Not sure this is even allowed, if you can't answer your questions and both your emails are invalid, you need to contact Apple Support immediately to figure out a solution at (1-800-275-2273)

I've had my IPad for about 2 years now and I have bought a lot of apps since but all of a sudden it asks me to answer my security questions whenever i try to buy an app! I click the link to the apple Id page and it says resend security information to my email. apparently the end of my email ends with yahoo.com and whenever I log on to that it's yahoo.ca and I cannot find the email with the instructions to change my security questions!! So please me as this has never occurred before! How do you change your rescue email if you have forgotten your security questions? And can you somehow purchase apps without answering your security questions because I just put 25 dollars onto my apple id and I don't want it to go to waste! Please help me!

You won't be able to change the rescue email address until you can answer 2 of your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'

First sign out of everything,
Second make sure you know the current password
Third got to id.apple.com
Fourth use said password and your hotmail account to sign in then change the primary

After removing it as your rescue email address did you try logging out and then back into your account to see if that then allows you to use it as your main address ?

Are you sure that it's a rescue email address (it's not the same thing as an alternate email address) ? If you do then you should be able to go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

What happened if you need to sigh into a account on iTunes and it asked you to give your security questions. I can't remember them and then it tells me to look at my rescue email and I can't remember that so what do I do.

You need to contact Apple, either through the link in that article or by phoning them and asking for the Account Security team.

Start here, and reset your password, you will receive an email with your new password, then go to manage your account > Password and Security and change your security questions.
If that doesn't help you might try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support

How do I can my rescue email address? I was asked to answer my security questions, but I forgot the answers and realized my rescue address was outdated. I tried adding alternate email addresses, but my faulty rescue address remained the same.

I tried to change my rescue address, since it is outdated, and was not receiving any of the emails from Apple to this faulty address regarding resetting my security questions.
I cannot proceed in regaining full use of my account to make purchases if I do not reset my security questions, and I cannot reset them without receiving such an email, and I have no idea how to change my rescue email. If it helps, a few months ago I changed my primary account email, and my old primary address is my faulty rescue address now. It is no longer on my list of addresses but continues to show up as my rescue address.
An additional portion of my question: Is it possible, if I terminate one Apple ID, to move purchases made on that ID, to a new ID? I'm not sure if it's a violation of the terms and conditions if DO NOT keep the purchases on two accounts simultaneously.

You will have to delete your rescue email address first, then go back and change your primary.

You can edit or delete your rescue email address at My Apple ID. To edit your rescue email address:
Navigate to My Apple ID using your web browser.
Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
Note: The option to send an email to reset your security questions and answers will not be available if a rescue email address is not provided. You will need to contact iTunes Store support in order to do so.
