What do I do with my redemption code I received with CS6?

I purchased the program over the weekend and I am trying to install it on my computer. I registerd the redemption code (received in the box) and it said it was successful, but it didn't give me a serial code so I can complete the installation on my computer....HELP!! Please!

I downloaded Bridge CC now I have 2 versions on my machine.What do I do with CS6?

I recently downloaded Bridge CC, now I have 2 versions on my machine.
What do I do with Bridge CS6?. I noticed that Bridge CC comes with an uninstaller.
I didn't see an uninstaller in Bridge CS6 folder. Do I just delete the Bridge CS6 folder?
When I updated Muse, the new program over wrote the older program. I was expecting that same thing to happen with the Bridge versions. Don't understand why it didn't???

Like Curt stated, don't delete but use the official uninstaller.
Bridge CC is a separate download, Bridge CS6 was installed together with PSCS6 and also uninstalls when using the PSCS6 uninstaller.
But with the CC subscription both CS6 and CC are updated with the Adobe Creative Cloud Application. I'm not familiar with Muse but for some reason Muse does not use the addition CC like all other apps and if the CS6 version had the same name it will be overwritten automatically. Strange, but maybe they had a good reason for that?

Has anyone had problems retreiving serial number with the redemption code?????

Can anyone help. I just purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Standard and when I enter the redemption code to receive the serial number it tells me it is not valid.

A creative cloud subscription was purchased yesterday, payment was processed, email confirmation with order number received, but no redemption code was received. My account online also does not show any record of ordering the subscription. Incredibly frustrating as I need to get photoshop installed tonight. Any help would be appreciated ASAP.

Phoning didn't work either. There is no CLEAR explanation of how to install these programs. Yes I have downloaded everything & installed
but I am being asked to enter either a serial number, or start a trial, neither of which correlates to me having just pre paid 1 year's fee to use these
programs. If Adobe is changing their business plan to make vast amounts of money out of me per year, then they should
be able to give me clear instructions on how to use their products, or have someone available to help.

I installed Lightroom 5 onto my computer. Attempted to register by going to the website adobe.com/go/getserial. After entering my redemption code I received a message stating that the redemption code was not valid. I double checked the code before submitting. At this point I need assistance, nothing is working for me.

Issue with CS6 Image in CC

Has anyone come across an issue with opening a CS6 file with luminosity, and other effects applied where when you open it in CC it drops most all the effects? Any solutions to this? I still need to be able to manipulate the artwork in CS6 and CC and allow others to open it but am concerned that the effects are dropping off. When I opened it in CC the artwork was completely changed due to colors changing and effects disappearing.

I don't have a direct answer to your question, as I still run CS6, but I do read this forum daily and I don't remember seeing any other complaints about your problem.As hard as that might make it for you to get substantive help, it might lead to a better understanding of the problem if you restate it with more specific details and better attention to your terminology. There's been a few of these today. I think there must be a problem with the redemption server and you probably just need to wait a while and try again.

When I go to adobe.com/go/getserial to get my serial number, I get an error message repeatedly when I put in my redemption code. I purchased Adobe Premiere Elements at Best Buy and they scanned the package to activate.

Your redemption code was used to acquire an activation code. The activation code is what you need to use when you want to reinstall/enable the software again. Check your Adobe account online to see if the number(s) can be found there.

I am trying to download FREE a Digital Copy, with a redemption code. It is a 2 part download and only 1 part downloaded fully & completely. The second download stopped and will not resume. It keeps giving me this: stopped (err = -50). What do I have to do to get the 2nd part downloaded to my computer after I have recieved this error message? Re-entering the redemption code and trying to start over does NOT work. HELP !
