What capabilities does OpenReach engineer have

I've just noticed that where the BT line enters our property has been sealed up inside a wooden window frame. This happened when new double glazing was being installed. I only noticed it now as I'm getting ready for the Infinity instalation. It looks like the wooden front of the frame will need to be removed. Should just be a case of a claw hammer and removing some nails.
Is this something I can reasonably expect the engineer to be equipped to do? i.e. does he/she come equipped with a claw hammer and crowbar :-)
I'm not too worried about being charged £99 as it would be good to know the cabling is correct.

is the phone line currently working ok if it is there will be no need to carry out such work as he /she has only to change the master socket face plate as part of the install i very much doubt if the engineer will carry out the sort of work you refer to

Here's the situation, my internet is slow as fu**, especially my xbox, currently I have it on a wireless 5mbps connection. I heard and have seen that you don't get your full speed on a wireless connection. I have one telephone socket (master) downstairs, and I am not having a wire running on my stairs looking a mess. What I wanted to know, could the infinity engineer install an extra telephone socket upstairs when he comes? I know this would cost extra but how much? Oh and does anyone know when infinity is in my area? I won't give you my address but I live in hattersley mottram?

What benefits does Creative Cloud have for small websites?

I'm interested in Creative Cloud, but after looking through the information on the Adobe website it seems to be more for larger companies and websites. I currently run a small website helping organisations to register as charities (http://www.charityexpert.net/) and I'm trying to decide if this could be of use to me or not.

It honestly depends. Size is not the issue, in NYC though they will pretend its not so small to medium "agencies" can be groups of 2 to 5 people, with a few as 1 to 3 of them doing any design work at all.
That being said its really about what services you want to offer your clients as a vendor. Charaties can have a lot of needs in getting established, a website being only a small peice of that puzzle. A single individual with the right skills or experience can handle most or all of this for them however.
If you are a good designer and have an understanding of presentation, then learning the applications is the simple part, and Creative Cloud versions of the software keep similar interfaces and shortcut keys. What this means is that there is little work in simply learning how to execute a basic task, it is as easy as looking up a tutorial on Youtube.
You can leverage this to offer the following:
Create Logos - Adobe Illustrator
Create Print Marketing Collateral like Brochures and Business Cards- Adobe Photoshop & InDesign
Create simply websites that work on all devices. > Adobe Muse
Create graphics for online Social Networking Sites > Adobe Photoshop
Create basic Video presentations > Adobe Premiere
Create audio public service announcements > Adobe Audition w/ Stock Audio backgrounds from AudioJungle or iStock Audio
Create simple animated intros for youtube or video presentations > Adobe After Effects

At $50/month to have the capability to do any of these potential projects for multiple clients (none of which you should be charging less than $150 for), you have nearly unlimtied potential and very few restrictions. Your overhead even with stock purchases would be minimal and it may even motivate you to be more aggressive since you'd have this recurring expense.
So in my opinion for the market your client base exist in, its a matter of how much you want to offer and how deep you want to client relationship to go. There is no reason you could not be an Army of One for you customers with this setup in mind.

What effect does Audit logging have on system performance?

I'm aware that the question might not be easy to answer, but is there any rule of thumb or any way to calculate what the enabling of the Security audit filtered on all users in all clients would have on the performance of the system?
We are trying to get all of our business to use the same audit logging settings, but we need to be able to show how performance might be affected by this change.

that is not hard to tell, but impossible to tell....
Please refer to SAP note #429343 .
Suggestion: switch on the log on one of your servers (dynamic switch) and trace the
impact during normal daily business.
You will have then a basis for your decision.
If you activate it then generally, consider that every server should write into its own (local) directory to avoid big performance issues (network, file system).

What condition does an iPhone have to be in to get a replacement one?

I have an iPhone 4 and it has a smashed screen and back and the ring around the camera has fallen off and some of the glass has fallen off the back. But it still fully works fine. I rang up the apple store and they said its £120 for a replacement/reconditioned one, do I still get a reconditioned one if it's in this condition?

Only Apple can tell you that. This is quoted from the warranty site:
"Certain damage is ineligible for out-of-warranty service, including catastrophic damage, such as the device separating into multiple pieces, and inoperability caused by unauthorized modifications. However, an iPhone that has failed due to contact with liquid may be eligible for out-of-warranty service."

Go to the Control Panel and Sound and Audio. In the volume tab you will find a Speakers settings area. There go on Advanced. There you can choose the 5.1 external speakers.
The Qosmio F10 has more sound settings. The Toshiba Virtual Sound give you some options to make the notebook sound better.

My adobe cc application hasnt got a clue what its doing.

Is it only me or does my adobe CC application have no idea what its doing ?
I have lightroom 5 and photoshop already installed.
Today when I oppened up the CC application, it appears as if I havent installed Lightroom 5 since it has the install button along side it.

Does iMovie 6 have AVCHD capabilities?

Look, I don't even know what AVCHD is, but I'm thinking of buying the new Panasonic GH1 DSLR camera and its supposed to have AVCHD. I assume that AVCHD is a great feature to have even though I don't know what its supposed to do.
My question is: I do all my digital movie editing in "iMovie 6 " ...Does iMovie 6 have AVCH capabilities and if it does, what's so good about it?.. Your answers will tell me if I should buy this new DSLR...

Once you open System Profiler there should be a line called "memory" which is the RAM (vs. hard drive size which is not what is called memory), e.g., Memory: 1.5 GB
