Likely you're just over your 90 days of PHONE support - you can extend phone support to three years by purchasing the AppleCare Protection Plan.
I'm sure your still have months and months of warranty on you mid-2012 model.

Mac Air was left on power attached to a monitor overnight. In the morning there was a message that I had to turn it off by depressing the "on" key for over then seconds. It means that your iphone can only be used with a sim card provided by the carrier your phone is locked to. Only way to unlock your phone and be able to use any sim you like, is to contact the carrier your phone is locked to, and ask them if they can unlock the phone for you. They usually do this for free if your contract with them has expired. Hope I helped

You can try installing 7-Zip (free), then right-click on the iTunesSetup.exe or iTunesSetup64.exe file to unpack its contents, and install AppleApplicationSupport.msi as a standalone component. It may still not install successfully, but if it doesn't you may get a more useful error message regarding the reason why.

what version of iPhoto are you using?
what system version are you running?
what fixes have you tried?
where is you library located?
did you apply any updates or upgrades just prior to the problem occurring?
are you running a "managed" or "referenced" library?
what type of Mac?
how much free space on your boot drive?

The Beta version of Facetime is a free test/trial version that Apple placed on some computers in the past. It has expired -- to get a working Facetime version back you must go to the App store and purchase "Facetime for Mac" which will cost you 99 cents.

It sounds like you might have accidently copied Chess over from an Intel Mac, or an Intel Mac's installer DVD. The architecture typically means it is designed uniquely for either Intel or PowerPC. Be sure to extract Chess from the 10.5 Retail installer disc that looks like * and not any other disk. http://www.charlessoft.com/ 's Pacifist lets you extract individual applications from installers without having to reinstall everything.
