What do the numbers greq.-1.aif mean on a clips sound wave.

I'm working on a project where I'm trying to replace the ambient sound with music, but I don't seem to  be able to soften or even delete the roar of the convention hall. I'm trying to use the Audio FX noise reducer and though the preview sounds good and the little red line runs along the bottom of the clip, there is no difference in the sound and the letters "Clip 19 -greq .aif" (or some other number) appear on a sound bar underneath the clip. And whatever it is can not be deleted. What is this?? Any ideas? Thanks! Kate

No. Shipped discs are for the machine they shipped with. Call AppleCare and get the appropriate missing disc for a nominal S&H charge. Don't buy the ebay ones, they're for another machine. See Computer-specific Mac OS X releases for details.

  • What are the numbers next to the "Building edges from DisplayObject"?

    Dear colleagues,
Could you help me to understand what are the numbers next to the “Building edges from DisplayObject”, please?

Thank you in advance for help,

The number "x 3" means that "Building edges from DisplayObjects" happened 3 times. The time shown next to it is the total time for all three of these activities. The same is true for "Calculating dirty regions x 2" - it means that it happened twice. You shouldn't worry too much about the number of activities though, just the total time for them - e.g. if Flash Player didn't have anything to do, it might finish an activity almost immediately, and this would show up in Scout with a negligible time (e.g. a few microseconds) - that's not something you should worry about.
If you want to understand the display list rendering operations better, you can read the article here:

  • What does the icon on my battery mean?

hello nokia lebanon what does the exclamation mark (?) shown at the battery icon means ?
Moderator's note: The title was edited. A better subject was provided.

    Hi NicolasMansour,
What's your phone's model? If this is for a Windows phone, can you verify if this  is the icon that you're seeing? If yes, that means the battery power or state of the battery isn't known at the current time. See: What do the icons on my phone mean? If you're referring to a different phone or a different icon, would you mind telling us its model and sending us a screenshot so we can further check?
We look forward to your reply. BTW, congratulations on your first post.

  • What are the numbers preceding some posted questions

I tried to seach for this, but nothing came up. What are the numbers I see before some posted questions.

Is there a link to the Support Community from the KB article that automatically puts the KB number in the new discussion. I couldn't find one.
Or does the person creating the discussion manually put the article number in the topic.
I now know what the number is, I just don't understand how it gets in the new discussion topic.

What do the little icons in mail mean, is there a list of them somewhere?

If you mean the little icons next to the message like below.  It indicates you've replied to a message, an arrow going to the right means you've forwarded the message and a paper clip indicates an attachment.
Items on the toolbar can be identified by right clicking the toolbar and selecting icons with text.

What's the wave's number of iPhone 4S speakers? I need to know what's the number because my phone doesn't play any sounds, and I kind of knew what's the problem and solution!
What I mean by wave is like radio channels' waves! Ex. 104.1

    Your statement makes no sense.
Have you tried basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide to rule out some setting in the device preventing the speaker from working?
    Is the mute switch on?
    Do other sounds work?
Does it produce sound with headphones plugged in?
