What can I do with constant physical problems on my MacBook?

I currently have a "Mid 2009" white MacBook, It's known for having cracked casing, and I've had it replaced three times now.
The last time I got it repaired, Apple messed up my laptop's hinges, and the 'lid' wouldn't close properly. I immidetely called Apple and they fixed the issue. It's now been about a month, and the hinge is starting to get messed up again (the top of the computer doesn't align with the bottom portion, and prevents the magnets from properly holding the laptop shut)
I'm a full time student, and I can't be away from my computer for days at a time. It just isn't convinient for me. I've had this computer sent in for repair half a dozen times (thank god I'm still under AppleCare)
Is there any way I can exchange my computer for a different model? I've read online that lemon computers can be replaced, and people reported getting the latest- but now discontinued - model of the MacBook. I asked the Apple representative, she said that there was no way to do that.
So my question is, what do I do? Just go about changing the casing and hinges as long as I have this computer? This isn't acceptable! I paid well over a thousand dollars for this laptop, and Apple should offer a way to fix their faulty design issues.

After speaking to Apple's customer relations, they told me that they have a "looper" policy, which means that if a computer has been sent in for repair - on the same issue - more than three times, it can be exchanged for a completely new, but possibly refurbrished, computer. Since Apple no longer makes the white MacBooks, the representative told me that they would most likely send me a MacBook Air, or even a MacBook Pro.
It's great to see Apple taking care of their customers and giving them what they deserve for their top dollar. Wohoo!

It's a really bad idea to post your email address - it's an invitation to spam - and I've asked the Hosts to remove it.
If a second-hand iOS device has been 'Activation locked' then only the previous owner - effectively the shop in this case - can unlock it, either by providing you with the account ID and password, or by removing it from his list of devices (as he should have done before selling it) - please see http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4515
If you are unable to contact them to do this then I'm afraid you will not be able to use the device - there is no other way of unlocking it at all. Apple cannot unlock it for you.

If you want to sync it to the iPad from that Mac, you need to upgrade it to at least 10.5.8.
If you want to copy the music to another Mac, you don't. Move the iTunes folder of the item in the Finder's sidebar over as you would any other folder. If you put it somewhere other than the Music folder, launch iTunes with the Option key held down and point it to that location.

Apple, I'm sure, is working on it. If it's easy to fix with software, it will be out shortly with software update 7.0.3. Just sit tight.
If it's a hardware problem, it's unlikely Apple will be able to fix it, and they're equally unlikely to take back millions of phones. My guess is we'll get a free case out of it -- just like with "Antenna Gate".
My data:
My iPhone 4 running iOS 7.0.2 agrees with reality (defined by both my bubble and digital contractor levels).
My 32GB silver iPhone 5s is off by 3 degrees (level function) and about 7 degrees (compass function). I haven't run into any buildings with Tom Tom yet.

Hey there Galileo,
It sounds like your iPhone screen is solid white and you cannot do anything with it. Take a look at these steps from the following article about that kind of issue:
Get help with the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If you see a solid color screen (black, white or blue)
Plug in your device to a power source. If you see the low-battery screen when you plug in, let your device charge for at least 10 minutes (20 minutes for iPad) before using it.
Reset your device while it's plugged in.
If resetting doesn’t fix the issue, restore your device.
If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.

Restore iPhone with iTunes on computer. A Restore is more thorough than the Update. If still problem after the Restore on computer, make Genius reservation or set up service and take or send iPhone to Apple Store for resolution. iPhone 5S is covered by Warranty.

Try disabling your parental controls. Does that help with the 450?

I have recently download the new pages, but from time to time my computer will revert back to the previous page software what can I do to fix this problem

I am currrently running into the same problem with the old pages software re-appearing and any document that I had used with the new update, will not open. The system requires me to attempt to download a new version of page, when the newiest version has aleady been download and has been in operation.

You just have to be particular with which Pages version you are opening the document. use Right click on the document and choose the right version of Pages.

In trying to include what information all that I could I should have specified I DON'T KNOW THAT IT WAS DEFINATELY JAILBROKEN when I took it to the apple store they told me there's no way for them to tell if it was jail broken or not. I'm only going by what ppl have told me COULD HAVE BEEN DONE TO THE PHONE. With that said the only thing I know for sure is that the apple tech at the Genius Bar told me that someone took control of my root menu in February & I've had no control of my phone since. I asked him how to regain control & how he knew his exact words were "oh that is out of our scope of capabilities here at this level & you would need an apple engineer to fix it". I said ok then how do I get an apple eng then? He laughed & said you can't!!!! To which I was furious I came home & called apple requesting to speak w/the fraud dept to file a report they said we don't have a fraud dept!! So after a 45 mn phone call again I left w/no answers.

I DON'T HAVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO SPEND HIRING AN ATTORNEY & Although I appreciate your suggestion I fail to how an attorney would be able to facilitate in any way since there's no suspect. I cannot prove that it's him doing it so I certainly can't pursue legal action w/no proof & no money. :'((
