I Selected a payment on a game from a gift card and purchased the item but didn't recieve the contents but it still took the money off of the gift card, what do I do?

Expanding on what Tim said to make sure it's clear, only the carrier to which the iPhone is locked can authorize unlocking. If Optus is the original carrier, as would seem to be the case, O2 would not be able to unlock it. Only Optus can authorize the unlock, so you'll need to contact them. They say, though, that only the account holder can apply for unlocking, so you might not be able to get it unlocked and will have to work through the person from whom you bought the iPhone.

Buying ITunes gift cards and shipping them to the Gulf

I am interested in purchasing "x" ITunes gift cards and shipping them to one of the countries in the Gulf like Qatar, Dubai, or Abu Dhabi. My question to you is, is that possible without running into any legal issues or so forth? If so, please let me know if I can just go ahead and purchase the quanity I desire off the store and ship them to a company in the gulf or if there is something else I need to do such as contacting someone. I had the same problem and also had PDF Download 3.0.02 installed. By removing this addon I can now select a PDF document which then opens up a normal Open With/Save dialogue allowing me to open the file or save it. Hope this helps.

It depends on how long the phone has been sitting on the shelf. If it's been there since before the release of iOS 8, then it will have iOS 7 on it.
There is no way to determine the version of iOS prior to buying the phone.

First try resetting the iPod:
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
