What if my MBP blackout? why this would happen?
From yesterday my MBP suddenly goes to blackout a few times. it never happened before. Is there anyone know why this would happen and how can i sort this out.

i just upgraded my software to OS X 10.9.2 (13C64) and i can no longer use my printer (epsun stylus sx235w). any ideas why this would happen?
Mavericks is the name of your operating system. It is otherwise known as OSX 10.9.
The previous versions were indeed "cat things".
The way you would know if you need to download new software from Epson is to go the Epson website and search for your printer there, look for downloads, and see if they have new software listed for 10.9.
You can revert your system back to what it was two weeks ago. This would be easier to do if you have a backup that you made prior to installing Mavericks (like with Time Machine). If you don't have a backup (sounds like you probably don't), you can look here for some directions about how to go back to the "Cat Thing" that you had prior to installing Mavericks: How to revert OS X back from Mavericks: Apple Support Communities
If all of this is too hard for you, you could take your Mac in to your Apple store and ask them to help you. -
On two occassions, all contacts were wiped off the Ipad. Any ideas why this would happen?

Did it happen during a sync or did they just disappear? After they were gone, we you able to retrieve them during syncing? Are you using any 3rd party apps to access your contacts or just the built-in Contacts app?
In any case, I've not heard of or expeienced this on my iPhone 3G (synced with Outlook and now Google) or my iPad, although I've only had my iPad for a short time. -
I use photoshop cs6 extended and when I create a new shortcut, it will work once and then disappear..any help on why this would happen

Is the shortcuts file truely saved to disk? You can find in the user path, where the preferences and presets are stored for PS. Or if you go to the dialog again where you change shortcuts, is it reverted there too? -
New download of Firefox v. 3.6 for Vista seems very slow. Can anyone think of why this would happen?

First, I didn't install Firefox 4 because it doesn't support Norton 360 and the related toolbar which is crucial to me. So I installed 3.6 which I have used before which was corrupted by a Trojan virus I was infected with. I had to uninstall everything and in the interim I used IE8. I re-installed Firefox 3.6 yesterday and the only add-on I installed was the Yahoo! Toolbar for Firefox.

Also, I forgot to add that often times I am waiting while the top of the screen says "Mozilla Firefox" - (Not Responding) which is what I went through with IE8. I'm getting VERY frustrated.
Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.

If the problem persists, try running Firefox in [[Safe Mode]]. If it functions properly in that configuration, then one of your add-ons is the culprit.

Last but not least, consider disabling the Yahoo ActiveX plugin via Tools | Add-ons | Plugins. ActiveX is a Microsoft technology which is frequently targeted by hackers. By installing it in Firefox, you're comprising the browser's security and potentially exposing your system to attack. Firefox can open any Yahoo page without requiring ActiveX to be installed. -
I have the new IPad and am using it with the verizon mifi2200 wireless and when i am using apps the location services cannot find me wifi is working and location services is on this does not happen when i am using a wifi that is at my office or in hotels does anyone know anything about this because verizon dosn't?

This happens randomly and infrequently. At first I thought it was my cats fault but it has recently happened while I was sitting at the computer with no feline interference. If someone could let me know how, if it's possible, to change the keyboard layout to QWERTY I will try this next time it happens to see if it can be corrected without restarting firefox. For a larger sample I will include the lines below:

This is only effecting firefox, no other programs are changed and it does effect all running and new instances of firefox.See:

It is possible that you have switched the keyboard layout by accident.
* Make sure that you have the Language bar visible on the Windows Taskbar.
* You can do that via the right-click context menu of the Taskbar: Toolbars > Language Bar.
* Check the keyboard language (keyboard layout) setting for the application that has focus via the icon on the Language bar.
* You need to do that while Firefox has focus because Windows remembers the keyboard layout setting per application.
* The default keys to rotate the layout is a combination (Ctrl+Shift or Alt+Shift) that can easily be used in Firefox to activate a menu item.
* To avoid an unintentional switch assign a specific key sequence (Alt/Ctrl+Shift+number) to select keyboard layouts and remove the key combination to rotate layouts (Alt+Shift or Ctr+Shift)
* Vista: Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Keyboards and Languages > Change keyboards > Advanced key settings > Change key sequence -
I suddenly cant open ebay on my laptop, does anyone know why this would happen

The current version of Firefox for OS 10.4 is v3.6.24. Plus you can use a newer version of Firefox called TenFourFox with OS 10.4.
Have you tried a different browser like Safari?

My wifi goes down at least once a day and I have to unplug the time capsule and reboot it and then it works fine. Any idea why this is happening/what I can do to fix it?
I was having this problem while still using Mavericks -- it started after a Mavericks update last spring. During the initial Yosemite beta runs over the summer, it seemed to be fixed, but after the official launch in October, I had all sorts of problems keeping connected. Its gotten a little better, but still happens to at least one of my devices every day. Weird that we still cannot figure out why the connection keeps dropping on some devices, but not others, and then the next day, one of the devices that didn't disconnect the previous day will disconnect, but the ones that did disconnect, stay connected. It's just sloppy, poorly written software for technology that isn't working the way it should. If you turn off Continuity and Handoff on all your devices, you will probably see that everything stays connected. With those turned off on all devices, TC stayed connected to everything for over a month. The day I turned Continuity back on, all the problems started again. It had something to do with the bluetooth version being used, the wifi routine, and Apple's AirPlay technology not quite getting along with each other.

I have purchased two audiobooks from iTunes. They play perfectly for about 13 minutes and then abruptly stop. I have purchased other audiobooks and have not had a problem. Please, any ideas on why this is happening and what can I do to fix it. Thanks!
As long as you use your computer like King Penguin stated for Report a Problem, you should be fine. If you can't get to your computer, are not using your computer, or your computer is not longer in the mix since you have been using your iPad, email iTunes support about the problem.

My daughter's phone racks up data usage every 12 hours, twice a day, even though she isn't using it. Anybody know why this would be happening or how to track it/stop it?

Mrhelper is corret with regards to making sure that mobile data is turned off when on WiFi or when not connected to WiFi, if you do not want the phone to access data services to update or refresh app services. These applications can all be configured by going to Settings and reviewing all apps that appear in that area. You can also configure a bit further by going to Settings>Cellular.

Try going to System Preferences>Security & Privacy and under the General tab...
...select "Anywhere". Note that you'll need to use an admin account to access these settings.
