you mean that you have already donwloaded that song from iTunes and now you want to download the other songs?
in this case you just click on Complete My Album, and you'll download just the songs are missing, and you'll pay for the difference between the songs you've already downloaded.
But if you have a song which was not purshased from iTunes Store, I guess it'll be downloaded again, and of course you're going to pay for that.

It sounds like your iPhone 5 is not charging when plugged into your computer or the wall outlet. I found an article with some steps that might help with this. As you know, Beatport caters to DJ users, and provides the documentation needed to prove ownership that may be required for public performance.
The iTunes Store does not serve the DJ market. In fact, the terms of the iTunes Store restrict the use of its songs to personal, non-commercial use. Here is the info from the Apple Legal statement:

Alright so this buggged the sh1t out of me and gave me enough reason to figure it out. Although I don't know what causes the random MP3s not to work, you can simpley convert them into an AAC file through Itunes. Just highlight the song or songs in itunes, right click, and choose the option for "create AAC version". I'm on a MBP and have to redo permissions on the files in order to drop them on the blackberry via mass storage device.

An Ipod can be synced with only one ITunes library at a time. Erasing and syncing replaces the contents of this IPod with the contents of this ITunes library.
Then it asks me if I want to delete and sync.

If I understand you correctly, you are trying to use iTunes to play the Music in your iPod but which is not in your itunes library. I don't think Apple design iTunes for use in your way. As to put and play music in iPod, the music has to be in iTunes first, so you play music in the iTunes music Library. the window with Ipod music is just to show you which music are already in the Ipod, in case you want to Manually Manage your huge music library.
