What do I get with Apps 11.5.9 or 11.5.10

I know it is unusual for me to post a question but if anyone knows the answer please reply ASAP.
I am trying to find out what a client would get out of the box if they unstall Discoverer in Apps mode against firstly Apps 11.5.9 and hen 11.5.10.
Do I get any access to Views or are these purchased separately, and what about Daily Business Intelligence, where does this fit in? This whole area seems to be a gray area and clients of mine are having difficulty in deciding what to do.

When you install Oracle APPS, you pretty much install all objects from all applications. Generally you need to have licence to use each individual module.
For your question about accessing views, Whether you have licenced or not you get all the views from Business Intelligence products. Generally Business Intelligence products are delivered in following flavours:
1) OLTP Business Intelligence
2) EDW Business Intelligence
3) Daily Business Intelligence
OLTP views point to Application tables directly. EDW views depend on some batch processes for data collection. Apart from views both OLTP/EDW BIS products provide some prebuilt reports in Discoverer.
Daily Business Intelligence is like a portal which gives you overall picture of the data (includes some graphs) and provides the drill down capability into the data to see more details. This DBI product also has some configuration ability so that clients can decide what data/components to display on the portal.
I am more close to Oracle HR products and i have seen DBI for HR. I am not sure about DBI for other applications.

What do I get with 2.0???

So now after people have upgraded, with all the strife and issues people were having......what's the big deal about 2.0?
What can my ipod touch do now that it couldn't before???? Besides being able to download the apps from the apps store.
I know that if I upgrade I can get games and such, but its not worth it if I have to deal w/ losing my stuff or not be able to add calendar items on my ipod and not have them sync bidirectionally.
I really want to download it but want to know what I'm going to get first.

Scientific calculator. Lots of beeps (when finished charging, when new email comes in, when you hit wake/sleep, etc). Can take screen captures which are then saved in a folder in your Photos section. Can save photos from emails to the iPod - and that new Saved Photos folder will mount as a drive on your computer when you plug in your iPod. App Store, obviously. Can sync with exchange, and other stuff I think - haven't really looked into that at all. Hmmm. And with App Store comes a bunch of stuff aside from the games like the ability to use your iPod as a remote control for your iTunes. Useful in some situations. Hmmm.... I think someone said you can now watch videos in portrait mode, and a video in a playlist won't freak out - it'll just play. I can't think of what else, off the top of my head.

I recently bought a iMac I got the 2.4 gig 20" with no extras. I picked up 4gigs of RAM for it and use a USB 2.0 hard drive for my projects. This thing is working better then I expected the processor doesn't even break a sweat using garageband. If you can hold off a few more weeks OS 10.5 (Leopard) should be here.

What do i get with the component video cable and "new" universal dock?

I've got the component video cable and the original universal dock. it doesn't seem to want to pass audio/video. do i have to have the "new" universal dock to pass the signal? i realize i can just hook up my 3G to the cable directly, but i am in the process of building a small home theater and i want to have a dock i can set my phone in. i like the idea of being able to use a remote as well.
also, what signals get passed. do you see everything as you see it on the iPhone screen? do you see album art on the tv? can you move through iPod menus with the remote looking at the TV?

You only see the video of the TV show or movie you are watching. You don't see album covers or any navigation. If you are playing music there is no video, just audio. You can also see photo slideshows.
You have to start the video on the phone. The remote will pause/play the video, change the volume out of the phone, move forward/back chapters of video, move forward/back songs playing or go fast forward/reverse of songs and video. There is no navigation of your songs/videos via the remote.

It's been a long time now since I dropped BTTV.
Can someone explain to me what is now available beyond the standard players and Netflix, trying to find info on the BT website is proving pretty hopeless

Yes I have it all. I used to gave the service with the multicast channels. What I wonder is what is now available via the BTVision app. Has Now TV now gopt more than movies yet?

What should I get with my new S10?

I bought my S10 last month in Hong Kong, when I check the CDs inside the package, the salesperson told me it did not provide a Windows setup CD. And if I want to reset my S10, I can only use the OneKey Recovery option.
But recently, I found someone on the net said Lenovo will provide the Windows setup disk to S10 owner. Someone even said that they can request the CD from Lenovo if the Windows CD did not come with their S10.
So I just wonder if anybody know what should the situation be? Because if I can get the Windows setup disk, I would like to purchase an upgrade version of Vista to install on my S10.

I have an S10e and want to create an XP recovery disk just in case I scramble my system at some point! Please could you tell me how you managed to get the Lenovo recovery utilities to make an XP recovery CD on the S10? My Lenovo menu in All Programs shows Energy Management as the only option, and ThinkVantage shows just System Update.
And for anyone...
Re. the one-key-recovery system - how on earth does one access this on the S10/S10e? There's a "OneKey Recovery" application in the Program Files->Lenovo->Applauncher directory but it just offers IE, Outlook, Media Player, Live Photo and Movie Maker!!! Very confusing.
N.B. Even my Novo button seems a bit weird - if the computer is off it just boots XP as usual, without showing QuickStart; if the computer is on it just shows the Applauncher menu; the functionality of the Novo key appears to be very different on the S10 to other IdeaPads...

Just an update... A rep contacted me and we did a screen share. They were convinced that I wasn't full of <insert proper word here>. They promised to get back to me in a few days, and now? A few months later? Nothing.

The person I spoke to was kind, saying he'd make sure I got CC for free for a while...
Still though, no follow up.

If you buy something that cost more than that then the balance will be applied to your credit card.

MobileMe is working partially, Apple says some users can't access to the web-apps (Mail, Calendar, etc.). In my case is working fine in my iPhone, in Outlook 2010, and I can only access the Mail app (Calendar and other functions are not working!).

Have you tried a hard reset of your iPod yet? To do this, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
If that doesn't work, are you still connected to a network? Either way try connecting to a different one and downloading another FREE app to see if that helps.
