What do I do if i'm not able to update my apps? Everytime I try a message shows up saying this account is only for the U.S. store and to switch it to Canada, but I live in Canada! Not sure for how it got changed :s

From the massage it appears that your Apple ID/iTunes account is associated with the USA. It is associated by the address and the payment method. For a credit card the billing address is what is used. Also, yo can only use a Gift Card in the country's store in which the card was purchased.. For example. A card purchased in the USA can't be used in the Canadian store.

    If you change your Apple ID, all the apps you purchased with the previous ID will no longer updatable for you and this problem will continue. You see your old Apple ID because you are likely still using some of the apps purchased on that ID.

    An iTunes account can only be used in one store at a time, and you need to be in that country with a valid billing address on your account for that country in order to use it there. An email address can only be linked to one account, so if you want two separate iTunes accounts then you will need two email addresses

    If your device is signed into an old ID of yours that is an earlier version of the ID you want to sign in with, do the following:
    If you are using iMessage and FaceTime, make sure you are signed into these services with your current ID.  If they are signed into the old ID, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and Settings>FaceTime, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with your current ID.
    Then temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  (You should not have to verify the old email account so it doesn’t matter if you no longer have access to it.)  Now go to Settings>iCloud, turn off Find My iDevice and enter your current password when prompted (even though it prompts you for the password for your old ID).  Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll (unless you are using iCloud Photo Library).  When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out (or Delete Account if you are not running iOS 8) and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign back in with your current iCloud ID and password (your data will download back to your device).

    Apps can only be updated using the same Apple ID and password they were originally purchased with.

    Hi Go to ITunes on iphone bottom of page Sign out of ITunes then Sign back in If that doesn't work press & hold power button & menu button hold both down until you see Apple Logo you will not lose any data. Also you will need to update software to ios 8.1  that could be Part of the problem. Cheers Brian

    When your account becomes disabled, Apple provides the following recommendation:
    "This message means that someone tried and failed to sign in to your account multiple times. The Apple ID system disables the account to prevent unauthorized people from gaining access to your information. You need to reset your password, following the instructions at the Apple ID website".
    Visit iForgot.com and follow the instructions there.
    In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
    Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
    In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
    In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > store, scroll down and tap your ID)

    HI, I need help to transfer a vidoe from my laptop Windows XP to iPad3.  Installed iTunes.  Opened iTunes, Connected PC and iPad.  iTunes does not show iPad under a "Devices" category ? Why?? How do I transfer the vidoe.  PC does show pictures that are on the iPad when I open the iPad files.

    You can only add music to iTunes Match from your iTunes library on your computer, not from your iOS device.  If you have music on your iPad that is not on your computer, you'll have to import it to your iTunes library on your computer to add it to iTunes Match. 
    Music purchased from the iTunes store can be imported directly to your iTunes library by authorizing your computer for the Apple ID(s) used to purchase the music (in Store>Authorize This Computer), then connecting the iPad to your computer, opening iTunes and going to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases.  Music from other sources will require using 3rd party software to transfer to your computer, such as Touch Copy.

    I recently used my credit card to purchase something in one of my games, I want to take the credit card off, because I am not able to download or even update a game I have because it keeps asking me for my credit card information and when I do enter it it says declined, even though the app is free and I already purchased the game and I'm just trying to update it. Please give me a solution to this problem or how can I take my credit card information off of my apple ID. I don't want to make a new one becasue then I would have to start over from the regaining in all of my games.

    When you set up your Apple ID, did you set your account up with a credit card? If so, it probably needs to be updated. It is not that they are wanting to charge you for an update, it has to do with your account. Log into your Apple ID account and update the payment information.
