Hi all, got an interesting one here. A reoccurring problem for one of my clients on all 8 of their desktops when Outlook 2010 comes up with this error. Normally about one machine a month will do it. I know the solution and can repair it pretty quick these days but the manager is now asking why it keeps happening and I haven't got a clue.We've got 8 fairly recent desktops, Windows 7, all built from brand new good quality hardware. Outlook 2010 on each machine has one IMAP account setup. We've got nothing fancy here, the only group policies used are for mapped drives and printers, everything else is very much standard, no 'addins' or integrations with Outlook.The error states the data file cannot be accessed, the file is there and accessible, ScanPST doesn't find any errors, it has not moved, but for some reason Outlook has created an...

Generally,
“0x8004010f: Outlook data file cannot be accessed” error is occurred due to wrong configuration of Outlook profile. And as you said that you have been trying all Microsoft methods to resolve, but it’s still not working, then you should use
the inbuilt utility of Microsoft called scanpst.exe. It can identify the bug and repair Outlook in minutes of times.

When you try to send or to receive email in Outlook 2010, you may receive one of these error messages: 0x8004010F: Outlook data file cannot be accessed. or 0x8004010F: The operation failed. An object could not be found.

1. reviewed Profile instructions
2. Ran SytTools thinking it would fix the error. NO although I could send received I ended up with a giant pst
3. Back to Profile Instructions.
4. Set up new profile with my email address. email address tested well. Run Outlook. loads as outlook data PST
and gmail address PST. Deleted all the Gmail subscriptions to improve speed. Original error was gone but have two GIGANIC PST FILES.
5. Set up another new profile with my email address and a named pst. Run Outlook under that Profile -
comes up with newly named pst and the gmail addrress pst (although I can't figure out where that pst is located. Will not let me use email address as default Profile. Tried different approaches and still ended up always with the gmail address pst. Deleted
all profiles but email address and comes up.
6. Should I just go ahead and use the gmail address pst I need to import data or download data from gmail
to get last years correspondence.e
7. Outlook is my lifeblood, I am in communications and every submitted email gets moved to a file with an update.
Help?

To resolve error 0x8004010F , identify the current location of your default Outlook data file, and then create a new Outlook profile.
Step 1- Locate the default Outlook data file
Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
In Control Panel, click Mail.
In the Mail Setup - Outlook dialog box, click Show Profiles.
Select your current Outlook profile, and then click Properties.
In the Mail Setup - Outlook dialog box, click Data Files.
Select the Data Files tab in the Account Settings dialog box, and then note the name and location of the default data file for your profile (a check mark will denote the default data file).
Click Close.
Step 2 - Create a new Outlook profile
Step 3 - Configure your new Outlook profile as the default profile

New domain, Roaming Profiles, Outlook 2010 gives error 'Your Outlook data file cannot be configured'.

Hi there,
I have recently setup a new domain, with a new domain controller and new exchange 2013 server.
these are running on a cluster of 2 x hyper-v 2012r2 hosts. All VMs are running server 2012 r2.
although I don't think that has any bearing on my issue.
I have migrated all of my existing user machines to the new domain.
We use roaming profiles.
When a user logs into their PC for the first time, all is ok.
when a user logs into a different machine (they log off of their first machine and then log into a second machine),
they get the following error when opening outlook.
'Your Outlook data file cannot be configured. C:\Users\%username%.domain\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\[email protected]'
I can manually resolve this on each machine by doing one of the following.
1. Before the user logs in, I log in as an administrator or browse to the pc from another machine create a folder in users called 'whatevertheuserssusernameis' (please note, I actually put in the user's username, ie OKIRWAN)
when the user then logs in, their profile is created in %username%.domain instead of %username%.
I believe this is the route of the problem, as when we added the new machines to the domain, and they logged in for the first time to their 'usual machine', there was already a folder in users with their username, so when we added to the new domain and logged
in for the first time, it created a new folder called %username%.domain, however when the user logs into a pc they never have logged into before, it creates their profile in %username% but their roaming profile is looking for their OST in C:\Users\%username%.domain\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\[email protected].
2. My second way around this is to go to control panel and mail and remove and recreate the users outlook profile.
As I have 100 users, who move to various different machines, these manual options are not really viable.
I have tried redirecting the OST file to c:\OST via group policy, this did not resolve the issue.
All users are local admins on their machines.
if I open outlook as administrator then it loads ok and creates the OST file in C:\Users\%username%.domain\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\[email protected].
however if I close outlook and open it again without running as administrator I get the following error.
File access is denied. You do not have the permission required to access the file C:\Users\%username%.domain\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\[email protected]. (even administrators on that PC have full access to that folder).
All users are running outlook 2010.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Get error message "this "**" file cannot be attached until the files already attached are finished uploading" even when attaching 1 file

I attached multiples .pdf files to an email. Tried to attach the next file before the previous 1 finished attaching. Got error message "this "**" file cannot be attached until the files already attached are finished uploading". Was never able to attach that 1 file to the email that I received the error message for; was able to attach subsequent files to that same email & send it. Now, I often get the same error message, even if I only attach 1 file & esp. when attaching .ai or .jpeg files. What can I do to fix this problem?

It looks like nobody has an answer for this despite of the 80 something views!
And here i thought Adobe admin would be monitoring the forum, but surprisingly, they don't even have the answer for this!!!

Every time I open a terminal (bash), it shows error " ulimit: open files: cannot modify limit: Invalid argument". I googled it but did not find the solution that works. My OS is 10.8.2. I followed the instruction here http://wordpress.org/support/topic/upgraded-to-php-530-on-mac-now-no-database-co nnection but it doesn't work.(basically, I just commented some lines in that file). We are trying to inport a request after putting the files in cofile and data file folders( 4.6C System).While doing so an error message is seen in the log " Check-sum error in data file after XXXX bytes".

It is sure your file is corrupted or not present.
Check in cofiles and data directory under /usr/sap/trans your transport request number.

Some things to try in this order:
1) Make sure you designated the correct folders for music, etc.
2) Press and Hold the Home and Power buttons on the iPad until the Apple Logo appears, about 10 seconds.
3) Make sure all antivirus and firewalls are off.
4) Delete and reinstall itunes. (Back up the itunes folder first.)

Clear Data Manager Package Error "The data file is empty."

When I run the Clear data package in Data Manager, I receive the error "The data file is empty." I selected a very specific set of dimension values (none are calculated) and am on BPC 7.5 SP3. I subsequently turned on debugging to troubleshoot, but do not see any obvious issues leading the the error message. The log file with debugging turned on is below. Easy way: with the one you want to use open in Outlook and the other one not in your profile, go to File, Open, Import.
If you only want to merge some content, open both pst files in outlook and drag between folders. For calendar, use a list view to see all of the appointments.

Every Oracle Database has a control file, which is a small binary file that records the physical structure of the database. The control file includes:
The database name
Names and locations of associated datafiles and redo log files
The timestamp of the database creation
The current log sequence number

You manage Data File in your Oracle database as part of Space Management. You can extend, create, drop, and alter tablespaces.
You especially need to avoid tablespace overflow, which is when a tablespace runs out of freespace in the allocated file or files. This happens when an object requires a new extent but there is either no freespace or insufficient freespace in the tablespace

It's an internal server error. There's a problem with the .jsp coding on the site. If it's someone else's site, there's not much you can do about it until the administrator realizes there's a problem and fixes it.
If it's your own site, you need to check the Java Server Pages coding. Very few people, if any, with JSP experience frequent this forum.

Hi there,
When a workflow task is assigned to a user, he cannot open a particular task. and
sees this error in browser:
A form template .xsn file cannot be accessed. You may not have the required permissions to open the file
The ULS Log for Correlation ID has these errors:
The XSN is null and its not a cross server issue. Most likely a permission issue
The XSN is null after attempting to get it from SiteAndWebCache
Please note:
- This user can open all other forms in the same location.
- If I increase his permission to Site Owner, he can open this form - but we cannot allow this.
- He was able to open it earlier - I made minor changes in the form and republished the workflow - since then he is having the trouble.

Please check if that user has contributor permission on the list that the workflow associated and have Edit item permission on related task list/item.
Also check if the workflow form or other workflow files has been checked out or not. If yes, check it in and test it again. Check Wayne Fan’s post in this thread if you have trouble to check the check-out/in status of the task form.
