What can i do for not receiving card

Hello,
i download the new "cards" app for iOS 5, and create a card on 13 Oct 2011, sending to Hong Kong.
the card still not received yet, what can i do?

And what am I to do if I'm not getting the email from apple and I'm out of the US for a period of no less than two months?
I made sure that my email was typed correctly.
I tried clicking reset password and I went through the steps, I also tried clicking I forgot my password and going through the same steps when I choose authenticate by email I still don't get anything.
And yes I checked my spam as well.
Note:
There is no Apple support where I am now and I cannot call the 800 number from outside of the US.
I'm really not sure what else I can do.
I'm still open for suggestions...

The iphone where the sim didn't work is probably locked to a carrier. You need to contact the carrier of that phone. If it's unlocked, then I'm not sure what the problem is, given that the sim works in another phone.

If you double tap the home button, and then swipe your finger to the right, make sure you DO NOT have the Lock Orientation button enabled.
You know it is disabled if there is no padlock in the middle of the icon.

That is the problem. You are supposed to use your own Apple ID. If the person who owns the ID is not a user of your computer and will install the apps with the ID on the computer for you, you need to buy the apps with your own Apple ID and install them instead of the versions that you do not own.

You need to follow, exactly, the instructions on the HT2534 page that you posted from when creating an account - I've just tried it on my iPhone and those instructions still work.

You might try talking to the Apple store manager and see if you don't get more help...you might also contact Apple.com/support and see if they can give you a contact with the Apple Italy offices.
Sounds like you have two levels of failure, the first shop that did the repair and broke a wire, and the second that has disabled something else and isn't helping.
Apple officially refurbished equipment is usually good quality. Surprising this has happened but you need to press on with complaints and try for resolution.

Macrumors posted a solution for this. I used it and it seems to have worked for me.
Here's what they said:
1. Turn off iMessage in Settings > Messages
2. Reset networking settings in Settings > General > Reset
3. Reenable iMessage in Settings > Messages

If your iPhone is not working with a SIM card inserted, I recommend these troubleshooting steps:
Try turning iPhone off and then on again.
Check for a carrier settings update. Tap Settings > General > About. If an update is available, a prompt will appear.
Remove the SIM Card and verify that it is a valid, carrier-manufactured SIM. Also verify that it is not damaged, worn, or modified. Then reinsert it.
Restore the iPhone.
If you still are unable to resolve this issue, contact Apple support for further assistance.
