What does the Color Picker icon look like in Photoshop CS4 and where do I find it? Is this also called the 'Color sampler tool"?

What does the WiFi calling indicator look like on Lumia 640.

I have a new Lumia 640 with Wifi calling. The EE setup instructions talk about getting a message from them and then within 24hrs being switched on and the phone will show a 'Wifi Calling Indicator' What is this as there is no reference in Lumia userguide or on EE search for this Icon. What does it look like? Also when the phone is restarted the Wifi calling stops working and the EE WIfi tile dissappears from the main screen.

Hi I have today had a chat with the call centre. My phone was obtained from the EE shop in Weston super Mare and they activated the WIFI calling. It has worked intermittantly since the start date. The symbol for WiFi Calling is NOT shown in the EE icons list or the Microsoft Icons list for the Lumia 640 hence my original question. I have now seen it and know what it looks like, different from the Samsung phones. Why not a standard symbol? The Wifi calling keeps stopping working putting the phone into mobile data mode only despite the Wifi calling setting selection still being shown for Wifi calling as ON. When dragging down the top of the screen the second line shows EE 4G instead of EE WIFI 4G and the tile shows EE instead of EE WIFI.Basically the Lumia 640 is not providing WIFI calling reliably. Whether it is a phone software/hardware error or an EE problem is unknown and proving impossible to identify. As I have no signal most of the time this facility is essential to me, I don't even advertise my number as it has been unobtainable for the past two years.After waiting for 18 months for this facility as it stands I would not recommend this Lumia 640 phone and EE WIFI calling facility.RegardsRetired Orange/EE Planning Engineer

An "other" larger than about 1 1/2 GB usually indicates that the "other" includes corrupted files.
First try:
"First you go settings/general/usage/music/then left swipe over music and press delete and you would think it deletes your music but it doesn't instead it deletes your other but make sure your ipod is connected to a computer while doing this"

I'm not sure if it was you or another poster where I saw this. But in the last couple of days I recall reading a response from Adobe to someone here on the forums where they were advising something about conditional content in Frame and they advised some switch in the conversion settings could be flipped so that the conditions in Frame survived the trip into RoboWorld. Was that your by chance? If so, that would explain why you suddenly began seeing this.
The only way I can fathom to coax the colors not to show is by removing all conditionals.

What does a dead pixel even Look like ?

I posted a thread 24 hours ago that ended up w/ a missing section, then 2 replies to finish.... a real mess that went deservedly unanswered.
I'm sure I can do better :
Suddenly I've got 2 "bits of dust" towards the lower right corner of my 24" display. They're different sizes ( the smaller close to a pin-head ) and the slightly larger one is a much darker shade of grey. They're also roughly-edged...misshapen.
They look like pieces of grit , is it even possible for a foreign particle to "ride in on a CD" and end up visible within the display ?
I'm sure that's doubtful, but I don't know much beyond what they "look like"
I've tried the Pixel-Fixer widget, but have seen no effect.
I'd just like to hear what else others may have had, the better to determine what these interlopers actually are !

The LCD is a sealed unit before it's placed in the computer so no it's not possible for foreign particles to "ride in on a CD". It may be possible for dust to get under the "glass" that covers the LCD, but again, not from a CD.

Apple has a decent article on pixel anomalies. In order to keep LCD costs down, a certain number of pixel anomalies are considered "acceptable" by most manufacturers. Some resellers offer a dead pixel warranty for an extra cost. They lose money with individual LCDs that are returned with pixel anomalies that are considered "acceptable" (the manufacturer would bill them for repair or replacement) and usually sell them at a reduced cost. In the long run, though, most LCDs don't have pixel anomalies so the more dead pixel warranties they sell, the more profit they make.
I've tried the Pixel-Fixer widget, but have seen no effect.
Software like the Pixel-Fixer widget are often just temporary solutions. Stuck pixels usually indicate a hardware issue with the LCD matrix and the only guaranteed way to make sure they're gone is to replace the display.
This picture mistakenly refers to a "bright" pixel as "dead". When the pixel is stuck in an open position (allowing light to pass through) it's a "bright" (sub-)pixel. When it's stuck in a closed position (blocking light from passing through) it's called a "dark" or "dead" pixel.
This picture shows a dead (or "dark") pixel.

What would the best process chain look like for this MD data load scenario?

I have the following setup. SAP BW connection to external system via DBConnect (DB2 database).
We have 73 master data text data sources to load either once a week or everyday through process chain. We have not decided on the exact schedule yet.
All the master data text DataSources pull data from the SAME VIEW created on the DB2 external system:
VWDEDMASTERDATA
The structure of the view is the following:
DEDNAME
DEDNAMETYPE
DEDNAMECODE
DEDNAMEDESC
DEDNAMELONGDESC
So, everytime master data text is extracted for all the 73 objects it queries the same view over and over again VWDEDMASTERDATA. We only differentiate in the datasource on the FIELDS tab which InfoObject should DEDNAME map to and then in InfoPackage we filter on the exact object/field to query.
So essentially, every time we run InfoPackage for master data text object the external system gets queried in the following way:
SELECT * from VWDEDMASTERDATA where DEDNAME = [FIELD/InfoObject specified in InfoPackage]
So, if I have to have all 73 objects loaded, essentially the same SQL statement has to execute 73 times. In this scenario, what would be the proper process chain setup that has perfomance in mind? How should the InfoPackages be arranged, in parallel, sequentially, how many in a row, etc?

Adobe offers server based products to convert rtf files into pdf files. Some require your company to run a server, but one seams exactly what they may want. The createpdf service is run by Adobe and seems capable of doing what your company wants.

That's a country code. Are you sending it to someone outside of the US or who is using a foreign carrier? Their carrier is prefixing the phone number with the country code for your phone number.

Actually, another person on the "more like this" had the right answer. It meant I had a notification for an invite that I needed to respond to.
