What does locking a tab do versus protecting a tab?

Can't find any write-up describing what these two options do.

I can not replicate the problem with locked tabs, all links I tried opened in a new tab. I am using the latest development version so it may be something that has been fixed. You can try the development version, it is available from http://tmp.garyr.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10888

It is possible that there is a problem with the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.
Delete the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.

What does the emergency tab do, i want to know but im afraid to open it and have it dial something i dont need

i have been really wondering what the emergency tab is for on the lock screen and its bugging me, i have been hearing that it automaticly calls the police and im afraid i might accadentally hit it and have to deal with the cops, i had that happen on one of my older phones before and it was a pain in my rear so im affraid it might happen again, can some one please explain what it does to calm my nerves PLEASE

When you press the Emergency button, it will bring up a dial pad and allow you to enter a number. Only calls to emergency services (Such as 911) will be allowed. What does "Locked" status really mean in FPGA Timekeeper

The help says, "FPGA Timekeeper locked is TRUE if the FPGA Timekeeper has locked on to and is tracking the given time reference."
That's not very specific.
- The Timekeeper is only "tracking the given time reference" when "Sync Time.vi" is called by the code, right? Otherwise isn't it just predicting time base on the FPGA clock cycle, and apparently some filtering, gain and interpolation? That wouldn't really be tracking the time reference.
- Is the Timekeeper checking the interval at which Sync Time.vi is called?
- Is it comparing the offset of the two time values input to Sync Time.vi to its internal prediction?
- Is it making some judgement after a series of Sync Time.vi calls (how many?) that it has figured out the relative variations between the time reference and the FPGA clock? How does it make that judgement?
- If a long time passes between Sync Time.vi calls does it decide it has lost its lock?
- Does calling Time Synce too frequently or too infrequently contribute to not achieving locked status, or to losing it?
Thanks for the help! I love the idea of the FPGA Timekeeper but I don't know how to interpret the lock. I can get the offset from the time reference, but what I'd really love to know is the size of the error when calling Time Synce.vi.

What does the "other" tab in itunes mean?

Other can be Album Artwork, Notes, Contacts, Firmware etc. or ( in the case of an iPod that can be enabled for disk use, files that are on there if you are using an iPod as a removable storage device). What does switch to tab mean in reference to a website?

When I am wanting to go to certain websites in the drop down address bar, it says "switch to tab." I try to click on it and it either closes out of Firefox completely or takes me back to the homepage. It happened one day on just a couple of websites and now it won't let me access those websites through the address history bar.

What does locked out mean?

I have a new computer...tried to sync. It did a backup and I see my apps and songs on the new computer but it will not let me click or drag to the right to put them back on my ipod.

Music I purchased on I Tunes is not available when I open ITunes in I Movie. I Movie says those files are "protected" and not accessible. What does that mean and can I change them to "unprotected" so I can use them in IMovie?

When I"m using I Movie on this I Mac and try to open I Tunes tab in I Movie, most of the files are not accessible because I Movie says those fields are protected. If your iPhone is locked to a wireless provider, only that wireless provider
can unlock it. Contact the wireless provider in Hong Kong to see if they

activation can remove the lock. There is no workaround for Activation Lock.

The main reason to lock the request is to avoid any duplications.
You can also unlock the request if you want using SE03 transaction.
Goto SE03 transaction,select unlock objects and execute.give your
request number and execute.it will be unlocked.
