It depends on the table.
Some BW tables have indexes on DB only since DDIC does not allow to create non-unique primary indexes. For any wanted difference an entry in table DBDIFF is created.
It has has to be analyzed if it's an wanted or unwanted difference.

What causes ipod to go into disk mode
I have an older ipod nano and out of the blue for no reason the other day when i picked it up it said something about how i needed to use itunes to restore. When i plug the ipod into itunes in says something about corrupted files and the ipod needs to be restored to factory settings. Now, i have read a lot about ways to try to salvage this but resetting etc. and when i do this i get a check mark that says "okay to disconnect" and above it it says "disk mode" But what causes this in the first place? I never plugged it into a computer and ejected it improperly. One day it works fine and the next it doesnt and im going to have to lose all my music because of it! So again, what exactly causes this to happen? Is it something i may have done or just a flaw in the device?

BryanYeah, I've had this happen to me too. Unfortuantely its just one f the many joys of owning an ipod/apple product. I'm not exatcly sure WHAT causes this to happen, but if you hold down the center and menu button down at the same time, the disk mode screen should turn off; and, depending if your ipod is charge or not, pressing the play/pause button should turn on your ipod on normaly. Hope this helped for being so late.

( iPAD 1) Safari browser unexpectedly ceases operation, screen goes black, followed by display of iPad startup screen. What causes this to happen?
I've notice that static web pages don't seem to cause the problem, but active websites do. iPAD is always in wifi mode. Side by side comparison with alt devices reveals that the webpage appears stable. Software is shown to be up to date too. Is this a symptom of battery decline?Seriously doubt a battery issue. When browsers act up, try maintenance.
Tap Settings > Safari then tap to clear history, cookies, and data.
If that doesn't help...
Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
No data is lost due to a reset. -
My IPOD 30 GB classic has no sound. THis problem started last summer intermittently. THen in December it started playing again and did so for about 3 months without a problem. Again, recently the sound stopped coming from the ipod. I usually use a BOSE docking station that seems to be working fine. THe screen indicates that the songs are playing, but there is no sound, either thru headphones or on the docking station. I have reset, rebooted and restored and still no sound. What causes this to happen and is there a fix?
Which version of iTunes are you using?
What is the iPod software number as shown in the iTunes Summary windows?
If both the soundock and the earphone has no sound after the HardReset, then I think you Audio chip has been fried.
But please try this Hard Reset again
After charging till full charge, at least 2 hours (preferably 4 hours)
Toggle the Hold switch, make sure you dont see the red mark when you do the next step
Reset the iPod -> Press Menu and Center button simultaneously for about 10 secs till the Apple Logo comes ON
Then release the buttons
Select your preferred language.
Test the sound again.

While watching an iTunes movie from my Apple TV, why does my movie stop playing at the 1 hour mark? I'm assuming I have a setting causing this to happen, but I have no idea what setting needs to be changed. Can someone help me?
It's right at an hour (consistently), but the computer goes to sleep prior to that. It's as if iTunes goes to sleep. Also, it wasn't always this way. Originally, the movies played through without interruption. At some point, I guess a setting was changed, and now I only get an hour. Also. My energy settings are set to go to sleep at 10 minutes.

Could be several things. Bad path, bad version, etc. give us details on your client install. What Oracle client do you have installed. App Designer is 32 bit. If you installed the 64 bit client you might get this error. What OS are you using. PeopleTools version? guessing 8.51 from your other post.

Mac user OS 10.6.8 Firefox 6.0.2. Click the Firefox icon in dock, program does not open new window. Type cmd+N to open new window, cmd+T to open new tab or cmd+L to enter URL, nothing happens. What causes this, and what can be done?
It's strange. The problem apparently resolved itself after I ran TechTool on it. When I clicked on Firefox last night, I had no problem opening a window. Thanks for your help. (As to your previous post, the focus was on Firefox and neither the speed keys nor the menu bar would open a window or tab of allow me to enter a URL to open a window. Strange!)

Lately, I've been getting a blue screen in the midst of working and have to do a cold reboot to end it. Seems to happen when I'm closing windows or quitting applications. Not always, but sporadically. What causes this? I'm using 10.6.8 on early 2011 MBP. Thanks for any help/advice!
You have 10.6 on that machine, I suggest you stick with it for performance, third party hardware and software reasons as long as possible.
Consider 10.8 (not 10.7) when it's released, because 10.7 and 10.8 will require a new investment in software and newer third party hardware as it requires newer drivers the old machines won't have. (forced upgrade because of software, really nice of them)

1: Software Update fully under the Apple menu.
2: Check the status of your plug-ins and update (works for all browsers) also install Firefox and see if your problems continue. You should always have at least two browsers on the machine just in case one fails.

Really weird keyboard problem with my macbook.
Hi Everyone, I've been having an unexplainable keyboard problem all day now. The keyboard on my Macbook is unresponsive, and the trackpad is stuck on right click. BUT when I plug in a USB keyboard, both my macbook keyboard and my trackpad work after
