What happens if I do not pay the reconnect fee?

If my bill is behind and they cut off the phone service, can I pay what I owe but Opt out of the reconnect fee? And what happensif I do not pay the reconnect fee? Does the contract void itself or ill they end up charging me the disconnect fee?

As a consumer I realize how overwhelming bills can be and I am here to help! We don't want your service to get suspended, because you will be assessed a $15 per line reconnect fee. Our Financial Services department can assist you with setting up a payment arrangement in an effort to prevent your services from being suspended. Financial Services can be reached at 866-266-1445. If an account remains suspended for non-payment without setting arrangements to restore service, the account will eventually be disconnected for non-payment and any applicable Early Termination Fees will added to the final bill. I would like to have the purchased version running on my new Mac and not pay the monthly fee to use Lightroom. I have the product key in an email from when I purchased Lightroom. I also have the trial version of Lightroom installed on my computer but my trial version has expired. How do I validate the Product Key? Thank you!

You need to be running Mac OS X 10.6.8 or newer to sync the iPhone 5; this may require buying a Mac OS X 10.6 DVD from the online Apple Store. OS upgrades aren't covered by the warranty.

You can undo your permission changes. Probably the most relevant one is cookies. Try one or both of these methods:
(1) Page Info > Permissions tab
While viewing a page on the site:
* right-click and choose View Page Info > Permissions
* Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Permissions
(2) about:permissions
In a new tab, type or paste '''about:permissions''' and press Enter. Allow a few moments for the list on the left to populate, as this information needs to be extracted from a database.
Then type or paste ''rcn''' in the search box above the list to filter it to the most relevant domains. When you highlight a domain, you can adjust its permissions in the right pane.

You never stop paying for subscription software. You will keep getting charged monthly. It's not a hire purchase agreement where you own the software after paying a set amount for an agreed time period. Neither is it a lease where you pay a residual amount to own the software at the end.
You will keep paying the monthly fee for as long as you want to use the software. If you want to use the software forever then you keep paying forever.
On the plus side, you get all updates and upgrades for free as part of your membership.
When you stop paying the monthly fee, you lose the use of the software.

I know it sounds weird, and that is the reason I posted my question. Because my case is not like all the ones I've found online and it's confusing. I added a screen capture of my itunes with my old iphone (the one that houses my playlists) connected to it.
My playlists "ARE" in my iphone 4s. They are still there even though they do not show up when I plug in to itunes in my computer.
When connecting my phone to itunes on my macbook, the playlists do not appear anywhere in itunes. I have found my connected iphone icon, I have clicked on the arrow next to it and it does pull up the standard lists that come with the iphone/itunes: Music, Movies, TV shows, books. That's it! below that is "Genius" and below "Geniuns" is "PLAYLISTS" but the only playlist of mine that shows there is one that I created several years back titled "90's music" and that one I created it on my computer, not my phone. Under "90's music" there are also other standard playlists that itunes automatically adds.
Does anyone else have this issue or know how to get around this. I am starting to think that I am going to have to recreate these lists on my computer

Move your cursor way over to the right side of the window. There should be a thin bar. when you hover over the left side of the thin bar, the cursor will change to a vertical bar with an arrow sticking out the left. Click and drag to the left.
