Transferring FI accounting documents from an external system into the SAP System using program RFBIBL00.
Use
You use program RFBIBL00 to enter accounting documents and to clear open items.
Method
Program RFBIBL00 primarily transfers accounting documents using the batch input method. However, you can also generate documents immediately using call transaction or direct input by means of the "Data transfer type" parameter. Both of these procedures lead to improvements in system performance when transferring large quantities of data (more than 10,000 transactions).
Object-Specific Settings
With call transaction or direct input, documents are posted immediately to the SAP System. As a result, you need to ensure that if for any reason the program is terminated, it can be restarted without inconsistencies occurring in the data.

To enhance the batch input procedure, the system offers the direct input technique, especially for transferring large amounts of data. In contrast to batch input, this technique does not create sessions, but stores the data directly. It does not process screens. To enter the data into the corresponding database tables directly, the system calls a number of function modules that execute any necessary checks. In case of errors, the direct input technique provides a restart mechanism. However, to be able to activate the restart mechanism, direct input programs must be executed in the background only. To maintain and start these programs, use program RBMVSHOW or Transaction BMV0.

    Hi,
    You need to copy the program RFBIBL00 & modify the program to build the logic to upload through application server. Then schedule the modified program in background & it wl work.

            I'm tring to execute the standard program RFBIBL00 with a file prepared by a my Z program but it stopped with the following message:

    Editing was terminated. "
    I tried to execute the same thing with a file prepared by the standard program RFBIBLT0 but tye systems stopped with the same error.
    I found the SAP note 1171612 and I applied it because I'm working on SAPKH6008 patches but the same error occured.
    In order to solve my problem (I only have to execute the standard Batch Input!! and in this step I'm only verifying the file) What do I have to do?

    We get this error if the file format is wrong. The data depends on version too!!
    Are you doing Batch input by using ZBSEG?
    If yes, prepare file as per ZBSEG in ur system like below example.
    If suppose ZBSEG has structure like below.
    STYPE     STYPE_BI     CHAR     1
    TBNAM     TABNAME     CHAR     30
    NEWBS     NEWBS     CHAR     2
    File should be like below.
    1ZBSEG(25 spaces as it has to be 30 total)40
    IF any field is blank, u should take special char / with same length which is in structure.
    Above fields, wrbtr, prctr and newko are mandatory.
    Then it should work.
    check the test file format thoroughly

  • Batch input session to FB01 using standard program RFBIBL00

    Hi all,
    I am creating a batch input session using the standard program RFBIBL00 to simulate transaction FB01.
    My problem is when I process the "batch input session" (using transaction SM35), this finish ok, but in the log I am retrieving the following message:
      "Field BSEG-DMBTR. does not exist in the screen SAPMF05A 0300"
    This is a success message and the document is created ok,and the field DMBTR is informed ok.
    Has somebody some idea?.

    There is no such direct method to wait.
    2. Immediately after submitting in background,
       we cannot wait
      neither can we LOOP and go on detecting
      whether the b/g process has completed or not !
    3. To over come such problems,
      we have to use another technique.
    4. we have to submit another
       job which will get triggered
       on event SAP_END_OF_JOB
       ie. when the original job will finish,
      our new job will AUTOMATICALLY get triggered,
    5. This new job / program
       will do the FURTHER actions !

    I am using a LSMW with the standard program RFBIBL00. The structure is BKPF , BSEG and WITH. I have a field for each one.
    The problem is when I try to upload 2 lines for vendors in the same document which have withholdong information i cannot set in the WITH field and structure which withholding information is for each line.
    Any idea or in this case I don't have other option than upload each line in different document?

  • What does the iCloud program do on my Windows 7 PC?

    I have my iMac and use my iCloud account to keep my Contacts, Calendar,Safari Bookmarks and iCloud e-mail (Apple Mail) current/updated on my iMac, iPhone and the iCloud website.  On my Windows PC I didn't think there was any actual "program" required as I was just going to the iCloud website. 
    What is the iCloud Program that's on the Windows PC for?  It looks like there are "programs" listed along with it but seems they just send me to the website...

    Got it.  Since I'm not using those e-mail programs is there any need for the iCloud program?  The Apple stuff I use on the PC are Safari, iTunes and Quicktime if that matters. 
    Also, is there some way to bring Safari Bookmarks to get into the whole iCloud sync system too?  They sync across on my iPhone/iMac back and forth - but I don't see how to get them on the iCloud website/PC.

    Hello Sivaramu,
    Call transcation can handle only one Trasaction(Tcode).
    Session method can handle multiple transcations.  
    Before getting started with the Recording process...we have to know the transcation code. We do recording to record the screen number, screen values,  Button values(OK codes) ...etc
    For example...while recording we create a record using some t-code (Say MM01) ...Now, we will create a materail master record using the Recording process.
    Let us see the process of recoding a single record with MM01 using SHDB(A tool used to record the details of T-code)
    Go through these steps for recording by using SHDB.
    How to use recording :
    Go to SHDB
    --> Click on New Recording
    --> Provide any name in Recording , For ex: Z_CHAITU
    --> Provide the Transaction name as “MM01”
    --> Select the update mode as Synchrounous or Asynchrounus method
    --> Click on Start Recording button.
    --> It will display MM01 screen….type the appropriate
    information in it.
    --> Type the Material no as : 4567E (Any no, But there should b 1 Character in it)
    --> Type Checmical Industry in INDUSTRY SECTOR
    --> Type COUPONS in MATERIAL TYPE
    --> Now click on Select Views button.
    --> Select BASIC DATA 1
    --> Click on Ok button
    --> Under Basic data tab under Material, it will display the Material number.
    --> Type the short description and “Provide EA as Base Unit Of Measure”
    --> CLICK ON BACK AND IT WILL ASK U TO SAVE THE DATA, CLICK ON YES
    --> Again click on Back, it will ask if u wish to save the changes to record entries.
    -> Click on Yes
    --> Now, u will be in Initial screen
    --> Select the record and Click on Program button
    --> Now, provide any program name
    --> Now, select ‘Transfer from recording’
    --> Click on Tick mark
    --> Give some short description
    --> Type as Executable
    --> Click on Source Code button
    --> Automatically the code will appear in SE 38 program.
    U can try these steps with any T-code by knowing the Mandatory fields in it.
    ---> *Now by following all the above steps ur done with the recording process to create a single record in MAterail master (MM01).  Now, we use the same recording process and put this recording under Loop in report program.*
    So that, it will follow the same steps automatically to create materail master records from the flat file.     Does the standard Intel HD Graphics 4000 in the 13 inch Macbook pro stand up to other graphics cards with dedicated memory ( 1GB of memory for instance)? I need a laptop for college and the Engineering program suggests a dedicated video card with minimum 1GB of video memory.

    I have a Intel HD 4000 in my Mac Mini (late 2012), and it's okay for what I need it.
    However:
    - there were a few issues with flickering on the video output to external monitors. These were solved through a firmware update that came with OSX 10.8.3 - for the majority of the users. There is apparently still a small group of users that still has issues. You can read long threads about this here:

    So for most of us (me included) this issue is solved, but it seems that certain displays / monitors don't work well with the intel HD4000, don't know if there is a pattern or a list of monitor models...
    - there was an issue with the color calibration on the HDMI output. No matter how much you tried to calibrate, the results remained unsatisfying. All light colors were crushed to white, wrong contrast, ...

    The same firmware update improved this a little, good enough for me, but I can imagine it's not good enough if you do graphic work and need reliable colors from your monitor. On HDMI output, the thunderbolt/MDP output is fine. So it's mainly a dual monitor setup issue.
    If it's for graphic work, I'd go for a Mac Book Pro with dedicated GPU !

    Can any one please explain the use of RFFOEDI1 program. Is this
    program used just to generate I-Doc?
    Scenario: For Check payment method(C)
    Once F110 run is successful, then we have to run RFFOUS_C program to
    generate checks. Once this program is complete, checks will be
    generated and the check info will be available in PAYR table.
    Scenario: For ACH-CCD payment method (D)
    Once F110 run is successful with payment method D, The payment details
    will hit BSAK table.
    Now, I don't want to generate the SAP standard I-Doc with RFFOEDI1, do
    I still need to run RFFOEDI1 program???
    For the check payment, RFFOUS_C program triggers the generation of
    checks after which the check info will be available in PAYR table
    Likewise, does the RFFOEDI1 program has any implication on the ACH
    direct deposit?
    To my understanding, If you do a payment using payment method, ACH
    direct deposit in SAP, we don't generate any check numbers ???!!!
    Do we get any reference number or anything when the direct deposit is
    done??? This reference number could be used to trace the invoice
    against which this ACH payment was done!
    If it is the case, where do we get/ when do we generate the reference
    number to trace the invoice????.....any inputs?
    If we are not going to run RFFOEDI1 program, (if we are not interested
    in generating IDoc) then are we DONE with the ACH direct deposit, once
    we are done with payment run(F110)???
    Where do we get the reference number which specifies the ACH payment?

    RFFOEDI1 is typically used when payments to vendors are to be sent by an EDI 820 file to the bank. This program generates the PEXR2002 idoc. The idocs are sent to the EDI translator where these are mapped to an EDI 820 file format and sent to the bank.
    Scenario ACH-CCD payments method (D)
    If you do not want to send EDI 820 payments, you would typically not generate the idoc - in which case - you dont have to use RFFOEDI1. This probably means that (a) you are using the RFFOUS_T program for generating the payment medium or (b) you are using the payment medium workbench to generate the ACH file (NACHA format) for your house bank.
    You do have to send an ACH file to the bank for paying your vendors - which means - you are probably using one of the above methods to generate the file.
    ACH Direct Deposit
    I am assuming that you are probably referring to ACH-PPD type payments here. You would still have to send the payment medium using one of the methods mentioned above.
    In all ACH scenarios, your payment document number, is your reference number that was used to clear the open item.
