After resetting it, you'll need to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the new password. (Note: when you delete the account it is only deleted from your phone, not from iCloud. Your synced data is also deleted, but will be synced back to your phone when you sign back in.)

Restore, if iTunes will let you. Everything except the password will be restored. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. Be forewarned that it takes a long time. After resetting the password use Startup Disk from the same menu to choose your hard drive for startup and restart.

Sorry, not understanding what it is you are asking. Your iCloud password is the same as your Apple ID password. If you are attempting to restore the device and you are on the Activation Lock screen, you must supply the iCloud/Apple ID password before you can proceed:
