What do colored stats in iTunes Connect denote?
Hi,
I’m new to iTunes Connect. I am using the mobile version on an iPad. What do the numbers colored red or green denote? I can’t seem to see a pattern or find any reference to this. Thanks in advance.

The green and red show you the positive (green) and negative (red) change in sales for the current period you are viewing in comparison to the previous period.

In iTunes Connect we can easily see how many sales we've had. Is there any way also to see how many hits the page has had or how many samples have been downloaded? Such stats would be useful for evaluating our promotional efforts. Are customers coming to the page but leaving before grabbing a sample? Are they taking a look at the sample and then passing? What's the ratio? Are most of the ones that visit actually going through with the transaction? As far as I can tell promotion is really a black hole with only final sales as an indicator of success. Promo is far more complex than that.
You asked them to add Daily Download Stats on your itunesconnect since Sept 8 ?
Do you actually have apps selling since Sept 8? If so, they have already kept you waiting for weeks?
But if you don't have apps selling, maybe it makes sense for them not to give you one just yet.
I personally have apps selling on AppStores but don't have one yet Since Sept 20. Maybe it's a Saturday. I would hope to have it tomorrow. But just praying to God for miracle. Nobody knows. As you said, Apple is like a blackhole. -
iTunes Store for Windows. Everytime I try an access the iTunes Store it takes really long to connect and then it says iTunes store cannot be access. I think I am up to date with iTunes Verison, I Have 11.0.2.26 but no matter what I try it does not connect. HELP Please???

I have an apple id but ı can not use it for sign in to itunes connect account while publishing my ibook document. Why ı can not login? What can ı do to figure out this problem?
As note already on the iBA forum [ AppleID for ibooks publishing ], you need two IDs. You can't use your developer ID.
If you already signed up for books with that ID, you need to talk to Apple to straighten things out. -
what happened is that my internet connection was not good so i downloaded .ipsw file from a torrent but now i cannot get it to update my ipad because ios 5.0.1 is out i tried copying files to ipad updates in the itunes folder but it still asked me to download a 700mb software update
plz helpIf you downloaded the correct version for your iPad model (and the different models have different ipsw files), then you should be able to navigate to it in iTunes by pressing and holding the shift key on Windows (command key on Mac) when clicking the Check For Updates button.

When I try to install itunes I get an error message that says "Cannot access internet connection \." Can someone please tell what this means?
My internet connection is working.Okay. We'll try a different utility.
(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? -
Today is April 10, 2013. I try to login to iTunes connect and I keep getting the message "An error has occurred processing your request. Please try again later or send an email for assistance." It never tells us what email address we need to write to.
The problem was solved by Apple Technical Help. The process is as flollows:
1. Open Safari
2. Menu item Safari-Reset Safari - remove all website data - reset
3. Now if you try to login on iTunes connect it will work. -

You can not merge accounts.
Apps are tied to the Apple ID used to download them, you can not transfer them. -

Do you have Facebook? Use that or any other similar online website you have access to.
Its basically a contact the author/support - much the same as you find in apps etc.
There are also many "free webs " which you just need to sign up and add your own text and images to a gixed free template. Do an online search for "free websites". -

I receive many e-mails with zipped files. I can no longer open or unzip my files. A window welcoming me to Application Loader drops down. It prompts for an iTunes Connect login, but will no accept my iTunes login. I have no way to open or unzip my files. Help!!!!
Application Loader, unless there's another one I'm not familiar with, is part of the iOS SDK. That have usurped the .zip, or you may have removed that application but your Mac is still holding onto the mapping of Zip files to that application. Select a .zip file in Finder, Get Info, and go to the Open with section. Select Archive Utility and click Change All. That should fix the problem.

To have EVERYTHING on your New computer...
From your OLD computer...
Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive to your New Computer..
