What can I do for my non recieved iPod?
About 1 week and a half ago, I sent my iPod touch 4th generation to get repaired. It was great service, and within less than 3 days, I received an e-mail telling me that my iPod had beed repaired, and dispached (I received this e-mail on the 11 oct.). It's now the 19th and I'm going on holiday soon, and really need my iPod back, and still have not :/ The e-mail Apple sent me said my package was tracked by UPS, but on their web site, all it says is the date it was dispached :/ Is there anyone I can contact, or something I can do to see where my package is, and what's going on?

You need to follow, exactly, the instructions on the HT2534 page that you posted from when creating an account - I've just tried it on my iPhone and those instructions still work.

If you double tap the home button, and then swipe your finger to the right, make sure you DO NOT have the Lock Orientation button enabled.

Do you mean Mail? or Safari? Both should be in the Applications folder on your hard disk.. Just drag it's icon back onto the Dock.
If you're talking about MSN Messenger, it should be wherever you installed it to.. If you have MS Office, try checking in the MS Office folder (probably under Applications). Or try using Spotlight to search for it. -

If I get this right, you've ported your phone number to AT&T with the purchase of the iPhone. That is considered opening your own account under your name. Your brother's account is not ported to AT&T unless you used his SS# instead of yours. Your brother still has his account under Verizon Wireless, all you did was use your cell phone number to when you opened your own AT&T account.
If you don't want to use your Verizon Wireless phone #, my suggestion is to call AT&T customer service and explain that you want a new phone number instead of the ported Verizon number. -

what can i do for this proplemThe iphone where the sim didn't work is probably locked to a carrier. You need to contact the carrier of that phone. If it's unlocked, then I'm not sure what the problem is, given that the sim works in another phone.
