What do i do if my email adress is verified, but itunes says it isn't?
when i try to sign into itunes it says i have to verify my email adress because its not verified yet. when i click ok it goes to a page where it says that my email adress is already verified. whats going on, and can someone please help...
Have you tried restating you computer and iTunes after you verified? You could also try logging on to the apple store online or logging out and back in of your account in iTunes

If you are the only user on your computer you probably don't have multiple user accounts set up and can disregard that. If you are using iTunes 11 go to View>Show Sidebar. Now see if your iPad appears under Devices on the left side when you connect it. If it does, click on the name of your iPad on the left side and your iTunes sync settings options will appear in folders with tabbed headings to the right.

I verified my email but ipod touch says not verified, I go to redo and its says already verified but Itunes still shows it needs to be verified. I was in the process of creating a new Apple ID for my touch.
Please go to Settings>Itunes and App Store and log out of your Apple id and right back in again. See if this doesn't resolve this issue.

Log out of the iTunes Store on your device:
Settings>iTunes & App Store...tap your Apple ID, then select "Sign Out"
Reset your device:
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.
After the device has restarted, sign back in to the App Store as above. -

If the messages says that it is a valid Apple ID but not an iCloud ID, it's becaure you are trying to create an iCloud account on a PC. You can only create the account on an iOS device or Mac (running Lion or Mountain Lion). After creating the account, you can then sign in with the ID on your PC, but you can't create the account on a PC.

What can I do then to restore my iPhone?Backups are only used for restoring iPhones via iTunes.

<Personal Information Edited by Host>To do what, update apps? If that is the case, understand that apps are locked to the Apple ID used to purchase them. It cannot be changed and they cannot be merged to another account. If you are just trying to log into the iTunes store, then sign out first, and then sign in with the new one. Just remember what I said about updating apps.

Recovery Mode
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
3.While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device. -
