It is not necessarily that easy so don't think that it is. That may work - and the other extreme would be restoring as new without using the backup and starting all over again. Restoring from a backup is a safe starting point.

What contents are in iPod's "Other" section?

iTunes is showing that my iPod has 60GB worth of "Other" content according to the capacity "bar/guage". All I have synced is my Music and Podcasts which make up for the totals for the Video and Audio breakdown. So, what files/data are considered "Other" and where can i locate them?

"Other" is the measure of used space on the iPod not taken up by Audio, Video & Photos. This includes the iPod's library and artwork plus any files you may have copied to your iPod in disk mode. The overhead for the library & artwork data is typically 1-2% of the size of the media, e.g. for 1Gb of Audio & Video expect to have around 15mb of "Other". This information is needed for the iPod's operation and cannot be removed.
If you have significantly larger amounts of "Other", not related to files you've intentionally placed on the iPod, then these are probably disconnected copies of your media files or iPod libraries left over from failed sync operations. The only way to recover the space is to do a full restore.
If you have copies of all your media in your iTunes library this isn't a problem, but if you've been manually managing the content then you might need to try to recover the files from it first. See this post by Zevoneer on transferring files from the iPod to your computer. Some of the tools rely on the iPod having a healthy library however the manual method mentioned towards the end of the post should work regardless.
Note restoring should clear all files from the iPod's drive however sometimes it doesn't actually seem to work. Options include manually deleting all visible & hidden files & folders via Explorer/Finder or formatting the drive.
When repopulating the drive you may find breaking the process up into smaller stages makes it less likely to fail.
Break up large transfers
In iTunes select the menu item File... New Smart Playlist. Change the first drop-down box to Playlist, the next to is and the next to Music or whatever playlist holds the bulk of the content you want on your device. Tick against Limit to, type in say 10, then change the drop-down to GB, and set the last drop-down to artist. When you click OKyou can enter a name for the playlist, e.g. Transfer. Now sync this playlist to your iPod rather than your entire library. When the sync is complete modify the rule (File... Edit playlist) to increase the size by your chosen amount, then sync and repeat. You can experiment with different size increments, if it doesn't work just choose something a bit smaller until it works each time. Before long you should have all your music on your iPod. Once that's done you can move on to other media such as podcasts, videos, photos, playlists etc.
There are also a couple of threads I've seen that suggest there might be a memory leak with some iTunes builds where the space for certain files that are removed from the device, such as expired podcasts, is not being returned to the filing system. I have not however confirmed the observation myself and there may well be other causes such as AV software holding up the timely transfer of files.

Hey Everyone! First post ever, so bear with me:
I'm trying to create a streamlined method to use a form to let myself and others add information and select certain options to put together a custom table of contents. Basically, I would like to have a form with a series of text fill and single/multiple choice options that will automatically populate a table of contents based on the selections and will link to other .pdf files that are associated with the selections. I was hoping this would be possible with a form, but I'm relatively new to the function of the software as a whole and my research came up short. Any suggestions on how to start are more than welcome, and if I wasn't quite clear enough I would be happy to elaborate.

You would need to search for other PDF creation software that can accomplish what you desire.
There are many cheaper PDF creation alternatives other than Adobe's Acrobat Pro software.
Also, try doing a web search under these terms to see if you can find an app/software/solution that may work for you.

I suspect unless he had some items in iCloud backup then they are gone. Connecting an iPhone to a different library from that to which it was previously connected will result in the device asking if you want to erase it.

iOS does not support Flash so you don't need to worry about trying to download it. This is why you can't view flash media or play games coded in flash.
You can watch YouTube videos (there are some that will not play because they are not in the proper format for iOS.
There is an MP4 format that iOS uses so you can rip DVD's you own to this version of MPEG video. It usually takes a couple of steps then you import the final MP4 file into iTunes and sync it to your iPad.
iDevices support MP3 music as well as the ACC music format.
And I believe the format of choice for photo's is JPEG.

From what you said, the Apple TV will just be a way to stream what you already have and will buy using iTunes. The Free items accessed by the Apple TV has not much to offer then. (again with the consideration of one not wanting to pay subscriptions to items or programs). I am just asking because I was thinking of getting an Apple TV to add to my Entertainment set up.

What type network is yu router set up for? The 4G iPod can only connect and see 2.4 GHZ networl like B, G and the 2,4 GHz N. There is also a 5 GHz N but the iPod will not even seethat network.

Ok, here is how the story have ended for my iPhone 4S.
I took the phone to the genius bar 500-km far from my town. And they told me to wait 20 mins and then they asked what's wrong with the phone. They first thought the battery is dead. But then they changed the battery with a sure-it's-working-battery. But no luck. And told me that "logic board" has gone (why? -no explanation. it just happens).
And then they checked the warranty and noticed that it was expired 29 days ago (the phone was bought from Chicago and I'm in Europe now). Since it's expired, I'm told that it can't be replaced with no cost. I should pay 200 Euros to get a "new" iPhone 4S (you know what is "new" means, refurbished). Or I could buy a brand-new-iPhone5 for 600 Euros.
I'm not rich person and I decided to go with the refurbished one. So, as summary,
- 13 months iPhone is dead. (~500$)
- a refusrbished phone with 3 months of warranty (200 Euro)
- Lost data (I admit that this is my fault not to care about the backup but after phone is dead, I didn't have any way to save data).
I can say that, if you have too much money, yes, Apple products are worth to buy.

Sorry it has taken so long for someone to reply to you. What you want to do is go to Settings > General > Siri > Raise to Speak OFF.

Only GSM/LTE iPhones can be purchased unlocked. CDMA iPhones are always locked to their specific carrier for CDMA use, though some may either have the GSM portion unlocked or will unlock upon request assuming any necessary requirements are met.
