Photos and videos usually take a lot of space. You can import them from the Camera Roll to a computer and delete them all from the phone or keep some if desired. If you delete and later decide you want some of them back on the phone you can sync them back via iTunes. Download and install OmniDiskSweeper. It will tell you the names of the folders and files taking the most disk space.
If you are not absolutely sure about something please ask here before deleting it.

Anyway: On my G4, with Tiger, I need to make lots of room on the HD (80 gig). In the old classic days we'd trash stuff left and right.
Is there a program, or good web link, or help to ....
1. Make sure my OS is using only things I need. Is there a way to archive and reinstall, to only use what I really need?? And not the full version?
2. Get rid of applications (in the right way) that I don't need. Do I simply trash the application folders that of things I don't use?
Bottom line: I need more HD space. Could use some general help here.

I would add that today, HDs are very inexpensive and if you are going to reinstall or install, it is much simpler to get a very large HD and not spend a lot of time uninstalling and/or attempting to install only certain items in order to save a few GBs.
Also some "excess baggage" uninstallers can mess the system up quite badly, requiring a reinstall.

Wow, 5 responses, only one of them valid! Then again, a statement like that begs to be picked on! Anyway, another good site would be www.jchq.net. Lots of good resources, but I also suggest going to B&N (or some other big book-seller), and get a certification book. My general rule of thumb is, the bigger the book, the better. That's not always true, but it's good to go on. I'm picking one up this weekend, hopefully. Study, study, study!!!

Ok, so there is a way, but it's not available during submission. You can use the findRequests api. From the result set, get the "Requests.Consolidated Data Value" value. In this information, you will get an xml formatted data. It provides the list of users on the request on the left side after submission. After the request is completed, this value is available. Upon completion, you could get the request information, get this value, and parse the information for user ids.
In the same adapter, use the following API:
formIntf.setObjectFormData(objInstanceKey, formHash)
The formHash is a hashtable containing the field name on your object form, and the values you wish to populate it with. You could create a textarea box on your object form and populate the userids for who the request is for.
However, this makes absolutely 0 sense. When you get a request, the list of userids are listed right there on the request.

I hope you want to become a good software engineer by the way, getting really good at Java doesn't help you much specifically, its just a means to an end. What do you think is more important?
a) writing epic code
OR
b) building something that works, is clean and user friendly, well documented, easy to maintain and does exactly what the users of the software need it to do
I hope you pick b), and I hope you see that becoming a "best java programmer" does not help you to do all that. You need to be much, much more than that.

Thanks1) Get a good java book and read it from start to finish. Understand and then use every technique demonstrated in the book before moving onto the next.
2) Develop good programming practices in general. Use resources like Code Complete and software engineering books to improve the quality of your code and development practices. This is a typical programmer's bookshelf:

Within the next couple of months i will be getting a new graphics card. The problem is what card to get :confused:
I will be spending around £150 - £200 on this new card and looking for the best for that money. I will be playing games a lot with this card and I am not a overclocker, so it will have to be fast as i can afford right out the box.
My Spec is below in Sig, except that the KT6 Delta-FISR will be replaced with a K7N2 Delta ILSR- nForce 2.
Your recommendation will be much appreciated

I had a MSi FX5900XT VTD128 for a short while that cost £134 from eBuyer, but I then exchanged it because eBuyer got the order wrong , the model ordered should have been a MSi FX5900 128mb.
I exchanged to a 9800pro 128 for £135 from Micro Direct .
The difference between the two cards were noticable especialy in the Splinter Cell games and the Colin McRae series games & also in the 3Dmark series.
The package I bought was the Sapphire Radeon 9800pro 128mb Lite Retail.
It came with no games, or the Overclocking utility, just the device drivers.
Since I don't overclock & the games in the Full Retail pack are quite old it didn't matter.
Even if you want to overclock I downloaded RadLinker.
It did however come with all the leads you could possibly need to connect to a TV.
