What does "Adjustments disabled" mean and how do I get it enabled?

When 2.1 came out I bought it, but have only tried to use it today. Projects works, Metadata works but Adjustments says "Quick Preview On (adjustments disabled). I have a couple of questions?
1) How did this happen?
2) What does it mean and?
3) How can I get them enabled?

Did you manage to find anything out, because the thing that bothered me was the limited functionality (what ever that is). We are getting this alert on a fair few of our VMs with VHDXs and Dynamic VHDs. Everything seems OK but I am not sure what this actually means and what I need to do to resolve the issue. How do I reset the error count if that is what is required? Thanks

But I am getting this alert from SCOM and SCOM has no information about the alert for me to find out what to do - thought that was the point of SCOM to let you know of problems and how to resolve them. :)
The alert is coming from the Error Count Monitor that is part of the Hyper-V Management Pack Extensions (v 4.0.0.0)
I have tried looking in the Event Logs on the Host and there doesn't seem to be any storage related errors there. I am trying to establish if this is a false positive, why it is happening and if it is safe to override and ignore.
There is nothing on the Product Knowledge tab and nothing on the Alert Context other than what I have already mentioned (see below).

Arey you sure you did not launch the server twice ?

The program was compiled to a version that is 1.5 compliant.
You tried to run it with an earlier version that does not know anything about the new information and formats that the 1.5 version introduced, and it refused to run the program.
Use the same version for compiling and running (simple solution, there are others.)

Yep, it's probably a classpath thing.
How are you compiling and running your code?
At the command line (recommended) or through an IDE?... and if so then which one?

I updated my iPhone 4 to iOS5 yesterday, but was told there was an error that occurred during the restore (-34, to be specific). I also noticed now that I've been browsing the forum that my music and videos are missing. I umount one filesystem like this:
# umount -F /export/home1
Then I tried to mount it back as:
# mount /dev/dsk/c1t0d0s6 /export/home1
mount: I/O error
mount: cannot mount /dev/dsk/c1t0d0s6
partition /dev/dsk/c1t0d0s6 and directory /export/home1 all exist in the system. Why can I not mount it back. Please help. I am waiting. Thanks.

mount: cannot mount /dev/dsk/c1t0d0s6I/O error indicates that there is a problem communicating with that device.
You might use 'format' to see if the device is responding, and perhaps run a read analysis on it.
Maybe the disk has died? Bad cable?
