards to #5, yesterday, in my experimental VI (I've enclosed them), I wired the numeric control to a case statement, then saved the subVI.  The calling VI then needed to be resaved.  I disconnected the numeric control and wired up the string control to the case statement.  Once I saved the subVI, the asterisk appeared on the calling VI.  This was very consistent.  Now, this morning, I do the same thing, but the calling VI doesn't need to be resaved.
So my question is, when does the calling VI decide it needs to be resaved?  Since I haven't made any changes to the connector pane, or to the controls and indicators, why does the calling VI need to be resaved?  Why should the calling VI care if a for loop is added to the subVI?
Since the driver I'm working on is called by 15 different drivers, which is called by 20 different application, all of which have been validated, I really don't want to have to revalidate all of these drivers and applications, simply because I went in and fixed a bug in a low-level driver.  So any information that helps me to understand what triggers a calling VI to recompile due to a change in a subVI would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks!
    Tom
