What do I need to do to switch an iPhone from Verizon to T-mobile?

I am currently on Tmobile and I found two different iPhone 4 for sale that are both on Verizon. I have the serial numbers, MEID, and they are both using 7.0.3 software.
My question is what do I need to do to switch over? Do I need to unlock/jailbreak the phone? If so, how do I do that. If not, what else can I do?

The original owners of those Verizon, would need to contact Verizon to have it unlocked.
I believe if you live in the U.S. they will only unlock it for international use.
Best to find a phone on Tmobile.

No it is not possible. While Verizon would unlock the GSM side of the phone if you qualify, it will only be unlocked for international use. It could not be unlocked for other domestic US carriers. Sorry.

I recenlty bought an iPhone 4s from a co-worker (they upgraded to an iPhone 5). It's in perfect condition. I love it so far (I'm upgrading from an old "feature phone"). Problem is, I want to set it up to use one of those StraightTalk-like plans. The iPhone 4s isn't unlocked yet and all my search results in deadends. What do I need?
The co-worker kept the original SIM card, so I bought another, but it's for the service plan I plan on using.
On AT&T's site they have an unlock request form, but it's asking things like the phone number. I'm assuming of the device I want unlocked, which would be the iPhone 4s, which is currently not in a contract, so has no number.
I tried sending AT&T Twitter messages, which they usually reply fairly quickly, but have yet to respond to me about unlocking it.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have plenty of AppleWorks word processor documents and spreadsheets that I'm trying to transfer over to my new computer (I've been using Mac OS 9 all this time) and iWork doesn't seem to be able to read any of the documents. What do I need to save them as? And what does Mac OS X use for spreadsheets? It seems like iWork is just for Power Point and Word type documents, then again I have very little experience with all this new stuff so far. Thanks for the help.

Pages, part of iWork, is only able to open AppleWorks 6 word processing documents. It is not able to open any other AppleWorks 6 file types or any type of AppleWorks 5 or ClarisWorks documents. Keynote (the other application in iWork) is able to open AppleWorks 6 presentation documents. I don't know for sure, but, since presentation is a type of AppleWorks document new to AppleWorks 6, it would seem logical that it can't open AppleWorks 5 slide shows. None of this has anything to do with using AppleWorks 6 in OS 9 or OS X. If you don't have AppleWorks 6, you will have to buy it to use to "up convert" your AppleWorks 5 documents. For inexpensive options to buy AppleWorks 6, try eBay and do a search for "AppleWorks" or "Apple Works" (some people put a "space" in the name). Or you may purchase it from almost any retailer that sells Apple software, including the online Apple Store.

Thinking of switching to an iPhone from Verizon

Okay... so, I see iPhone 4 is coming out in a couple weeks... I can wait 'cuz I am still in the process of making the big decision to get web-access on a phone, etc.
But, my question is, is it better for me to buy iPhone from an Apple store or online and then go with it to AT&T to get my service on it? Or, is it the same or better to go to AT&T directly and just do a bundle there? And, I can't remember... but, it seems that Costco carries the AT&T line of cellular providers, which usually means you get some accessories for free when you sign up.
So, what are the benefits of each of the three options above? Please help!
