What do a about messages that have no mailbox?

Yesterday I rebuilt Envelope Index and now I'm looking at a bunch of messages that no longer have a mailbox associated with them and interestingly enough you cannot sort them in the viewer by this column.
The ones that have no mailbox look like this
The message from poipu <[email protected]> concerning “[Rails] Re: actsascommentable release” has not been downloaded from the server. You need to take this account online in order to download it.
I'd like to be able to isolate all of these and purge them all together.
How can you do that?
I'm not sure there's any column that indicates these. I'd like to be able to write a piece of applescript that just goes thru and gets rid of all of these but since they exist in the index but not in the filesystem as files I'm not sure how to do that.
And all of this after rebuilding the index.

First, consult Mac OS X 10.4, Mail: Messages seem to be missing, or "Message has not been downloaded" alert appears when opening for the other two remedies Apple suggests for this.
Also pay attention to the caveat about having enough disk space in the rebuilding link it references, & check the info in Mac OS X 10.3, 10.4 Mail: Overstuffed mailbox is unexpectedly empty for relevance.
Hopefully, one of these references will help.

  • What are the different messages that OCOD may return for a web service requ

    Hi,
Please give me feedback on the questions below, concerning the limitations of web service, and messages which may return.
    1) What are the different messages that OCOD may return for a web service request? I need all the messages of all the scenarios which OCOD can meet, for example:
    - If the file is rejected (Error message)
    - If the file is accepted (to clarify that the records have been created)
    - if the application is unavailable (maintenance or web service is down)
    2) How many request can we send simultaneously, and how many records we can make per second?
    Best Regard,

  • HT2433 what does the error message that says " You are logged out because another computer is using this IP address." mean?

what does the error message that says " You are logged out because another computer is using this IP address." mean?

Some other piece of network ghardware on your home LAN (Local Area Network) is using the IP address your Mac is trying to use.
Reboot both your modem and router, or the Modem/Router combo box you have, and all pieces of networking equipment, computers and printers, you have connected to your LAN.
If you continue to get that error then it is a bug in OS X or you have your Mac set to a Static IP address that is being handed out by the routers DHCP server to some other device.

  • Find total size of messages that have passed through XI

Is there a was to sum up the size (in bytes) of all the messages that have gone through XI? Is there a way to do this in Run Time Workbench?

    Rodel,
If you could find out the sap table where Message is stored / or probably u can find messge size as well somewhere in table..then you can run simple query on this table with date and would return you all messages for that date with payload and size....now only thing is you need to find out table which hold this information.
    Just a thought...
Here is table which hold payload as well as size of the same..SXMSCLUP ( Field CLUSTR holds size and MSGGUID actual payload...
Now you can create a view with table SXMSPMAST and SXMSCLUP and get the payload size with date/time filteration...
    Hope this will help

  • Osb: Proxy Messaging Service retrieve only xml message that have the proper

    Hi All.
I have a Proxy Service with Messaging Service type which read xml messages from a queue.
The Request Message Type in the proxy is xml and I have provided the type information by declaring (in the element and type field) the XML schema type of the XML document exchanged.
I need the proxy service to retrieve from the queue only the xml messages that have the proper schema.
But when the proxy retrieves any xml msg in the queue regardless of their schema definition .
    Appreciate your input.
    Thx,
    Ross

Selecting the XML schema for request type in a messaging proxy does not ensure the validation of incoming XML message against schema. Similarly if you create a WSDL based proxy the validation against WSDL definition will not happen automatically. Choosing XML as the type of message will only ensure that any malformed XMLs will be rejected before entering the message flow. For validating against schema you will need to explicitly add a validate action within the proxy message flow, if validation fails raise an error and roll back the message to the Queue or log the errored message and commit the message/publish to an error queue.

  • Can Mail display an icon to show me messages that have attachments...

Can Mail display an icon to show me messages that have attachments... I have tons of emails organized... sometime I have to find an attachment and I have to key through each message to see it there is an attachment.
Is there a way to just show me like entourage or other programs do?

Check under the View menu for an Attachment option and select it. That should place a new column in the message browser window with an icon if there is an attachment.

  • Outlook 2010 messages that have not been deleted are available in Recover deleted Items list

    Hello,
    Outlook 2010\Exchange 2010 SP1-clustred
I have looked at several mail accounts through Outlook 2010 client, they are not using the cached mode, they have not emptied the trash.
When I look in Recover deleted items I am seeing messages, mostly sent messages that are available for recovery, the problem is that these messages have not been deleted, they are
    still in the sent folder.
I have restored one to see what will happen, it does restore to the deleted items folder.
It seems to random messages some sent to groups some sent to a single individual
Some Outlook 2010 clients I have checked do not show this problem, but several do including myself, I would have assumed that the Outlook 2010 client user had somehow deleted
it and restored it causing this problem if I did not see this on my own account.
Is this normal behavior? Perhaps some from replication or temp draft's
Any help or information would be appreciated.
    Thanks

Since the post is over two year old, I'm not sure manotelli is still following it, but I think he is talking about something else:
    1. He starts a message and does not complete it (or send it).
    2. The message is saved as a draft pending completion.
    3. Once he completes the message and sends it, there is an autosaved version that is deleted.
I'm not sure what relationship exists between the "draft" which (I would think) is what is ultimately sent when the message is completed and whatever is sent to the recycle bin.
It has nothing to do with webmail (OWA) or any form of remote access.

  • Is there a way to delete certain messages that have already been deleted?

I have some deleted messages that I want permanently deleted. Is there a way to delete individual messages permanently?

If you do not have a backup, it's gone no matter who deletes the messages.
If you have a backup, you can restore from that backup to retrieve the messages.

  • Retrieve messages that have been deleted

How do you retrieve deleted messages?

    Hi Zaz10Rides,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand that some deleted messages on your iPhone have been deleted and you would like to recover them. You can restore from either an iTunes or iCloud backup if you have backed up your iPhone to recover the messages that were on the device when it was backed up. Please use the attached article for more information on the process from restoring from backup.

  • What are all the duies that have to be performed by an oracle dba

    hi
i am new to oracle and i want to know the duties that have to be performed by an oracle apps dba?
how many years of exp is required to become an dba?
is it compulsory that i should know plsql to become an oracle dba?
    Thank you

There duties of a DBA will vary depending on the job role and to some degree the organization in which you work. There are some core duties that you should be to handle no matter the role. Some of those duties would be:
    Backup and Recovery
    Backup and Recovery
    Backup and Recovery
    Database creation
    User/schema Management
    Database and application (sql) tuning
Knowledgeable of the Oracle process and memory structures
Knowledgeable of the OS being used
    Good people skills.
    and Backup and Recovery
The above is by no means an exhaustive list, but areas that I look when I am interviewing a DBA. Being an Apps DBA, you will also no doubt need have duties that are centered around the support of the Apps.
The multiple listings of backup and recovery are subtle hint that you should be very familiar with the concept as it applies to Oracle no matter your role.
