What do I need to return with it besides the modem and AC adapter?
Basically what the title of this post says. I bought my own DOCSIS 3.0 modem and would like to return the one I rented from Comcast. (It will pay for itself in 7 months.) I just want to know which cables and other hardware I need to return with it. I don't know if I'll be able to locate the original receipt. I have the modem, AC power supply, a white ethernet cable, a length of coaxial cable (I think this came with the package because I found an Xfinity branded cable wrap that says "Coaxial" on the tab. But, this may have been used to bundle one of the other cables...), and a two-way splitter. Like I suggested above, The splitter and coaxial cable may be mine outright, I just don't remember. So... What all do I need to return?
Just return the modem and its power cord/power pack. When they provide Ethernet cables, coax, and splitters, those items become yours.

In need Of help with a Westell 2200 Modem and a new Router
Okay, here's the situation:
I am trying to hook up a Linksys wireless Router.
When I try to access the Modem to activate "bridge mode," I am unable to. Apparently back 3-4 years ago, my mother thought it would be a good, safe idea to change the username and password of the router. It's real safe considering she forgot what she changed it to.
My question is:
Is there any way/chance I can get into the modem some other way?

a) Did you get a log-in screen?
b) Did you try physically by wire connecting your computer to the router?
#2 Did you try the reset method?
With most network equipment, the reset method is..
Press and hold the reset button/switch while turning off and back on the power to the router.

What equipment (HTC Imagio) do I need to return with the cell phone?

I took a one month global travel program Imagio phone, and now need to return the equipment for credit. However, I can't recall all the pieces that came with it. So far, I have the htc imagio phone unit, along with the following:
one connection wire
one unit (the charger?) with a 2-prong plug built into it
one htc unit (adapter?) also with a 2-prong plug built into it
a teeny-teeny-tiny screwdriver
Does anyone know if I am missing any part? Sorry my memory is so lame. I know, I should have written it down! My bad.

I totally agree. I just wasted .5 hrs trying to figure out how to manipulate and sync the reminders with the iCAl. Thanks for posting this thread online, I can stop wasting my time now. Apple, please change it back or make these apps sync.
Side note. I was creating my to do list and found the ability to asign a date by draging the task to the calendar in the bottom right. Then I discovered that I can drag that same reminder/to-do task into iCal and it will be created as an event. Would be great if I could simply sync the reminders to iCal instead of draging them over though. Then when I make the change in one the other can update with the next sync. This also prevents human error if I drag and drop the reminder onto the wrong date in iCal. -

I'm not sure what your question has to do with networking on the AirPort Express, AirPort Extreme, or Time Capsule....but if you buy an AirPrint compatible printer, it will work with the iPad2.

What do I need to do after I upgrade the hard drive on my macbook pro?
I just bought a new 13" Macbook pro i5 on May/03/13 but I need more space and I want to upgrade my Hard Drive from the 500GB it come's with to a 750GB. So I just want to know the steps I need to take after I do the upgrade and start up my Macbook, Someone told me that the Macbook won't work right away because I have to do something to it, I just dont know what. To start in Internet Recovery, hold Command, Option (Alt) and R keys while your Mac is starting. Then, open Disk Utility and create a partition formatted with "Mac OS Extended (Journaled)", if it hasn't been already created. Finally, close Disk Utility and reinstall OS X.

You have to call Apple to get 10.6 first somehow, as they removed it from the online store. -
Went with Verizon because the rep and Verizon's coverage map showed strong 4G LTE signal at my address. Got home and discovered that the signal is nowhere near what I was shown. People have said that they contacted Verizon and received signal boosters and I was wondering if anyone had knowledge of this?

Thank you so much for those details. I do see that the area should have pretty good coverage. Since you have been at home have you been able to remove the sim card for a good 10-15 seconds http://vz.to/1ys6Uj0? Also, please try resetting the network settings on the phone. You can do that by going into Settings, General, Reset, and Reset Network Settings. After this is complete you would need to re-add in your wi-fi passwords. Please keep us posted.

fix the mis-mapped SID inside the restored DB.

What do I need to do to be able to read and write files to a Seagate Backup Plus Slim Portable Drive on BOTH a Mac and a PC? I downloaded "Paragon NTFS for Mac" onto my Mac, so now I can write to the drive, but when I plug it into a PC it won't work.
If the HDD is formatted NTFS, then it suggests that there is a problem with the PC. Check with the manufacturer.

my host name changes every few days, since Xmas adding a macbook its changed 6 times. Do I need to stop this? Does it cause problems with sharing between the iMac and macbook?
There are several possible causes for this problem.
1. Two (or more) computers on the local network have the same Bonjour name, such as "X's-MacBook-Pro.local".
2. You have two simultaneous connections to the same local network: probably Ethernet and Wi-Fi. If applicable, disconnect the Ethernet cable or turn off Wi-Fi.
3. A Mac wakes from sleep due to network traffic. This is due to a bug in OS X that may only affect some models.
4. A device that gets its network address from the router wakes from sleep, and the address it was using before has been assigned to another device.
5. A third-party wireless router has incompatible settings or firmware. In that case, refer to the manufacturer or ISP for support. Restarting the router may help, temporarily.

Please be more specific. What Premiere project? What version of Premiere? Which operating system? What CoDecs do the QT fiels use? Are all the video files in the correct folders inside the Premiere project structure? Your description sounds like you are attempting to open a Mac based project on a PC and your video files are either in the wrong location or use a Mac-specific CoDec, hence they cannot be read on a PC.

Go to > About This Mac > More Info > hardware overview (should open at that usually).
Check the model identifier (MacBook4.1 or similar)
Check Processer Name
Processer speed
Memory
Specs for Snow Leopard (10.6.x)
And for Lion (10.7.x);
Note that the memory quoted in those specs is absolute minimum for each OS - 106 really needs at least 2GB and Lion 4GB
