What are the shortcut keys for new tab page?

It looks like the new tab page (Firefox 13, with the
screenshots of your popular pages in it) is a mouse-only
feature.
Is this correct? What are the shortcut keys to access
the links on the page?

What are the F keys for and what are the insert and delete line shortcuts?

I have always had a full keyboard and I'm really missing a few shortcuts I previously had that I used mostly in Quickbooks...mainly using the Control insert combination for inserting a line in General Journal and also the Control delete for deleting a line. Is this just an issue with Quickbooks on a Mac? I hate to say it, but during a period of insanity and persuasion by my accountant, I...GASP, went to a PC from a Mac and now I'm finally back in the family. I've forgotten a lot of what I'd learned in the last several years. Do the F keys have these capabilities or is there some other way? Thank you for any assistance.

Look carefully at the F keys you will see that F1 and F2 will darken and Brighten yur screen F 10 11 and 12 will Mute turn down and turn up your sound.F3 will minimise the screen F4 goes to all your Applications installed.
You need to fool around and see what they all do to help minimize work

Hi! In the german version of ID CS6 some shortcut keys are not exactly clear. What keys do I need to press to show or hide the help lines?

Even a fresh install can be damaged, you know. I had the hardest time getting my Middle East edition to install correctly until I uninstalled my Lao keyboard software.
Bug reports can be filed here, but you won't hear any resolution from Adobe unless you start a support case.
I'd be more sympathetic to your frustration if the fix wasn't so damned easy. But since I'm a localization wonk, I fix problems like this every day - it's in the job description.
I think that their testing is limited to most-common-use-case scenario. I dunno if there is a Swiss-German locale for ID CS6 (there is one for CC), but I really doubt that they'd test the default-German install with a Swiss keyboard. It's just about as likely as, you know, a Romansh locale for ID.

What are the Function Keys for?

Can somebody please explain what these "F" keys are for: F 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. I sort of figured out the others but what are these for? Thank you!

It's a general question.
Is oracle released any patches for new browser versions?
Our client is experiencing the different issue with the latest browsers.
This is one of the error message which they had received: iRecuitment - oracle error 1403:java.sqlSQLException:ORA-01403: from Chrome user - need latest Patch.

What are the mysterious keys for hide and unhide programs?

There is a strange symbol next to the apple symbol that is part of the hide and unhide short cut keys.
I cannot find what these are after searching help, studying the keys and asking several people.
This must be so obvious it escapes me!
I have the new photoshop elements and it doesn't have the minimize buttons so I need to hide it.
Help!

AH! Yes. I guess I never made the connection before because I never use Command-H. I've had a multi-button mouse since the Stone Age, and have always had one button assigned to Option-click, so have always hidden apps by a middle button click on the Desktop. Also I almost never use Command-H to hide selections in Photoshop because I tend to forget I did that and then get frustrated when something like the clone tool doesn't work because I'm cloning outside the selected area.
After reading the blog entry you sent I started experimenting to see which "normal" conventions Elements wasn't following, and, since hiding and unhiding was the topic at hand.... BTW, thanks for the link to the blog. I had never really thought about many of those idiosyncrasies before, like fly-out menus for instance.

What are the command keys for sharing my photos to others in my house

I am the primary user of our Mac and have all of our photos on my desktop. My wife and kids also have accounts, but want access to the photos on my iPhoto. I called Apple support some time ago and they gave me a series of keystrokes/ instructions so that photos share across the 3 other users in my house...can't remember it.
Any thoughts?

If you want the other user(s) to be able to see the pics, but not add to, change or alter your library, then enable Sharing in your iPhoto (Preferences -> Sharing), leave iPhoto running and use Fast User Switching to open the other account. In that account, enable 'Look For Shared Libraries'. Your Library will appear in the other source pane.
Any user can drag a pic from the Shared Library to their own in the iPhoto Window.
Remember iPhoto must be running in both accounts for this to work.

I don't believe there is a keyboard shortcut available for that feature. But I believe if you click-select the topmost chapter, and Shift-click the bottommost chapter, it should select them all.
Other shortcuts for books can be set up in Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts in the Panel Menus product area. There are no default shortcuts in that area.

Settings for Quality Certificate for Raw material from vendor,
Activate QM Procurement key, enter qm control key with certificate and Enter certificate type in certificate field.
There are 2 cases,
u want details of certificate send by vendor
u want to record results and see inspection lot wise results.
case1
depending upon the certificate selected by u, system will give u warning or error msg for certificate confirmation at the time of gr. for confirmation QC51 t_code is used. here status has to be changed to 'filed and inspected' then gr will be allowed.
all these certificates can be dispalyed in QC55 T_CODE.
CASE2
U can record results and see in inspection report tab in QA33

Non numeric keyboard - I need the shortcut keys for Google Earth

I need the shortcut keys for Google Earth - like Page Up, Page Down etc, but the new Apple wireless keyboard hasn't got the numeric keypad.
Are there alternative shortcut keys for Page Up/Down? Or can I programme any of the Function keys to do that instead?

What are the ideal specs for a DigiBeta master tape when authoring a "widescreen anamorphic" 16:9 SD DVD (original aspect ratio is 14:9)?

I just received the masters for a new SD DVD. I would like to author a "widescreen anamorphic" SD DVD horizontally squeezed widescreen image stored in a standard 4:3 aspect ratio DVD image frame. (On 4:3 displays, mattes should preserve the original aspect ratio. On 16:9 displays the image will fill the screen at the highest possible resolution.)
Below I've listed the specs of the Digi Beta master tapes the producers have sent to me for digitizing. I'd like to know this: What are the ideal specs for a DigiBeta master tape when authoring a widescreen anamorphic SD DVD, using material with an original aspect ratio of 14:9?
I've also listed my guesses below. Please let me know if my guesses are right. If not, please suggest alternatives (and if possible explain why.)
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF EXISTING MASTER:
Tape: DigiBeta
Original Aspect Ratio: 1.55 (14:9)
Vid Rate: 29.97 fps
Pixel Aspect: NTSC - CCIR 601
