What do i do when my ipod is stuck on the "connect to itunes" screen?
I reset my ipod to its original settings and it told me to connect to iTunes and i did and it backed up on iTunes but now that its finished its still staying on the connect to itunes screen
Let it die.. then turn it back in

First my ipod didnt show it was charging but still turned on(it was dead) so i tried the hold sleep and wake button but my computer(windows 7) wont recognize it so its stuck on the connect to itunes screen.
PS i took it to get it fixed and they said they changed the battery not sure if that had anything to do with it????

Internet proxy settings can cause this issue. If you are using a proxy, try without using one.
Test restoring while connected to a known-good network. -
I tried restoring my iPod, but it told me it was unsuccessful. Now it's stuck at the connect to iTunes screen. I've tried holding the home and lock buttons, just until the unit turns off, and until the unit restarts. What do i do? iTunes wont even recognize that an iPod is connected.

my iphone 4s is stuck on the "connect to itunes " screen. it will not go away nor will restoring it work either. what do i do?
Mine gave me an error in itunes side that it didnt recognize the phone. But when I unplugged and re plugged it it was fine. Or is yours on the screen with the little plug? You might have to go to Apple. I have that happen to a friend on the 7 upgrade. She needed a new phone. oy!

It can take more than a few attempts before Recovery Mode will work and you have to follow the steps exactly. DFU mode is even harder to perform correctly beside of the 10 second hold. Don't stop trying. Eventually one of these methods could work for you. -
