What do I do when Apple ignores "Report a Problem" ??

Three days ago I was charged for a TV series with 13 episodes but only got the first 3. I reported the problem via iTunes using the "Report a Problem" link immediately. Two days later, still no response from Apple. Went back into iTunes, "Report a Problem" links are grayed out, so, I can't re-report it. So, instead I then tried sending a message through the website at http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/. Still no response, now three days later.
Apple has charged me $19.99 for a TV Series and only gave me 1/4 of what I paid for. They won't respond to any of my problem reports, and every time I call Apple Support, they tell me there's nothing they can do on the phone that I have to "Report a Problem." When I tell them I already did this, they then tell me to go to the above web page. When I tell them I already did that, too, then they tell me to try again.
What kind of customer support is this?? And what am I supposed to do now, just keep waiting until Apple decides to do something about this? I want a full refund after wasting all this time.

I am right there with you, although I have not tried to contact customer service by phone yet. In my case it's a $30 audiobook -- I only got the first 20 minutes of Part I, but did get all of Part II. So, I'm basically missing the first half which makes my purchase a complete waste, but Apple seems content with keeping my $30.

    Try resetting your iPad - hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them until the Silver Apple appears. Once it is back up, try again. Also, make sure you are connected to Wifi or 3G....

    You're right that the documentation says "for best results select the entire eye, not just the pupil". And then it goes on to talk about pupil size. The point I'm making is (1) you don't get "better" results ... you get an error if you just select the pupil; and (2) software systems that are smart enough to detect a user error and simply "beep" and "beep" could and should in fact be smart enough to offer some sort of unobtrusive help message. The red-eye tool worked fine, I'm commenting on Adobe's not-very-useful error beep. I read the instructions several times, but I missed the point. When I used the tool, the default (?) shape of the tool was, well circular ... like a pupil. It seemed very natural to orient this circle with the pupil of the eye. Not a big deal...just a suggestion for a human factors improvement.

    sounds like you raised the resolution to fullhd 1080p and the samsung can't cope
    To select a video mode:
    Press and hold both Menu and Menu up/scroll on the Apple Remote for about 6 seconds. Apple TV will cycle through different display resolutions.
    When Apple TV reaches an acceptable display resolution and "If you can see the Apple logo, select OK" appears on your TV screen, press the Play button on the Remote.

    I'm doing my best to fix my icloud keychain problems using apple's support pages. However, like so many times in the past, these pages are either out of date, just plain wrong or ambiguous.
    So ... after much hair pulling, I've learned from the doc " Get help using iCloud Keychain" that I need to turn off icloud keychain on my three devices. But the instructions fail to say how I'm supposed to do this. Nor does it provide a link to any such instructions.
    Then ... after more hair pulling, I finally found this page "Frequently asked questions about iCloud Keychain” that supposedly explains how to remove iCloud keychain. Not sure if that’s the same thing, but when I try it, I find that the “allow approving security code”  doesn’t exist. Which is surprising since the page was last modified  3/21/15. You’d think they would have caught that.
    The only satisfaction I’ve had during this CF is leaving negative comments on the survey they keep asking me to fill out.
    Please … does an explanation of how to “Turn Off iCloud Keychain” anywhere on the apple support pages? I've got to get some work done today.

    You pray at least something will be backed up, and hope you have a previous backup on iTunes (as you should have regularly taken anyway.)
    You might also try recovering data through syncing with iTunes afterwards, but that's not quite the same...

  • Poor image quality when exporting a report to Word

    We are developing an application where users can download exported Word 2003 or PDF documents generated by Crystal Reports. The problem is that when the format type in the export options is set to Word for Windows the quality of the images in the document degrades immensely. The PDF images are looking fine though.
    Literally, the only difference between the two exports is that only one of these lines executes depending on what the user selects when exporting the report.

    I am using Crystal Reports 10.0. Upgrading to Service Pack 6 did not seem to solve the problem. This service pack resolves a similar problem that occurs with PDFs but it's Word documents we're having trouble with. The project we are working on is a .NET 1.1 project and it is hosted in a machine running Windows 2003 Standard Edition with Service Pack 2.

    Other than that, as Ido recommended, despite the difficulties of the number of parameters, see if exporting from the CR designer is any different. If it is not, we're fighting a lost battle. Alternatively, you could create a new report in the CR designer, no database connection needed. Insert an image, export.

    no, removing the screen protector and case doesnt help.
    there is a proximity sensor problem you can look by yourself theirs tons of users complaining
    even s.jobs at the time said there is a sensor problem and the bug will be fix in 4.1 update.
    as you see it didnt help.
    for some reason apple do ignore this problem
