What do I need to get an eMac to work on a wireless network?
I have an older eMac without airport... Can I purchase an attachment for it to work on a wireless network?
"You can add an AirPort Extreme Card to all eMacs."
No you can't because the earlier eMacs were Airport ready but not Airport Extreme ready. If it is one of the earlier eMacs, then the user would need one of the original Airport (non-Extreme) cards which Apple stopped selling long ago.
To the original poster, what you want is an Ethernet-to-Wifi bridge. These are often sold as "Gaming Adapters" or "Gaming bridges" for use with Sony Play stations, XBoxes, etc. but they are nothing more than Ethernet-to-Wifi bridges and will work on any Ethernet capable computer.

My computer crashed and I have to get my data from my old drive to another computer, to ensure I get all my data what do I need to get. I have and ipad and an iphone. I need to get apps, contacts, pictures, etc. Is there a way to do this? It was a vista pc and the new is win 7. I can grab the backup files, and music, but what about my apps? I do not want to sync on the new pc since the apps aren't there. Were are the app files located in itunes? Can I just copy them to the new computer?
You can transfer itunes purchases: File>Devices>Transfer Purchases
The iphone is not a storage/backup device. The sync is one way - computer to iphone. The exception is itunes purchases.
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. Use your backup copy to put everything back. -

my iPhone 5 is not catching up my website, although having a big screen... What does it need to get the pages in auto mobile queries converting?
You need to code your web site to recognize the mobile browser and send a page that's actually usable when it does.

I downloaded the zip file for the 6.7 update and unzipped it. I double clicked on the .exe file and it would not install. What do I need to get the update installed?
Is this the 6.7 camera raw updater you tried?
It's specifically for pse 10 on windows.

HT3006 what do i need to make my emac wifi seeing i cant buy an adapter as most have cd to download
what do i need to make my emac wifi capable seeing i cant buy an adapter seeing they come with a cd to download
Another option, if your eMac has USB 2.0 is a USB plug in WiFi adapter.
This will have software that's needed for this device to be recognized and work, also.
It maybe software on CD or a download from a website.
Do a search for USB WiFi adapters Mac OS X.
On another note:
Can't believe we still can't edit posts on iOS mobile devices, like the iPad.
It's a pain to have to go back to my Mac if I make a major editing issue.
I wish they would fix this issue, already.

If I have my ITunes up to version 10.6.3, what do I need to get to version 10.7 for my new Iphone 5 to be able to work on my macbook to add my songs to my phone
Hi Jeff,
Apple ID (required for some features)
Internet access5
Syncing with iTunes on a Mac or PC requires:
Mac: OS X v10.6.8 or later
PC: Windows 7; Windows Vista; or Windows XP Home or Professional with Service Pack 3 or later
iTunes 10.7 or later (free download from www.itunes.com/download)
http://www.apple.com/iphone/specs.html
Snow Leopard/10.6.x Requirements...
General requirements
* Mac computer with an Intel processor
* 1GB of memory (I say 4GB at least, more if you can afford it)
* 5GB of available disk space (I say 30GB at least)
* DVD drive for installation
* Some features require a compatible Internet service provider; fees may apply.
* Some features require Apple’s MobileMe service; fees and terms apply.
Which apps work with Mac OS X 10.6?...

It's been pulled from the online store & Apple Stores, so you have to call Apple to buy it, last I heard.
Call Apple Sales...in the US: 1-800-MY-APPLE. Or Support... 1-800-275-2273
Other countries...

I need to edit sections of several songs into a single track on a CD for a dressage test. Any ideas what software I need to get to achieve this?
Audacity 1.2.5 is an audio editor in which you can assemble and edit your recordings: it's free. I don't think it would burn CDs - you would have to reimport the finished recording into iTunes and burn from there.
Amadeus Lite is $24.99 in the Mac App Store and is in my opinion a better product: it can burn your audio CD directly.
If this is a one-off job you might as well use Audacity: if you are planning on doing this sort of thing at all often you would probably be better off either with Amadeus Lite or Amadeus Pro ($59.99) though this latter may well be over-specified for you as it includes multi-track editing. -

what do i need to get IOS5 if im running 10.5.8, do i need many upgrades?
What iOS device do you have? You need one capable of running iOS5 plus the latest version of iTunes.
If you want iCloud you'll need Mac OS X 10.7.2 Lion plus a Mac capable of running that. -
i have an iMac 10.8.3 and want to get wireless speakers to put upstairs so I can listen to sky.fm. What do I need to get? I do not have wireless internet. Thanks
I would think Airport Express would do the job (this is UK store site but it should be available wherever you are):
http://store.apple.com/uk/product/MC414B/A/airport-express
It has an audio output socket and air play will stream music from your mac to the device wirelessly. If you want to listen to the radio will need to do so via iTunes or use a program such as Airfoil (free):

What do I need for my MacBook Pro to work in the UK
I am traveling to the UK. Do I need anything special to plug it in for power being they use 220V there? And if so, what will I need.
Just get the appropriate plug. Either a converter from Radio Shack to go from the standard US flat-blade NEMA plug to the funny UK plugs, or the fancy Apple Universal Travel Kit from the Apple Store. The latter has all that you need to plug anywhere in Europe, should the yen arise to take the Chunnel Train and see the Continent.

While updating my iTunes this message came up "Service 'apple mobile device' (apple mobile device) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services" what can I do to get my iTunes to work again?
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
Please note:
Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.
HT1925: Removing and Reinstalling iTunes for Windows XP
HT1923: Removing and reinstalling iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
