What does Elastic, Liquid, or Hybrid Mean when creating a new page

When I choose File-New-blank page I get choices on the number of columns with the words elastic, liquid, and hybrid. I'm not sure which to pick for which use. Are these terms defined or documented so I can pick the one I need.
New-ish DW-CS4 user running Win XP Pro.

Just so you know, starter pages are pre-built CSS layouts. Not the same as Dreamweaver Templates (
.dwt files).

It's not specific enough to pinpoint what caused it—it could be anything from a bad optical medium (CD-R) to a dusty or dying laser diode. You have to isolate the problem—use a different CD-R brand, try a different speed, use a different burn engine (eg, Burn), etc. If it occurs once or twice, randomly, it's more likely to be a bad disc. If it occurs consistently, and at the same stage of the burn process, it's more likely to be a drive or software issue.

songs you have paid for or own outright will not have those restrictions.

The startup disk has possibly been corrupted...try starting holding the Option key and then select the main hard drive and see if you can continue to normal startup. If that does not work, insert your Mac OS X install disk, you show you have 10.6.8, and restart either holding the Option key and select the install disk or holding the C key so you boot from the install disk. Then reinstall Snow Leopard to cleanup whatever is corrupted. If you do a normal reinstall you will not lose information.

i am trying to sync my iPhone with my itunes on my computer. there is not enough space to sync my iphone. i know i can limit the amount of music i sync but i don't understand what the yellow "other" category means and it is taking up a lot of space. please help if you know what that means

It represents something that iTunes doesn't recognize as music, videos, books, podcasts, etc. Normally, the "other" is limited to a few hundred MBs (operating system, app data, etc). If it grows to a GB or more, it probably indicates corrupted data from an interrupted sync. Sometimes adding a new song or app will clear up the problem. You can always restore from your backup to regain a normal amount of "other".
Note: During a sync, you'll see the "other" bar grow and shrink. It doesn't mean anything until the sync is finished.

What does "Authorized as" field works for when creating an alert?

Do someone knows when to use the "Authorized as" field in the alerts? I have created an alert to know when a work item has been assigned to an specific team but alerts are not being sent.
I configured like this:
TeamProject = XXX
AND Team Changes To YYYY
AND Work Item Type = CUSTOMTASKTYPE
AND State = To Do

Based on the description, seems you want to create alert when a work item is assigned to the specific team and make the team members get notified. But your filter is incorrect, please check the screenshot as below:
You can create a work item alert by using the template of "when a work item is assigned to me". Then click "Edit" after the field of “Send to” to add the account
of team members in your team.

How to delete headers when creating a new page

when i duplicate page it automaticaly puts a header at top of page but i do not want that, i covered them up with black boxes but now that i loaded and published my site while the page is loading it shows the headers in the background untill my logo that covers them loads. is there any way to remove them? also when i loaded my site some pictures were missing they are there when i preview the site but once i load them they are gone, and some of the text as well they seem to be all from the same page

Before you visit your site after publishing changes, make sure you empty the browser cache first.
Safari drop down menu "Empty Cache..." or Shift-Command-E

Yes, if you duplicate without the render files and delete the original project you lose the render files. But render files get recreated - automatically if you have it set in the preferences (which is the default option). It just takes time.
