I have recently recovered the data from a broken hdd and want to reinstall my iCal data on my new hdd. I have copied 'user/library/application suport/ical', 'user/library/preferences/com.apple.ical.plist' and 'user/lbrary/calendars' from my old hdd to my new one but iCal still start up empty – without my old calendar data. Are there still some files I need to copy?

I strongly recommend you check in Native Instruments and confirm whether your version is even going to run. This is not always necessary, but in your specific case, you're trying to migrate software running on a G5 (PowerPC CPU) to a MacBook Pro (Intel CPU). There is a pretty good chance that if you copied over your files, or even if you installed from the original media, the software might not run and might not even install on a MacBook Pro because it uses an Intel CPU. It's actally an HDMI adapter that Apple sells.
You hook the small adapter up to your MBP and then HDMI cable to your TV. Please note adapter is for HDMI compliant for HDMI rev 1.3 and above:
My TV, which has DVI port also, besides HDMI gets its best resolution by DVI of which also sell at Apple store for the MBP.
Bottom line is check w/ your TV manufacture to be sure your flat screen supports 1920 X 1200.

The massage means what it says. iTunes can't find the actual music files. All iTunes has is a database of where the files should be and they are not there.
Try:

I made a recording with Adobe Audition CC and saved this as a wav file. So far I could go open the file with Adobe Premiere Pro CC. But now always the following error message is poping up:

If you think getting your web pages to appear OK in all the major browsers is tricky then dealing with email clients is way worse. There are so many of them.
If you want to bulk email yourself, there are apps for it and their templates will work in most cases...

ContainerController's setters call updateForScroll(), if scrolling needs to happen, which updates the container.

First off, I would STRONGLY suggest that a external hard drive would make you life much easier by at least being able to back up your songs on the external drive for when you need them. Even if you don't want them in the iTunes library, you can have them all ready on the external to be re-added as needed. You can get 100's of gigs for under $100 shipped.
Anyway, since you used Yamipod, are all the songs back on the computer? If so, I would go ahead and restore the iPod, let iTunes then resync everything back to the iPod, then switch it back to manual and see if the restore and resync clears up the issue.

for changing the max datafiles in the control file... it is said that there is no need to create the control file instead we can create a tracefile of the control file and change the details and start the database with that perticular text file...
so my question now is how will the changes made to the text file are reflected in the current control files....

I am not able to follow you here.Why do we need to recreate teh control file in the first place?Did you read the link that I had pasted?
If we recreate the control file,we end up doing the same that we had been doing in the previous releases too.In 10gr2,this limitation has been lifted and that's what I had mentioned in my previous reply.Please see this one more link to see that its not at all required to recreate teh control file in order to increase MAX* parameters.I had given earlier example of maxdatafiles,this one talks about maxlogfiles.

How to tell what files have NOT been Javadoc'd.

Is there a way to generate a list of filenames that lists out what has not been Javadoc'd? I have tons of Java files, and I need to produce a list to give back to the developers, that tells that what they haven't Javadoc'd.

Our NetBeans IDE guru found an Ant solution. But it leaves a lot to be desired. That's why I'm posting this in the Forum. His solution is as follows.
The build.xml file was added the following:

This generates some reports. But the information is broken down in a way that it's not easy for a number of developers to sift through. The toplevel report is very top level, and you can't see the whole tree sturcture of what is not Javadoc'd in one swoop.
So I'm sifting through the list that this Ant script generates, and figurin out what who wrote what file, and what files are related to the top level report. For instance, the report might tell me that file cxxi.apisupport.pythonsupport has 5 files without Javadocs. But I have to click on "cxxi.apisupport.pythonsupport" to find out what the 5 files are, as these are listed in a separate part of the report. I think this is as close as I will get, with the limited knowledge I have at the moment about Javadocs, scripts, python and all this stuff.

I can't remember and what to do. It's my understanding that all you have to do is move the file to the same location on the new computer and it should open in the new location, correct?
You would think that iWeb would upload this to the web for easy access and ability to edit from any computer.

PS. Does anyone think iWEB will mature to a level somewhat more experienced, ala dream weaver, at least some more in-depth tools? I would love to see Apple develop iWeb more as well as a flash type of program as only Apple could create a program that is very complicated (FLASH) and make it somewhat easy. There are others out there for the PC, but none for the mac. I also think if Apple released a deep yet easy to learn flash tool that they would make some deep in-roads to developers. For the PC users, check out SWISH, and at one time, Adobe had a pretty good program too, can't remember what it was called, but they stopped developing that years ago.

You need ~/Library/Application Support/iWeb/Domain.sites2, where ~ is the item in the Finder's sidebar with the house icon. It's a package, not a file.
