What if there is no deactivation option?

I need to install Photoshop CS3 on my new computer. I looked to deactivate from the old computer and there was no option to do so in the help drop down menu. I uninstalled it from the old machine and now the new computer will not allow me to use the activation code to install it. What can I do?

Install it on the new computer and contact our support team if you receive an error message stating you no longer have activations available.

Don't spend a lot of time trying to change it. It's an iCloud problem that's happened before, and when it happened in August it went back to the correct colors in a few days. Just be careful when you add new items to the calendar to use the right calendar (even if the color is wrong), otherwise you'll have things out of synch when the correct colors come back.

I just went through the same situation with my daughter's Apple account. When there are declined transactions in the account, the "none" option isn't available. I temporarily entered valid credit card info, downloaded pending/declined items and then the "none" payment option showed up. You can also try the "Reset all warnings for buying and downloading" option on the account information screen in iTunes. I haven't used it but I'm guessing doing so deletes the pending/declined transaction history.

I had no issue putting in my new Apple ID everywhere else, I could sign out of the old and inactive account and then sign back in using my new and proper one. However, after the update to 7.3 it did a whole welcome to yr iPad and a set up thing and it went to set up iCloud and had my old Apple ID in grey where I can't change or edit it, it wants the password, when I put in the old password, it say yr Apple ID is incorrect but yet it won't let me change it??????? Sign out and back into your apple id from Settings>iTunes and App stores>(Your apple ID)>Sign Out and then sign in again with the new address. Close app store from running in the background (or restart the phone if your unsure how to do this). If when trying to update any apps they are still asking for the old apple ID, delete and re-install those apps.

I have an iPad 3 and Apple TV 3rd gen - all software up to date. I can use airplay but there is no mirroring option available from the iPad 3. Why?

I have been able to get Airplay to work with my iPad 3 and 3rd Generation iPad TV, however there is no mirroring option when I hit the airplay icon - hence I can get audio, but no video.
iPad software: iOS 5.1.1
Apple TV software: 5.0.2 (4250)
Any thoughts as to what's going wrong?

Are you enabling Airplay mirroring properly?
Double click the Home button, scroll to the leftmost screen and under Airplay look to turn mirroring On.

If you gave some sensible, complete and detailed information, someone may be able to help you, such as your platform (Mac or Win), exact versions of your OS, of Photoshop and of Bridge, machine specs, what troubleshooting steps you have taken so far, etc.
