What does it mean when my iPhone won't turn on?
My iPhone 4 has been messing up for the last couple of days. It would turn off on its own & wouldn't turn back on again. When I got it to turn on before, the screen would turn green & then would turn right back off. Now it won't even turn on. Is this a battery issue? I just got this phone about 2 months ago to replace an old one that shattered.
I had an issue like that before on my iphone 3G green screen then it blacks out.. Try this if this fix will work for you..
I plugged my iphone on the computer using the original apple cables for a couple of minutes 5-10 atleast, then long press the power button. and it turned back on.. it worked for me. back then. i dunno maybe you can try it. -

When you click on the WiFi network name, have you also provided the password for accessing the network? You should get a dialogue box asking you for the security information the first time you connect.
If you are not able to connect, you might want to go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings.
Then go back to Settings > WiFi and select your network name again and make sure the security information is now entered correctly.
If you still cannot connect, power down the router, wait a few minutes, power up the router, with the iPad powered down the whole time, and after the router has had several minutes to stabilize power up the iPad. See if it now connects correctly. -

You should be able to sync your content back to the iPad if you have been syncing with iTunes all along. If you don't sync with iTunes, you can download much of your paid content again for free as long as you use the same Apple ID. This explains downloading past purchases.

Your iphone is liely locked to a carrier.
You would need a SIM card from that carrier or you would have to ask that carrier of they unlock iphones and if you qualify. -

Is the hold switch in the on position? Try resetting the iPod. To do this, press and hold both the Select/Center and menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear. The iPod may have simply locked up.
