I had at att wireless service. I set up my att account and was always using att like the email and everything that came along with it. I ended up switching service and didn't use my att for a while. My problem is I need to get into my at account and I can't access it nownow because my last known username isn't working and I can't remember my password. I don't know what to do because the phone number used to create the account has switched over to my new service. I've tried everything. So my question is because I switched services did I lose my att account and everything that went along with it???? Thank you!

Thanks for your response but I never closed my account online for my emails and stuff all I did was switch service providers. So because I switched providers the email account and all of my information with att.net is just gone? That makes no sense

It's not currently possible to delete an iTunes account, all you can do is remove any personal info from it and stop using it. But if you bought/downloaded any content with it then that will remain tied to the account - so if you ever want to re-download it or authorise it on a new computer then you will need to remember the id and password

I have a MobileMe Family Account which presently has two family members plus me using it. What will happen to their accounts after June 2012? Will they lose their account, do they have to setup their own soonest or will it automaticallt be converted?

The master account and each sub-account can be converted individually at http://me.com/move whereupon they will become individual iCloud accounts, completely independent of each other.
If doesn't matter which order you do this in; obviously if you migrate the masater account you can no longer administer the sub-accounts but they will continue to work.
Apple's documentation is confusingly worded and has led somen people to think they have to delete the sub-accounts first: do not do this.
Any MobileMe account which is not migrated by June 30th will disappear.

What happened to my tabs and tab groups when I synced to a new computer?

I have spent the morning trying to sync Firefox. On my previous computer, I was running FF31, but not as a clean install--as an upgrade from FF28. In the Sync screen, I saw my email address and recovery key, so I thought I was good to go.
Turns out that that wasn't the case, and I needed to set up a new Sync account.
Here are the steps I took to get my data back:
1) I uninstalled FF31, reverted to 28, used my email address and recovery key, and got my information back.
2) Then I updated to FF31.
3) In FF31, I unlinked my computer, created a new Sync account, and logged in to sync my data.
However, I was unable to access my tab groups. And when I upgraded to FF31, my tab groups still weren't back.
I tried looking in "Tabs from Other Devices", and there were no other devices listed.
How can I get my tabs and tab groups back? I had literally dozens of hours of work-related research saved in these tabs. I have so many visited sites in my history that there's no way I'd be able to recreate all of them.
Please help--I'm desperate. I can't lose all of those tabs.

Any idea what happened in this crash and if my MacBook needs work?

A friend of mine suggested that I post the crash report here to see if anyone knows what happened and whether I need to do anything. I would go to a Genius Bar, but the nearest Apple Store to me is 3 hours away
Here's what happened:
I was working in Firefox when the computer screen suddenly went completely black without warning or any sounds. I tiled the monitor forward slightly and the screen came back up for an instant before a partly opaque gray curtain fell from the top of the screen to the bottom. Then a message showed up on the far left - the box was half off the screen - saying I needed to shut down my computer. I did. I waited a few minutes and powered it on. The screen was gray with tiny gray horizontal pinstripes for a while with the apple logo (also crossed with the pinstripes) while it was booting up. However, it never fully booted up. I had to shut it down again. I booted it as a target drive with another computer to copy over important documents. Then, I ejected it and shut it down. Then I powered it on, and this crash report showed up after it booted up.

What happened to my Acrobat and what do I do now?

I'd like some clarification on what happened to my Adobe Acrobat application. I have a Mac OS 10.6.8 and am now getting prompted to do the 2.0.0.0 to 2.3.0.0 mandatory update (I guess I'm about a year behind everyone else, haven't run Acrobat in a long time), which fails to download (Error #16820) as Adobe apparently no longer supports this application. In previous threads about this, users were told to go to the acrobat.com website (now Workspaces?) instead of using the Acrobat app. My questions are 1) I cannot seem to write/draw on PDFs in Workspaces like I could with Acrobat, is there a way to do this? 2) I don't understand what the Adobe AIR application/interface is or how it is accessed. What is AIR for and how do I access it?
It seems fishy that Adobe would retire an application, prevent current users from running their copies, and then not provide the same functionality through alternative means, so I'm sure I must be missing something. Thanks!
