when I want to download an app, appears a message: "impossible to buy -name of the app- try again later", then i have to close appstore and redownload the app again and that app appears as if i had already download and it is in my icloud, but how can it be possible I do not understand?

What happens when you try to buy them, does the 'buy' button not work, do you get any error messages ... ?

My boyfriend knew my apple id and my password and when we broke up he changed it and he changed my alternate e-mail address so i cannot restore it. The problem is that my iPhone activation is linked to iCloud. What can i do? I have old password and old alternate e-mail.

I downloaded Yosemite OS X and when I try to select my HD (the disk) where I want to install it, the hard drive doesn't have enough space. I have a MacBook Pro bought in 2008. What can I do and still have all my files? I haven't backed up...
Freeing Up Space on The Hard Drive
1. See Lion/Mountain Lion/Mavericks' Storage Display.
2. You can remove data from your Home folder except for the /Home/Library/ folder.
3. Visit The XLab FAQs and read the FAQ on freeing up space on your hard drive.
4. Also see Freeing space on your Mac OS X startup disk.
5. See Where did my Disk Space go?.
6. See The Storage Display.
You must Empty the Trash in order to recover the space they occupied on the hard drive.
You should consider replacing the drive with a larger one. Check out OWC for drives, tutorials, and toolkits.
Try using OmniDiskSweeper 1.8 or GrandPerspective to search your drive for large files and where they are located.
I recommend that you also make a backup before proceeding. Just quit the installer. -

Generally, that means the phone has been jailbroken (hacked). You can try restoring it as new using iTunes. Beyond that, there's really nothing we can advise as jailbroken phones can't be supported on these forums.

Hello. I would like to activate my CS3 Educational Program (version 2007) on my new computer. Unfortunatly he is not accepting my serial number. What can I do? I have delated the program on my old computer but it doesn't accept the activation on the new laptop.
Make sure you are using the correct serial number. Find your serial number quickly
If you did not deactivate the original installation then it is possible your two allowed activations have been used and you need to reset your activation count. To do that you need to contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations. If you ask for more than that they will tell you they cannot offer you any support.

I think you will need to restore to the itunes computer you normally sync to.
