What happened to my subscription

I just signed up and paid for a subscription to the Adobe export program. When I went in to export a PDF file to my Word, I was told that I had to subsceribe. I will be cancelling my credit card payment in 24 hours if I don't get this matter straightened out.

Hi, wford01.
I'm sorry for the issues that you're having. I looked up your purchase history associated with the Gmail email address you used to post to this forum, and I see no purchases.
However, I see a second email address in our system which has the same mailing address, and that email address adds a "Q" inbetween the "L" and the "A" in your first name. That second email address is the one you used to purchase ExportPDF.
If you log into ExportPDF with this second email address, you'll be able to use the service.
If you have additional questions or issues, please let us know.

  • What happens if protectlink subscription expired?

Just for my curiosity (I guess I am bad at tracking the license/subscription expiry date) and I do not think Cisco officially stated this: what happens if protectlink subscription expired on RV016?
Will the content filtering still work and just not update OR it will not filter anymore?
    Thanks,
    /S

    Shuai,
It will stop filtering or updating

  • Creative Cloud (After Effects) - What My License Allows Me to Do; What Happens if My Subscription Expires?

Hi all! I'm new to the community so I'm sorry if I say something stupid. I'll try to be as respectful as I can.
I'm an individual interested in making Youtube videos with After Effects. Maybe even run advertisements eventually if I become popular. However, I'd like to fully understand how the Creative Cloud license works, as I'd like work within my granted rights. It's just the legalese that's hurting my head a little.
So please tell me if I'm correct about the following. If not, please clarify me!
With this license, I'm allowed to publish Youtube videos made from AE.
With this license, I am allowed to run advertisements on Youtube videos made from AE.
If my subscription expires, I'm no longer allowed to make use of After Effects.
If my subscription expires, I DO NOT have to remove my Youtube videos / remove advertisements.
I can resume normal activities if I renew my subscription.
The biggest thing I'd like clarification on is #4. I'm quite the worrywart and I'd just like someone with experience to clarify whether or not that is true.
Thanks so much everyone! Please don't laugh at me too much I admit I am still quite new to the world and forum etiquette, even.

I see. Thanks for clearing that up!
May I ask what happens to After Effects if my subscription runs out? Will I just not be allowed to access the app or will it warn me that I need to renew my subscription, etc.?
Thanks for the quick reply. I really appreciate it!

  • What happened to my subscription order?

    HI,
I have purchased 10$ subscription in my account but the status shows it's pending. Moreover it also shows two pending orders of 10$ while I purchased only one. Please explain me what is going to happen next. Is skype going to charge me twice? I need to cancel the orders then.

I understand that you are seeing orders with "Pending" status. Those pending orders doesnt really mean its pending. Those orders are cancelled due to some payment issues like, not enough funds on the card, credit card already expired, change of billing address of the card, etc.
you may want to contact Skype Live Support for more information about the orders made on your account.

  • What happens to content after my subscription expires?

Hi, this is my first time using an adobe product for a small business, and I'm trying to work out what happens after the subscription ends. I need to create three or four projects this year which I want to host on our employee learning system for the next few years. So I would cancel my subscription once the projects were completely finished. But it's not clear to me if my created content would remain accessible on the LMS system after my subscription ended. I assume it would, but I can't very well advise my company to go ahead with this plan unless I know for sure!
I've seen this question asked a few times without actually receiving a response; I would really appreciate a clear answer!
    Thanks

Expiry of the subscription only affects the author's ability to edit the content, not the end users ability to view the published output.

  • What happens with Typekit license, if cc subscription doesn't exist any more?

If I use Typekit fonts to create a website for a customer in Adobe Muse, and I then cancel my CC subscription (let’s say, because I am retiring), what happens to the website of my customer. Will the fonts still show up?

    Hi mac_heibu,
There are two different options for using web fonts in Muse: the Edge Web Fonts which are built in to Muse and the fonts from the Typekit library which you can add to Muse via the kit JavaScript.
The Edge Web Fonts are the ones that you see when you choose "Add Web Fonts" in the Muse Type menu:
These font selections are not tied to your Creative Cloud account.  Edge Web Fonts is a free service which will continue to work in a site that you built in Muse even if you cancel your Creative Cloud subscription.
You can also use any of the fonts in the Typekit library in a Muse website, as explained in this Muse Insider article: How to add Typekit fonts to your Muse site
These fonts are tied to your account through the Typekit JavaScript you used to add them to Muse.  If you choose to cancel your subscription, the fonts will no longer be served to any of the sites which are hosted on your Typekit account. Any site using web fonts from Typekit will display the fallback fonts specified in your font stack or the browser’s defaults.
An alternative is to set up a Typekit account for your client. This allows the Typekit fonts to be one of the deliverables that you hand off to the client when the project is completed. It also attaches the annual Typekit subscription fee to your client's billing information.
I hope that this helps; let me know if you have any other questions!  Best,

  • What happens if I want my songs after subscription finishes?

Just wondering what happens if I stop my subscription to it can I have acess to my songs and pull them back?

    Hi,
If you have the tracks on your hard drive, you will still be able to play. However if you have deleted tracks from your hard drive, you will not have access to matched or uploaded tracks. Purchased tracks will continue to be available to you provided you live in a region that permits redownloads.

  • What happens when subscription ends

    Good Morning,
I have cancelled  my dw subscription, just a few days ago, ( it was a cost thing) So today i clicked to see what happens when I open it, it opened but a screen just says to go to my account to straight in  out payment info, but also say you have 66 days, for what?  If anyone else has cancelled what have they found, I have moved onto Coda 2 and seems good, I do most of my own coding, Thx RJ

Sounds like you paid ahead of time a bit, and canceled with 66 days left on your subscription. You will still be able to use the program for the remainder of the time you have paid, but get a reminder that your subscription is expiring.
After that paid time runs out, you won't be able to use the program at all until you re-up the subscription.

  • What happens after the year of subscription?

I'm thinking about getting the student version of CC. My question now is, what happens after the year of subscription? Will I get any software that is able to open or even alter the my files? Someone told me that I'll get a copy of CS6. Is that correct?

    No, not correct.
When you cancel your subscription, or allow it to expire, your subscription software will stop working until you re-start your membership and start paying the monthly fee again.
You pay, you use. Stop paying, software stops working.

  • Switch from Stand Alome to Subscription - What happens?

I am currently using a stand alone version of Lightroom 5 on my computer. If I change to the Photoshop-Lightroom subscription what happens to all of my photos and adjustments? Do all of the original photos remain on my computer? Is a copy of the Photohop and Lightroom program downloaded to my computer? What is stored on the web?

Normally, everything that is on your computer stays on your computer.  The new software is installed on your computer.  The minimum you need the internet for following installation is to allow for updates to your installed software and for the Adobe system to periodically validate your subscription - you do not need a continuous internet connection.
If you would like specific info regarding how your Lightroom related files might be managed in switching version you should check with the Lightroom experts in that forum.  Photoshop Lightroom

  • What happens to my work when I cancel my subscription?

Assuming I have subscribed to Creative Cloud for some years, and some circumstance leads me to cancel my subscription, what happens to my work after cancellation. How do I open these native files (.indd, .ai, .psd) ?
If I am a subscriber to Creative Cloud, can I share native files with someone who has CS 6 or will the files be incompatible?

Pauls Sloss the following information is available within the Creative Cloud FAQ - http://www.adobe.com/in/products/creativecloud/faq.html
Can the new CC applications export to CS6?
Many of the Creative Cloud desktop applications provide the ability to export files to the Creative Suite 6 version of that same application. This allows you to export your work to Creative Suite 6, which is available via a perpetual software license.
Adobe plans to continue to support the ability to export to Creative Suite 6 in applications where it is available when it ships.
New features added to the desktop applications after Creative Suite 6 may not be supported in the exported file, or supported by the Creative Suite 6 application.
Which CC applications support export to CS6?
The following applications support the ability to export to the CS6 versions of the application:
    Photoshop
    InDesign®
    Illustrator
    Flash® Professional
    Dreamweaver®
Applications not listed here may not support exporting to Creative Suite 6, and may not do so in future releases.
New features added to the above list after Creative Suite 6 may not be supported in the exported file, or supported by the Creative Suite 6 application.
What happens if I decide to stop my membership?
You will continue to have access to free Creative Cloud member benefits, and if you saved your work to your computer you will continue to have access to those files. You will no longer have access to the Creative Cloud desktop applications or most of the services that are components of a Creative Cloud membership.
If you purchased an annual individual membership plan and you cancel after the first 30 days but before meeting the 12-month commitment date, you will be charged 50% of the remaining amount left on your contract.
What happens to my files in the cloud if I cancel my membership?
If you cancel your paid membership you will still have access to the free level of membership, which provides 2GB of storage. You will have a 90-day grace period to download your files to your local machine, and delete online files to get your cloud storage down to 2GB (or to purchase additional storage separately if you choose). If you leave more than 2GB of files in your cloud storage for more than 90 days, you may lose access to some or all of your files.

  • What happens to my files on creative cloud folder after the end of my subscription?

What happens to my files on creative cloud folder after the end of my subscription?

Creative Cloud Help | Creative Cloud / Common Questions
"What happens to my files in the cloud if I cancel or downgrade my membership?
Your Creative Cloud files are stored on your desktop as well as on the Creative Cloud servers. If you cancel or downgrade your paid membership, you will still have access to all of the files in the Creative Cloud folder on your computer and via the Creative Cloud website.
Your account will be downgraded to a free membership, which includes 2GB of storage. If you’re using more than 2GB of storage, you will not be able to upload any new files to the cloud until the amount of online space used in your account drops below your allotted amount.
If you are over your storage limit, you have 90 days to reduce your online usage or you may lose access to some or all of your files saved on the Creative Cloud servers."

  • Acrobat subscription: what happens when you stop subscribing

I've happily used Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro for the last 4 years.
If I subscribe to Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, what happens if I stop subscribing after the first year? Does Acrobat turn into a lemon and stop working?

The same thing happens with Acrobat or any other Adobe subscription as you stopped paying your water bill, phone bill, or electricity. You are indeed cut off within a month. You could uninstall Acrobat and install the free Adobe Reader for much more limited functionality.

  • What happens to iweb-built site when I upgrade from Leopard (10.5.8) to Snow Leopard (10.6.3), and subsequently upgrade to 10.6.8 or even 10.7? Will fonts stay the same? Will layout change? Or anything else change? Thanks

What happens to iweb-build site when I upgrade from Leopard (10.5.8) to Snow Leopard (10.6.3) and subsequently update that to 10.6.8 or even to 10.7? Evidently iweb has been discontinued. I have version 3.0.3 of iweb now but understand that there's been an update for OS 10.6 so same question goes for this update.
Will fonts change? Will layout change? Will widgets still work? Links? Will Google Analytics PlugIn still work?
(Since MobileMe is disappearing, I now save iweb site to local folder on my computer, then upload it to GoDaddy using Cyberduck. I run Google Analytics plug in on folder before its uploaded.)
My computer, MacBook Pro came with iweb, which has been updated to 3.0.3. Since iweb is discontinued, will upgrade of operating system just ignore iweb so that iweb will run the same as before? Or will it wipe it out? Or change how it currently works (questions above).
    Thanks

As you now know iWeb and iDVD have been discontinued by Apple. This is evidenced by the fact that new Macs are shipping with iLife 11 installed but without iWeb and iDVD.
On June 30, 2012 MobileMe will be shutdown. HOWEVER, iWeb will still continue to work but without the following:
Features No Longer Available Once MobileMe is Discontinued:
    ◼ Password protection
    ◼ Blog and photo comments
    ◼ Blog search
    ◼ Hit counter
    ◼ MobileMe Gallery
All of these features can be replaced with 3rd party options.
Currently if the site is published directly from iWeb to the 3rd party server the RSS feed and slideshow subscription features will work. However, if the site is first published to a folder on the hard drive and then uploaded to the sever with a 3rd party FTP client those two features will be broken.
There's another problem and that's with iWeb's popup slideshows.  Once the MMe servers are no longer online the popup slideshow buttons will not display their images.
However, Roddy McKay and I have figured out a way to modify existing sites with those slideshows and iWeb itself so that those images will display as expected once MobileMe servers are gone.  How to is described in this tutorial: iW14 - Modify iWeb So Popup Slideshows Will Work After MobileMe is Discontinued.
NOTE: the iLife 11 boxed version Is no longer available at the online Apple Store.  To get a copy you'll have to try Amazon.com or eBay.com.
