What does Creative Cloud Support include for each level?

What Support do I actually get with Creative Cloud for individual, for teams, and for enterprise? Phone? Chat? Email? I cannot figure it out from your website.

Does creative cloud include any software for HD video screen capture? I know that Captivate is not offered but are there other software applications available that do the same job? I am not wanting to make tutorials but I am a filmmaker wanting to integrate sequences with screen capture (which I will edit on Premiere)

Spent some time yesterday doing research on this. There are good reviews and bad reviews for just about every screen capture application out there it seems.
The top-ten reviews gave their gold medal to CamVerce, which I'll probably buy today.

Yesterday I bought the Sonne Screen video which is rated 5th on the top-ten site. (I figured as I'm going to be editing on premiere I shoudn't need to pay for extra editing packages and as I'm not using it to create tutorials I really just want a good quality screen capture for Windows 8). However, I'm not really happy with the image quality on playback and I'm finding the technical assistance really poor from Sonne. I still haven't received an email confirmation from them.
The others that I thought sounded right for me were WM Capture (though the top-ten review had a few negative things to say about it).
Tried a couple of the free ones also. EZvid is very popular.
Will see how I go and let you know. I'm sure this is very subjective and I'm probably not being as clear as I need to be about purpose of use.

There is no difference please be aware that each login is provided with two activations however. If you wish to have a computer at both work and home activated though that is perfectly fine as long as your employer is ok with using company software at home.

Go to Settings>iTunes and App Store>Show All>Videos>Off. The movies with the cloud icon are movies in the cloud and they should disappear when you do what I posted.

TD, LN - You guys make great points and I will take you at your word. Normally, I would not hesitate to update. I have a lot at stake here with a large vacation coming up with a great many new pictures anticipated. I don't know enough to understand what is meant by "verifying my library." Please give me some insight there and I will start the upgrade process tonight! Seriously, I have wanted to do this for some time, but have been scared away by reading too many situations on these forums.
TD - you have a good sense of humor. I know all versions eventually need to be left to die away. Support is not eternal. I am sure I missed the announcement that certain versions of iPhoto would no longer offer the ability to conveniently make cards, calendars, books, etc. Like the original poster, I was surprised to learn my version did not offer that functionality only by requesting it and getting denied. Sort of frosted me at the time, as you can tell by my original reply here.
If anyone can help me with the "verifying" question, I'll get off of here and let the original poster have his thread back!

Lightroom 4 (now available in the Creative Cloud) will not run on Windows XP

Premiere Pro CS6 and After Effects CS6 will only run on 64 bit operating systems
Photoshop CS6 Extended: 3D features and some GPU-enabled features are not supported on Windows XP.
If you're running Windows XP 32 bit, you'll only see 14 software apps available for download since Lightroom, Premiere Pro and After Effects are not supported on that operating system.

What is "Creative Cloud H"?

I had been getting repeated kernel and dump panics. The multilingual screen comes up and, upon hitting any key, the iMac reboots (I think) rapidly, but some things have to be "recovered."
After a clean reinstall of Mavericks and a paintstaking reconstitution of my data files and reinstallation of my Adobe software, my iMac seemed to be be fine for a few days. However, today, I suddenly had one of these mini-crashes (which I can't give a label to, as the Problem Report doesn't seem to include any, at least any familiar to me). I wasn't doing anything unusual.
The Problem Report, however, did include the following statement: "BSD process name corresponding to current thread: Creative Cloud H" which I don't recall previously having seen. (I could be wrong wince there had been so many problem reports before the clean reinstall.) Apparently the beginning of that is a euphenism for a kernel panic.
What is "Creative Cloud H"? I checked Creative Cloud (from the icon) and could not see any sign of recent activity.
