What can I do if after syncronising iCloud with MS Outlook MS Outlook stops working properly ?
After installing iCloud Control Panel and synced iCloud with Outlook I cannot open Outlook/ What's the problem ?
iCloud hosts the calendars on its server and your various computers read them from there. The protocol for doing this is called CalDAV.
Outlook for Mac has not been equipped with the programming for CalDAV and therefore cannot access iCloud calendars. Outlook for Windows evidently has and can.
This is something only Microsoft can rectify and you could send them feedback suggesting they do this with all convenient speed.
Outlook on a Mac can only access calendars living under 'On My Mac' and these cannot sync with iCloud. iCal can sync with iCloud provided you have 1-.7.2 or higher.

I understand you have a Deskjet F300 series printer that is currently telling you it's offline and won't print. I will certainly do my best to assist you in resolving this issue.
If you're using Windows, I would suggest you start by downloading and running the HP Print and Scan Doctor as it should be able to rectify whatever is causing your printer to show as offline.
If that doesn't resolve your issue, or you're using a Mac, please get back to me with which version of Windows or Mac that you're using and I will certainly see what else we can do!

If you used the "Manage your Apple ID" login at https://appleid.apple.com to simply change your primary email address of your existing AppleID, then all you need do is log out of iCloud and then log back in with the new email. If on an iOS device, go to settings, delete the iCloud account, and then log back into it with the new email address.
If you actually created a wholly new AppleID, then you cannot change that for your existing iCloud address. You can make a new iCloud account with the new AppleID. But your current iCloud login would continue to use the same AppleID as its login. -

My data:
My iPhone 4 running iOS 7.0.2 agrees with reality (defined by both my bubble and digital contractor levels).
My 32GB silver iPhone 5s is off by 3 degrees (level function) and about 7 degrees (compass function). I haven't run into any buildings with Tom Tom yet. -

Are you using any MS Office third party Add-ins? Test: Remove third party Add-ins other than PDFMaker. Test to see if the MS Office apps run afterward.
Did you attempt to repair MS Office? Test: Go to Add/Remove Control Panel run Repair.
Finally, have you tried testing to see if it's PDFMaker? Test: Use the Add/Remove Control Panel to modify the Acrobat installation to remove PDFMaker. See if MS Office applications launch and behave correctly? -

I'm not aware of any, not to say that there aren't any issues.
it may have nothing to do with ntpd, there are a lot of things running.
ntpd just happen to make the log entry at the same time as the panic.
I would check to see if there are any updates available for you system.
if this is the first time that this has happened. it may be (pick one):
cosmic rays
sun spots
the trilateral commission
if this happens more frequently and that traces look the same, then
there may be a real problem that needs to be looked into further. -

What do you mean it doesn't have sound? If it's a new machine call AppleCare, you have 90 days of support via telephone and can find the number in your owner's manual.
