Did you save them did your Photoshop preferences get reset without knowing what been happening on you machine there is no way can know we could only venture a guess.

Turn iMessage on for your devices.
Settings > Messages > iMessage.

Who can shed some light on my ongoing connection problem.
After upgrading my iPad Air with IOS 7.06, I could no longer connect to the internet.
I have 2 MacBooks Air, 1 ipad mini and one iPhone 4S running on the same network, and they are all connected to the net and function well.
So I cleaned up the ipad completely, installed the latest firmware and reinstalled my apps : no connection.
I tried all things of resets and forgets. No result.
I have been fondling with my Airport Extreme 5 , but that did not help much.
This morning I went to a neighbor , hooked my ipad air on his network, typed the password and the thing all worked fine.
I have tried to connect the ipad air as an ethernet client, but that did not work. „Not enough power“ was the statement
Ideas anyone ?

Yes I tried this manyfold. But did not work. Reading on, I took Tesserac's advice. Shut down router and computer.
Start router after 15 minutes and wait another 10 minutes before starting the computer.
Et voila.... everything is back in working order,

Well, I know in iOS 5 they can be linked to e-mail accounts, not sure if you had that setup or not.
For future reference, use a program like Evernote, amazing and free, plus dedicated PC apps if you want to view notes on your computer.

I have multiple iphones at my business that we take photos with and upload to one icloud account. Is there anyway to tell the difference between the phones? I tried the info tab but they are all iphone 4's?

NNot with the regular MY Photo Stream. You could use individual Shared Photo Streams instead for each iPhone, if the iOS versions support shared streams. upload to a shared stream is not automatic however. You will have to share them manually.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430

Back ups disappeared. I can see the folder structure but they are all targetless alias.

A couple of months ago I restored a Lion MacBook Time Machine Back up to a new MacBook Air using Mountain Lion. Obviously, the whole content wouldn't fit in the considerably smaller hard drive of the MBA, so I only downloaded what was most important, and left the back up in my external disk to access if I needed other files.
The thing is, I did access the files a couple of times, but sometime in the past two months the back ups have dissapeared. Instead, I can find my fold structure, but they are only aliases. There are no files there.
I used finder to browse through all the different dates inside the Time Machine folder, but there were still only aliases.
The Time Machine Back up folder reduced in size from about 500GB to 45GB, but I have not deleted anything. And I haven't set up a new time machine.
Any one has any idea of what might have happened?

Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In Library Manager it's the FIle -> Rebuild command)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

Why do all the extentions dissappear when they are either updateed or or the system is shut down?

They are still in the customization box, but having to redo them is a bit annoying.

help--->troubleshooting info ---> reset firefox

Huge problems with network accounts. They keep disapear all the time, after restart they are back. But only for 1h or less. Anyone have any suggestions?

I`m using Open Directory, its been working fine for 2 months. But now all of a sudden this very annoying error keeps repeating itself.
It started happen about a week ago,and after a reboot of the server it was working fine, until now. Now the accounts is gone after 1h or so uptime, and after restart all accounts is there, but soon to be disapeared again. Anyone have any suggestion what to look for? And why did it happen in the first place?
For now theres only one user at the office so he uses my admin account (Local user on the server) to connect to shares etc. But in less then a week there will be much more people at the office, so i will need to sort this out ASAP. Appriciate any suggestions/help. thanks in advance.

Is there a way to lock several tabs that you need all the time so that they are always available?

I use the same 6 or 7 web pages everyday at work and I'm wondering if there is a way to keep those tabs open by default? It would be especially nice if they stayed in the same order. My work flow includes using LinkedIN, Basecamp, Zoominfo, SalesForce, Facebook, etc. and I need to always have them open and easy to find.
I think that as we move more to browser-based software solutions, being able to keep pages open, properly labeled and easy to find is crucial for streamlining work flow.
By proper lables i mean: when using brower-based software, the name of the software should be shown in the tab instead of what part of that software you are using.

If you use the “Add Bookmark for These Tabs” option under the Bookmarks menu, it will create a single bookmark link that will automatically open all of those pages in seperate tabs when selected. You may find the following article helpful (it's aimed at Mountain Lion, but the same option should be available in Mavericks):

Any Apps purchased with your Apple ID can be downloaded again, no charge. Tap Apps icon, tap purchases. This should pull up App Store and past purchases. Apps made on another ID must be downloaded with that ID ( my sons and I share a library on the computer! but have separate IDs.

HT4623 It doesnt have the option on my sons iPod or my daughters iPad for "software update". My other daughters iPad did. Why is it not on the other two . We bought them all at the same time. They are all same year

IPod says operating 4.3.5 (8L1) model MC540LL plus my daughters iPad 2 doesn't show the software update option either. My other daughter also has iPad 2 and I was able to update hers last night

The two without the "software update" are probably running a version of iOS prior to 5.
To upgrade them they will need to be connected to computer with the USB cable and upgraded using iTunes.

Photo Stream is not syncing all of my photos on my Iphone 4. I've checked all of my settings and they are all turned on, ready to go. Can anyone tell me why it would randomly miss a few photos please?

I have been to several tech support sites and have checked all of the settings for my Iphone 4, which appear to be on the correct "on" position HOWEVER when syncing with Icloud/Itunes via my Windows PC (windows 7) the Photo Stream comes up short 4 or 5 photos. There are only 116 photos installed (plus 4 videos). Would someone kindly tell me what's wrong and what I need to do to correct his? PLEASE? This is driving me crazy & of course the photos that it aren't syncing are the important ones! THANK YOU!!!

WOW! That font is difficult to read. But, see if this support document helps you http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3989. Photos stream is based on date and photos more than 30 days old are removed. Photostream is designed as a temporary storage to allow you to download the photos to the computer.

Itunes says I have purchased something and it is now downloaded - already hit resume all downloads and it says they are all complete

I have tried the directions to locate lost music and nothing changes yet when I go to buy what I want it says I already have it? Where can I find it - I did the download unfinshed process and still haven't located it?

You couldn't find it under the Recently Added section of your iTunes library or in just the Music section?
