What happen when bind the imageField with database

I was trying to bind image field to database but I cannot get image back. Is it different way to bind imageField with the database.
Does the rwaValue of ImageField go to the database? Which type of this value is - xml?

2) The new HDD is not encrypted and the system will not prompt for a PIN at startup. When you install Windows on the new HDD it is still not encrypted. When MBAM is installed and the GPO's applied you will be prompted that the system disk needs to be encrypted
and you will have to enter a new PIN.
To recover the data from the old disk you can place it in another computer and you will need the recovery key to unlock the drive. If the disk and/or file system is damaged you can use a program to copy all the readable sectors to a new HDD en try to unlock
it or use repair-bde.exe to copy the readable data to a image or other volume.
3) With manage-bde.exe you can turn on the TPM (also see http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff829858.aspx) from the command-line. However some hardware vendors require a BIOS password to enable the TPM chip. There are also ways to enable the TPM
chip on those systems during the Operating System Deployment (OSD) by configuring the BIOS from the command-line.
4) You can configure MBAM not to require a PIN at startup and only use the TPM (see also http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn645338.aspx) and specifically the GPO setting 'Operating system drive encryption settings' under the GPO node 'Operating
System Drive'. You can select 'TPM only' from the dropdown for the option 'Select protector for operating system drive:'.

  • What happens when deleting the ODI session which is active?

I have another question - If I happen to delete the session vs. stop the session, would deleting the session in ODI mean deleting the session in Oracle too from where it is extracting the query?
What if the interface has already been extracted from Oracle and loading data into essbase, and at that time we delete the session in ODI, what would happen?
    Thanks

    hi to All,
I have faced this issue, When i delete the session in the operator window?. It just delete the logs in ODI,But the session in ORACLE still in active condition.
If I stopped the session in operator window. Its ends the session in but ODI and ORACLE too.
Let me know. what is the different between the Delete and stop option in Operator window?. and Why the session is not ended in ORACLE while deleting the session in Operator window of ODI?
    Thanks

    Goodmorning Gary.
    From ACS 5.3 release notes.
    View Log Message Recovery
ACS 5.3 provides a new feature to recover any logs that are missed when the view is down. ACS collects these missed logs and stores them in its database.
Using this feature, you can retrieve the missed logs from the ACS database to the view database after the view is up.
To use this feature, you must set the Log Message Recovery Configuration as on. For more details on configuring the View Log Message Recovery, see User Guide for Cisco Secure Access Control System 5.3.
This feature must be enabled, under Monitoring and Reports, Launch Monitoring & Report Viewer. Successivamente Monitoring Configuration, System Operations e Log Message Recovery.
Enable “Log to Local Target” for categories under System Administration > Configuration > Log Configuration > Logging Categories > Global.
    Hope this helps.

  • WHAT HAPPENS WHEN...........

I have a dual boot set up with 98se and XP. The 98 drive is hurtin and is gonna give up the ghost soon. What happens when I replace it with a new drive? Will I have to Reactive XP? I hope not. BIGDADDY51CT. Any info?

    Hi bigdaddy,
Have you installed the other drive after the XP disk was installed?
If the stuff worked well in that case you can easily change disks, coz it worked in the past.
Have a look at on which drive the files :NTDLR, boot.ini, ntdetect, are because that's the drive XP is booting from. That is your actual C:\.
If those files are on the defective drive you have a problem because I don't know if you can copy them to another drive and make them working.
If you are going to try and copy you CANNOT boot to XP and copy them coz they are locked, make sure to see hidden files in the explorer else you won't be able to see them.
This is not going to be easy so good luck,

  • What happens when an iPod is synchronized with an iTunes library that is bigger than the available space on the iPod?

What happens when an iPod is synchronized with an iTunes library that is bigger than the available space on the iPod? I did this some time ago. On screen was shown available space somewhat less than 120 GB, but maybe somewhere between 10 and 20 GB more in the library. I had to get the iPod updated anyway, so I did proceed. However, afterwards the total content of the library was only about 110 GB. Now I wonder what did actually happen. Was the first sign only corrected for double copies of the same files or lost files or where files deleted from iTunes? And if files where deleted from iTunes, were they also deleted from my computer?

Same as you would if you bought a pc; copy everything from your old computer to your new one.  Then you can just sync everything from the new computer, as you did with the old one.

(No sarcasm, I'm curious about these snap solutions in general. Though I am really down on Dell for what turned out to be a brain-damaged laptop I got for my wife.)
Well, you can't really make a judgement about a company's enterprise products based on an experience with their consumer products. What if it came from what they call a business products catalog? They intermingle laptops with servers.
Don't know, in general. I do know that for Dell there is a distinct difference between their decidedly consumer laptops (Inspiron) and their "business" Lattitude series. I know that at my last job we had a lot of rock solid HP equipment (servers and SAN) - vs. an HP laptop I had that was trouble from Day One. I'm sure there is a point in desktops and laptops the line can get blurred, but in the case of the OP, he was no where near that fuzzy line.

  • What happens when multiple users access the same servlet?

Do the users share all the same resources? Or is a new process generated for each user? I have a servlet that builds a string to return to the user and I only have myself to test, so I can't really see what happens when many users access the servlet. Is there a possibility that the string will get screwed up, like when dealing with multiple threads, or do all the users get their own resources and I don't have to worry about that?

huh? if you can point a test servlet at it, you can point a browser at it (even if the servlet does not serve html it will run)
try pasting the servlet URL into a web browser
refreshing multiple browsers repeatedly could provide a manual test

  • Time Machine backup created on Mac with a large hard disk. What happens when restore to MacBook Air with small SSD drive?

What if a Time Machine backup was created on a Mac with a large hard disk, e.g. 500GB iMac - and I buy a new MacBook Air with a small SSD hard disk e.g 128GB. What happens when I need to use the larger Time Machine file to set up the new MacBook Air? What happens to all those files that can't fit on the smaller SSD drive?

It is not the HD size, but rather the size of the data it contains. If you right-click your 500GB drive and select "Get Info" you can see how much is actually being used.
Naturally if you are using more space than the new drive has, then you have to make some choices about what you want to keep and what you want to keep archived.
I don't know what options are available but you may simply have to do a manual restore of files you want, in groups.

  • What happened when multiple audio players start at the same time?

    Hi,everyone!
I am developing a game, using JMF to play sound.
These sound are stored in mp3 files.
    In order to decode mp3 files, I installed JMF and mp3-plugin( jmf-2_1_1e-windows-i586.exe , javamp3-1_0.exe).
In the Game, a background music play back repeatly. When EndOfMediaEvent happened, I setMediaTime(new Time(0)) and then start().It works well.
There are several sound-effects,may start at any time,
so 2 or more sounds may play back at the same time,
    and then Strange things happened.
Those sound-effects, usually short, can not play back inextenso.
They lose some beginning part, the length of the part is not constant.
i.e. Audio should start at MediaTime 0, but now they start at MediaTime x, x >= 0,
not only that, sometimes, Audio process bar runs, but no sound heared.
I do not know what is happening.
So please help me, thanks a lot.
The way that I use Players:
    initialize:
create realized players from mp3 files
    prefetch them
    finalize:
    deallocate not null players
    then close them
    using:
    player.setMediaTime(new Time(0))
    then player.start()
    My Environment:
    Windows XP, java 1.4.10, JMF2.1.1, MP3-plugin1.0

This is very strange, difficult to guess the cause... never had such an issue. Normally when the object to which the audio is attached disappears the audio stops. So in your case going to a next slide should stop the audio of the previous slide. Same with object audio.
Do you have the different audio clips (one per slide) in the Library? Could you try to delete the audio on the slide and drag it again from the Library to see if you have the same result? And what happens when you attach the audio clip to an object on the slide (you can create a totally transparent rectangle with no stroke that will not be visible to attach the audio).

  • I have both the 250 gb high performance hard drive and a 1 ter byte hard drive.  What happens when the 250 gb hardrive is full?

I have both the 250 gb high performance hard drive and a 1 ter byte hard drive.  What happens when the 250 gb hardrive is full? This on Imac desktop

Never let a drive get more than 80% to 85% full.
AND keep 50-100 GB of free space on a startup drive to allow proper function of virtual memory in all OS X versions from 10.5x to current versions.
10.4x can get by with 20 GB of free space on the boot drive, but more is always better.
I try and keep all boot drives between 50 and 60% of capacity.
Beyond 60% and up to 90% capacity, seek times increase almost exponentially; performance suffers.

  • Lost my iPod, remotely locked it through iCloud. What happens when the battery goes out?

    Hello!
I lost my Ipod, but managed to locate and lock it remotely through Find my iPod and iCloud. It was located once, but hasn't been located again in the last four days. I think the battery may have run out. What happens when the battery is charged and the iPod turned back on? Does the lock and everything else that can be controlled with Find my iPod still apply?
    Thank you!

Yes, because when you remotely lock the iPod via Find my iPod, the lock code is set as the lock code that you would use to unlock the iPod if you used a passcode normally. As long as the iPod is still connected to your Apple ID, Find my iPod should work as log as the iPod is connected to wifi.

  • VDI3: what happens when the Primary VDI core fails?

A potential customer asked me this and I did not really know how to answer the question ... sorry if this was asked before. So here we go:
What happens when and if the Primary VDI core fails? Will the entire VDI3 setup go down? Will running sessions be lost? And how do you fix that?
    I found this page:
    http://wikis.sun.com/display/VDI3/MySQL+Cluster+Reconfiguration+Scenarios
So I assume the "Non-VDI host ==> Primary Management Host" scenario is what would need to be done?
    http://wikis.sun.com/display/VDI3/MySQL+Cluster+Reconfiguration+Scenarios#MySQLClusterReconfigurationScenarios-NonVdiToPrimary
If this is correct then this would answer the "how do you fix that?" part. OK then.
But still I'd welcome if anyone could explain what exactly would happen when and if a Primary VDI core fails. The customer's opinion on this is that they are a "single point of failure" because the Primary VDI host is not redundant (as opposed to the 2 x Secondary VDI cores) ... So, is this assumption correct or not?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
Assuming you have 3 VDI core hosts. One of them is the primary. And the primary goes down. So what happens then:
    * The underlying database is still running on the remaining hosts
    * All desktop sessions are still running on the remaining hosts
    * New session requests will be handled by the remaining hosts.
    * All desktops are still running on the virtualization hosts.
So in essence, your VDI cluster is still healthy. The operation is just impacted in this way:
    * You can't add new VDI core hosts
    * You can't change the configuration of the Sun Ray server failover group
    * A failure of another VDI core host (data node) will result into a complete outage of the underlying database
You should bring up the primary again as soon as possible in order to gain failover capabilities again.

  • What happens when the multiply effect is applied to both the object and the graphic within?

    Hi everyone,
I could really use some help with this...
I'm getting a booklet ready to be printed. Originally, half of the pages were to be printed on paper with a (physical) colour. For budget reasons however, I've now decided to print the paper colour, and have the content of the pages overprinted on the tint in the background, which I've applied to the pages in the background of an additional master page.
When I set the objects to multiply, they blend with the background colour, which is the effect I'm looking for, as there would be no 'paper white' on the pages that I want to appear as though printed on coloured paper.
There's something confusing me though; you can also set the graphic within the object frame to multiply. This makes the graphic appear darker, which I don't really understand, since there is no extra colour within the graphic that accounts for this. I've looked at the output in the resulting pdf, and it looks like it's not just an on-screen effect, but the extra amount of (in this case) yellow would also be visible in the printed result.
Does anyone have an explanation for this? Please see the graphic for a visual example.
    Thanks in advance, kind regards
    Robbin

    Hi.
Yes. There is a heartbeat mechanism between all cluster members so they detect when a
member has left the cluster. The primary server recognizes when it's secondary server
has failed, and then proceeds to search for another member of the cluster to make as
              it's new secondary.

  • What happens when the Time Machine drive is full?

I'm on my second iMac. My first one (G5, 1984) died, and I replaced it early 2010 with an Intel mac. The transition when exceedingly well largely due to Time Machine. I just hooked the Time Machine drive to the new system, and I was soon back up running!
My home folder has 70GB of data. The Macintosh drive has 105GB of data and 395GB free. The Time Machine drive has 220GB used and 30GB free.
    1. What happens when the Time Machine drive is full?
    2. Do I have control over what backups get deleted?
    3. If lightning strikes twice, will I still be able to restore my Intel mac like my G5 mac, even if backups get deleted?
    4. Is there anyway to control what backups/backup files get deleted?
    5. Any other thoughts?
    Thanks.

i have deleted the time machine folders and they are now in my trash. when i try to secure empty my trash it will delete everything but the t/m folders. how do i delete them?
Do you mean all of them? The entire Backups.backupdb folder?
That's a large mess. First, even a normal delete will take a very long time, as there are probably hundreds of thousands, or even millions, of files. Your best bet by far is to simply erase them with Disk Utility -- that will only take a few moments. If your TM drive has a single partition, see #1 in [Formatting, Partitioning, Verifying, and Repairing Disks|http://web.me.com/pondini/AppleTips/DU.html]. If there are other partition(s) on the drive, see #2 there.
If not, and you only deleted some of the folders, you have a different, worse problem. Unfortunately, Apple doesn't do a very good job of warning folks: +*Never move, change, or delete anything in your backups via the Finder or Terminal.+*
You shouldn't have to delete backups at all, since Time Machine will do that automatically when the disk/partition gets full. But you can do it without harm via Time Machine. See #12 in [Time Machine - Frequently Asked Questions|http://web.me.com/pondini/Time_Machine/FAQ.html] (or use the link in *User Tips* at the top of this forum).
A normal delete will take a very long time, as there are probably tens or hundreds of thousands of items, each of which must be individually deleted. A secure delete will take much, much longer, as each deleted file must be overwritten with zeros.
