We have done the following changes recently
=> KeepAlive TImout changed to 5 secs from default 15
=> Changed the MaxPermSize to 512M in opmn.xml
=> Our Max Clients setting changed to 350 from default 150.
Can someone help us by providing the possible reasons for the occurence of said errors.

SQL in trigger reults into 'Y' i.e. it is returning row when run from backend.
So, it should Null out credit invoice line id. But it soes not work.
My requirement is to Null out credit invoices which are on Order lines (OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL),
Basically, the fuctionality is to copy order from an existing source order.
Once it is copied, it should null out credit invoice id which does not exist on source order too.

IP SLA Measurements are invalid. RTT should be 20 to 60ms, but IP SLAs deliver RTT=1ms. This applies for UDP Jitter and UDP echo IP SLAs.
Nodes use NTP time.

I used the debugger and it told me the following :

Force close the App Store app and reset the iPad. No data will be lost when you reset the device.
In order to close apps, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Next, reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Does the error give you a number? This a Mac or Windows PC? Does the computer, if Windows, use Outlook for it's contacts? Too many variables to change the answer. You need to give more details.
Try another route and sync contacts through iCloud.

The USB drive must be formatted for Mac in Mac OS Extended (Journaled), or if you want to use both Mac and Windows files, the drive can be formatted in FAT32.
A number of drives are formatted for Windows only in a format called NTFS. This willl not work on the Time Capsule.
In addition, the USB port on the Time Capsule is under powered. You almost always have to use a powered USB hub when you connect a drive to the Time Capsule...even if the drive has its own power supply.

Try this fix
Go to the games app.
At the bottom tap on games.
At the right bottom, you will notice three dots. Tap the dots
Tap the option to enter the blackberry world. Wait until the screen is loaded
Swipe right to Enter My World - > My Apps and Games.
Tap the three dots again to check for updates.
Update all the apps and close your App World.
Try accessing the app world in the standard way. Everything mus be fixed by now.
