What export setting will match the following?

I'll be using a Canon Vixia HG20 with DM100 Canon minishoe external mic and the client requires the below attributes for final delivery.
My question: What export setting(s)/codec in FCPX will ensure I get all of this criteria? I'd prefer to submit a quicktime file but I know there's lots of different codecs that result in a quicktime file output...
REQUIREMENTS:
HD FORMAT
Tape and/or file Format: D5, HDCAM, HDCAM SR, Targa files, Uncompressed Quicktime (preferred)
Recording Format: 1920 x 1080p NTSC
Frame Rate: 24 fps (preferred), Acceptable Frame Rates: 23.98 fps, 23.97 fps, 30 fps, 59.94 fps, 60 fps
Image/layout Format: 16:9, 1.78 or 1.85 aspect ratio. For full view (analog), 2.35 aspect ratio
Title Safe & Image Safe Area: Image Safe Area 5% from edges of image, Title Safe Area 10% away from edges of image
AUDIO OPTION 1
Stereo Release Only
Audio: Embedded

This is the question I am asking in the quiz:

In the book, you'd just put the number 2 on the first line, etc. How would I create this same type of question in iBooks "Review" widget?
I know this can't be directly done in the iBooks default review widget so what I'm looking for is just a best substitution or if there are widget developers that have created a more extensive quizzing widget, I'd love a link.

If you want to add in an XML file to a POST command, you'd add it just like any other file you'd attach to a post request, especially (if you're request is the same as your last post) if you're just doing a jsp page. I'd do it something like this:

Looking for a monitor that will match the picture quality on my Macbook Pro.

Today i bought a 27" LED Monitor w/ 2560 X 1440 resolution. The specs on the box seemed to match that of a thunderbolt display yet when connected (via HDMI) the picture quality was significantly lower than that of my Macbook Pro (13.3" 2.9 Ghz July 2012). Im likely to return this monitor due to the poor quality. What i want to know is what kind of monitor is out there that will match the color and quality of my macbook pro. I am willing to lose monitor size in return for this quality but i dont want to spend $1,000 on a thunderbolt display (i spent $400 on this monitor). Any one out the with monitor knowledge to help me out in my purchasing decision?

For anyone out there with a similar problem, after a few days of researching the issue i've found a solution. The problem being that HDMI cables wont support resolution higher than 1080p (1920 x 1080) therefore using an HDMI connection, your monitor wont output to its full potential (that is ofcourse if it can support higher than 1920 x 1080). The solution is to use a DisplayPort connection. DisplayPort is the best connection for computer monitors because it can output higher resolutions than hdmi and in most cases DVI. Today it seems like everyone is using HDMI to connect everything and it has become the standard. In the case of TV/Cable HDMI is probably your best choice because it is more properly formatted for that type of display but if you want the best picture quality for computer monitors, i'd stick with a DisplayPort cable. For compatibility with your Macbook Pro/Air/iMac, you do need to buy a MiniDisplayPort to DisplayPort converter cable to make the connection.
Again this is just how to output a non-apple display to your apple computer. If you can afford them, the ThunderBolt and Apple Cinema displays are both great monitors that can output some really high quality picture as well.

Your thoughts on frame by frame viewing are can do. However, the real time playback feature includes the concept of rendering the Timeline, when the program indicates the need to do so, to get the best possible preview of what you are seeing in the Edit area monitor. That is a major novel in itself. Each time you do a new edit you will get the render indicator message to ignore or act on.
Definitely go the free 30 day tryout route for Premiere Elements 12. I have Premiere Elements 12 (updated to 12.1) and it runs fine on Windows 8.1 64 bit.

You might try talking to the Apple store manager and see if you don't get more help...you might also contact Apple.com/support and see if they can give you a contact with the Apple Italy offices.
Sounds like you have two levels of failure, the first shop that did the repair and broke a wire, and the second that has disabled something else and isn't helping.
Apple officially refurbished equipment is usually good quality. Surprising this has happened but you need to press on with complaints and try for resolution.

Yes, it seems we have a little bug in OJC, the protected access modifier should only be allowed for member classes. I filed a bug report and I'll fix it.

Canon usually puts the filter size on the ring on the front element or somewhere along the side. It'll use the diameter symbol ⌀. That lens is 58mm. Though I usually find Google to be fastest for such questions:

In FCE, what export settings will correct flickering when converting an avi native file to .mov?

I have a 27 min. avi file that has a lot of still imagery with motion effects. When I export this as an .mov file with default settings, there is flickering on some of the landscape imagery. This doesn't occur in the native file. What are the optimal settings to correct this problem and produce the best quality end product on a DVD?

So what are good options for file conversion from mpg? Usually I simply use QuickTime Pro (augmented with to view and occasionally trim and splice video clips from various sources, including web page-linked .mpgs and .flvs This has a lot of limitations - poor picture quality, not recognizing spliced clips, exported files blowing up to as much as 50x the original filesize and more. No doubt the answer is partly, "you get what you pay for" but I'm not sure how much better specific commercial applications will work for me.
When I look at video file properties in any application, e.g. QT or VLC, there are always many parameters I don't think are important, but am not sure. Is there a good simple guide to the structure and hierarchies of various video file types which can help explain and identify the characteristics to look for when setting file conversion controls?

What is the point of revoking UTL_FILE from PUBLIC? Yes I know what you think the point is, but without rights on an Oracle DIRECTORY being able to execute UTL_FILE is useless. Unless of course you're still using the init.ora parameter

As for UTL_SMTP and UTL_TCP, I think whether a program is allowed to send e-mail to a given SMTP server is really in the remit of the e-mail adminstrator rather than the DBA.
Look, DBAs are kings of their realm and can set their own rules. The rest of us have to live with them. A couple of years ago I worked a project where I was not allowed access to the USER_DUMP_DEST directory. So every time I generated a TRC file I had to phone up the DBA and a couple of hours later I got an e-mail with an attachment. Secure yes, but not very productive when I was trying to debug a Row Level Security implementation.
I have worked on both sides of the DBA/Developer fence and I understand both sides of the argument. I think it is important for developers to document all the privileges necessary to make their app run. Maybe you don't have a better way of doing that than revoking privileges from PUBLIC. Or maybe you just want to generate additional communication with developers. That's fine. I know sometimes even DBAs get lonely.

When I send to color the project setting dont match the ones on fcp

Im sending a project from fcp to color, the project is 1440x1080 when it opens in color it says its 1920x1080 and doesn't let me change it.
I also cant seem to access the preferences for color.
Can anyone offer some suggestions?

Three issues in one...
COLOR only works in square pixels, so if its a 16x9 project, it will scale everything accordingly: 1440x1080 will go to 1920x1080. That isn't negotiable. As I recall, 960x720 DVCProHD goes out at 1280x720 even if you choose "Original Format", and if you're working in a codec that COLOR doesn't support for export in other than Uncompressed or ProRes QT, then there is only one way through that door.
The only "preferences" you have available are the ones in the Setup Room -- what are you trying to change? The Project Settings?
If you're sending a single layer sequence and multiple layers result, there is likely a nested sequence or a remnant of one on that sequence. COLOR will attempt to open the sequence and rebuild it -- this is usually where a project corrupts very badly.

It's not named "Project File", but for these purposes, that name will do. After the first instance on another project, I created this one and still the problem persists.
