What happen to my iTunes

Since I downloaded iSO 7.1 onto my iPhone 4, I've had several problems to the point that I had to restore my phone. This was a pain after I got my phone working again but all my iTunes were gone, so I when to Apple iTunes to synce the tunes I preciously purchased but only had one album by Lionel Richie. I said no problem I'll use by iPad to sync the tunes onto my iMac. The download did not work and it removed all my tunes from my iPad. Using the iPad to access Apple iTunes the same thing happen when I went to purchased tunes.
What happen to the iTunes, over hundred I had purchased, I thought that they were supposed to be there forever.

I've was able to get into iTunes purchased but none of the purchased tune come up except one foe Lionel Richie album.
I had over a hundred tunes, I've also have the same problem with my iPad with ISO 7.1.

By being gone do you mean the library is not in your Pictures folder or when you open the library you don't see any photos or thumbnails? If it's the latter apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Select the options identified in the screenshot.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

I'm moving to Canada from the UK, what happens to my iTunes account, can I convert it to a Canadian one and keep the same username and password and also keep all the content I currently have on my iPhone/iPad?

Restoring from iCloud backup - what happens to non-iTunes music?

iPhone4, iOS5 and want to restore from an iCloud backup. Wondering what happens when music not purchased on iTunes (95% of my collection), when I restore from that backup? I'm thinking it will all be gone and I will have to go through the painful process of re-selecting all artists\songs I want on the phone in addition to re-creating my playlists.
Can anyone confirm what happens in this scenario?

What happened to the iTunes movie libarary in OS X 10.8 and what happened to some of my movies during upgrade to 10.8?

Does anyone know what happened to the movies that were in itunes in OS X 10.5 when I upgraded to 10.8 itunes no longer has a movie page. Some of my movies I purchased from itunes are now gone too. I see the itunes movie library when I look using my finder window.

I couldn't agree more! I have used many printers at work and assigned many as well. I typically use laser printers for the obvious reasons. I purchased the epson WF-3540 for the H.R. dept due to certain demands (needed fax mach, needed auto duplex print and scan capabilities, needed e-print, needed to print on envelopes and needed to print in color) Speed was a factor as was ink usage and cost. This printer claimed to meet all those needs while using little ink. I was shocked at how fast this thing was.It scans like a dream. Needless to say this is basically the only printer I purchase now and everyone I got it for LOVES it. Great job Epson

What happened to my Itunes?

Went to open Itunes today and nothing, did some trouble shooting and still nothing. Tried Terminal which someone suggested and when I did that I got a message saying itunes wont run in 64 bit mode change to 32. Followed the directions on how to do that only to find there is no 32 bit toggel in my Itunes Info. What the **** happened everything seemed to be working fine a couple of days ago and now this. I see that a number of other people are having the same issue but have all had different fixes so what happened here and can someone help me get back online?

I think what Jasco is asking about (above and below) is the Browse panels in your Library display.
If so, Jasco, you can set them up by going to the iTunes Edit menu >Show Browser command. That will give you the Artist and Album columns. If you want the Genre column as well go back to the Edit menu > Preferences > General tab and check Show Genre when browsing.

What happened to 64bit iTunes?

I just bought a new computer and I just went to Apple's iTunes download site to download iTunes, but there's no 64bit version of it available. There's only one version available, that one which seems to not be the 64bit one. What happened to the 64bit version of iTunes?

my daughter is using my old apple ID, and I gave her my iPhone 5. I now have a Samsung Galaxy S4, I can't text my husband anymore, ATT said it had something to do with my apple ID. We used to use the iMessage and now I can't.

As long as you update your existing account with the new email address then you shouldn't lose anything, it should remain linked to the account. You can update the primary email address on your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your phone and viewing your account, and via http://appleid.apple.com
After updating it you may need to tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your phone and log out and then log back in for it to be 'refreshed' on it

Help! what happened to my itunes?

I have been using itunes for ages and just downloaded the latest update. All of a sudden my itunes is back to square 1, with no music on it. My iPhone has all my music and playlist on it, but not on my laptop. What the heck happened? How do I get it back???

Try manually loading an older library file.
First, you want to replace the library currently titled "iTunes Library.itl" with a previous one. Go into your iTunes location where you normally see your iTunes Library.itl file, and there should be a folder called "Previous iTunes Libraries". In there, should be a library dated with the date you updated. Select that one, and move that to where the main library file is. Delete the old one, and rename the previous one "iTunes Library"
Now manually load the new library version. Hold down SHIFT while opening iTunes until the "Choose Library" pop up appears. Select choose library. Go into your iTunes location where you normally see your iTunes Library.itl file (which was now replaced) and select that one.
THat SHOULD solve the problem. You COULD alternatively just hold down SHIFT and select the Previous iTunes Library, but this makes your library structure a bit more complicated later down the road, so it's best to replace the main library location with the backup, as opposed to just loading the backup directly.
Does that make sense? iTunes automatically makes backups of your library files when you upgrade, and if your media files are still around, it is most likely that your library (which saves all of your media references) had an error when upgrading.

My wife and I each have iPads ipods and iPhones on one Apple account . Should we create a new account? What happens to our iTunes ,apps and iCloud? Can we share them? Will we lose any info?

all our purchases in iTunes , apps and iCloud are on this . If we create a new ID for one of us do we lose any of the data and purchased material or do we still share?

I would suggest that one of you retain the existing AppleID and use it for the iTunes Store, iCloud, and Messages on their iOS device and/or Mac accounts.
Then, the other one of you can create a new AppleID.
You then have two choices for how to share your existing store purchases:
1) You can try the new "Family Sharing" feature: http://www.apple.com/ios/whats-new/family-sharing/
2) Or you can simply continue to use the original AppleID as your "iTunes Store" login on all of your devices (yours and your wife's), yet use a different AppleID to login to iCloud and Messages.
Family Sharing is supposed to be the solution to the problem and does indeed have some interesting shared features. However, just using the same iTunes Store login has worked reliable for years.
The important this to realize is that in iOS and Mac OS, the logins for the Apple Store, Messages, and iCloud are all completely separate and can be independently configured. So, you can each use your own AppleID for login to each of those services. Just make sure to both login to the iTunes Store service using the same original AppleID.

What happened to my iTunes wish list in 12.0.1.26????

I used to have many songs and albums in my wish list. Just upgraded to iTunes 12.0.1.26 tonight on my iMac. I guess this is a Yosemite precursor but I am still on Mavericks.
Now there appears only about 32 songs and I am not sure how many albums but just a few. The rest of my wish list (and that is an awful lot) seems to be missing. I can't seem to figure how to show only songs or only albums in the new wish list as in the old iTunes. What the heck is going on? Did Apple just jettison my wish list with this upgrade? Not good.
I am sure (or at least hoping) that I am not familiar with how to navigate this new version of iTunes. I can get to the wish list, it just is missing the vast majority of what I had before the upgrade. That would truly suck if that list is now gone.

Yosemite 10.10.1 beta <-- That for Apple devices, right? I'm not using Apple products, just a normal laptop. Apple products have way too many limitations, and too few degrees of free choice, for my taste, plus they behave like the police or Big Brother in many ways, adding restrictions to what I can and cannot do with the stuff I buy. I only use iTunes because there isn't any great alternative, really, when it comes to the amount of tracks I can choose from.
Love places like Beatport, Bandcamp or 7digital though, super sad that they offer such a small selection...

What happens by changing iTunes Store Country?

I have an Italian iTunes Store account with about 350 purchased apps.
If I change my settings to a new store, i.e. US, by using an US credit card, can anybody confirm that I am supposed to be able to keep all my 350 apps in my HD and ready to be syncronized?
The extra questions are these:
When I am working with the US Apple ID:
1) what about the updates that are coming for the old Italian Applestore Apps?
2) can I download from the cloud the apps that I bought in the past from my Italian account and that are not in my iOS devices anymore?

I have had issues with similar things. It appears that while the already downloaded Apps still work, updates (at least through iTunes) will not work after you switch country. I was told by Apple support that this is indeed the case. This being especially strange in my case as I changed store within the EU, and stayed within the same market.
While understandable for music / movies (that you cannot redownload) from a legal perspective (not that it is logical) and less of an issue with music since you can just keep a backup and you never need to upgrade the music, it makes no sense for apps to disable redownload / updates of apps that you have bought.
